@Bell_Support never got any notice about someone coming to mess up the bell internet when everything was going good. My mom asked a bell employee who was outside our area why they turned off the internet and said it’ll be back in a few hours. I have a presentation soon for school

I can honestly say that when it comes to tv and internet, @bell are the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. This is the second time moving house where their complete ineptitude has left me with zero service. An absolute disgrace

@TedNesNA @Bell_Support I absolutely HATE when I call tech support, tell them the steps I have followed including rebooting x number of times and their first statement is to tell me to turn it off then back on!!

@Bell provides ZERO flexibility in terms of easily accessible support for people struggling during Covid. I have literally been cut off 3 or 4 times with no means of even calling them. Their customer support only shields their greedy cost cutting, price gorging ethos. 👎👎👎👎

@KylesWeather @Bell_Support Lost internet and phone for over an hour. Same thing happened in July. My issue is my communications lifeline is effectively severed when that happens. #timetochangecarriers
