@Bell_Support They showed up only to tell us our lines were defective and we need repairs. No one can provide timeline. Then on 08/10 we called to ask for a temporary outage device. Transferred from Sales to Loyalty to IT who wanted us to go back to Sales.

@Bell_Support Hello Bell Support. I woke up to no bell service on my phone lines. This of course meant I have no access to internet. In our house we use internet and phone service to work at home and carry out the business of the day.

@Bell_Support Order#BCHD7V43 we have been Bell Clients for greater than 6 years and recently moved, when we called to switch the agent suggested we transfer the account to my husbands name because they had recently sent our new neighborhood an offer for new clients, no problem. Booked for 08/5
