    I’ve had to resort to twitter of all places to get some answers! @rogers I can honestly say I wish that representative never showed up at my door and I never switched my services from @bell_support because it’s been more trouble than it’s worth and a complete nightmare #help

    @Bell_Support @Bell The link doesn’t work. My elderly parents have had no landline or internet since Dec 24th. I thought landlines were supposed to always work, that way in the event of an emergency they can call out.

    @Bell_Support having some issues today with bell fibe tv. Can't connect to the dvr to watch recordings on one TV, the other black screen but we have sound. TV itself works, as we have a roku box and switched to that to check. Got one back but still having issues accessing dvr...

    @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support @Bell I am sick & tired of cancelled appointments because the tech never called even though he said he did escalation has tried to no avail. Need better quality service & internet & techs who want to work. I have been trying for months to get service

    Absolutely disgusting that @Bell takes advantage of an 85-year-old woman, telling her she has to upgrade to Fibe TV to “save” money and then bills her for prorated changes that were never explained to her!! WTF!!🤬 And then says, we can’t do anything!! You should be ashamed!

    In some vague effort to make myself feel less awful about all the debt around my mother’s death allow me to attempt to shame @Bell and see if @Bell_Support could maybe stop sending collection letters to my mom’s estate.

    @CP24 This is the worst decision ever. Furthering a duopoly at the cost of the consumer is not what competition Tribunals should do. Putting more control in the hands or @Rogers and @Bell clearly shows the Tribunal cares a f*$*& about the consumers. Canada should be ashamed.
