Hey @Bell_Support , my mom hasn't had home phone or TV service since Saturday afternoon. How long will the outage in Oshawa be continuing? She has health problems and relies a *lot* on a stable phone connection, so this is more then just an annoyance to us.

@orangemaple @Bell_Support Ours is down sporadically every other hour or it just won’t reach half our house it’s ridiculous! 👎🏻 we’ve had tech after tech come by and give us every excuse in the book and tell us our house is too big for the connection for each every room! Bullshit! Give us a stronger modem!

@Bell has the worst customer service in the country bar none. I'm currently on hold, which I was told would be for 5 minutes, for over an hour and no one has come back on the line to even update me.

Having Bell Fibe is great because it is slower than the internet in the Middle Ages and when it rains it stops working. 20 hours without internet or TV. @Bell_Support calling tomorrow but wanted to vent my anger here because it is absurd how horrendous and predictable service is
