    @Bell_Support Giga Hub 2.0 with Firmware version: 2.14.1 has a major flaw with the DMZ Advanced mode. The Internet drops every few hours, requiring toggling the DMZ mode on and off. So annoying and unacceptable in 2026. When is the fix coming?

    Hey @Bell / @Bell_Support, is there a problem in the Woodstock, Ontario area with FibeTV? My folks seem to be having issues and no amount of restarts of the home Hub or Receivers seem to make a difference. Unable To Load The Guide (1014).

    @nath_beauregard @Bell You have to ask to speak to someone in the retention department to get a better deal the regular customer service people can’t make those offers.

    How does one download a show when there are several recordings now @Bell? You can only play or delete the series. It is still the worst app, now just made more cumbersome.

    @soul_supplier @Rogers @Bell 100%. I have the same issue and with the whole house connected, it’s totally unacceptable.
