  • Avivv5 Avivv (@Avivv5) reported

@FatchFN @Bell_Support same im on rogers and my ping is so bad

  • vibraphonedan Dan McCarthy (@vibraphonedan) reported

@Bell your mobility customer service is not helping us at all. An hour on chat with them for a mistake YOU made and all I can do is “place the order again and wait two more weeks”. Not even an offer of even a minuscule credit for all this. Just wow.

  • kpasher Kraig Pasher (@kpasher) reported

@Bell not only are your prices egregious, but the hoops you made me jump through to cancel a plan with your oligopoly seems downright manipulative/deceptive. These are unprecedented times, people are struggling. The experience was truly disheartening.

  • Unicorn6610 The BOOOOOO-ing 🦄 Unicorn 🦄 (@Unicorn6610) reported

@jnarai @JayDawgTDot @Bell_Support Cell/data plans in Canada are horrible. The most expensive on the planet. My sister lives in the US (not a good place to be now, lol) and it's much cheaper. More competition and Europe super cheap.

  • Marg_Foget Marg Foget (@Marg_Foget) reported

@Bell_Support we are having problems with our security system and your tech hung up on us and did not call back. We will be getting rid of you here at home and at our camp. Disgusting.

  • Peterson09N N.Peterson09 (@Peterson09N) reported

@Bell_Support and @cogeco whichever one of you gets into my neighborhood and upgrades our internet lines to something other than our 1960s infrastructure, will get a lot of business. All of us are tired of temp lines and very spotty service. Terrible

  • GarchaRay RG (@GarchaRay) reported

@Bell_Support Been a preferred customer for 2 years with a home package of home phone, TV and GB internet. Promos expired yesterday and current promos are not even close to what I was getting the last two years. Why are you not able to renew or reinstate promos that are expired?

  • robpatrob Robert Paterson (@robpatrob) reported

@DerekMacEwen @Bell @InfoPEI Funny that I should be the source - still the same old issue

  • jnarai TokenCanadian (@jnarai) reported

@Unicorn6610 @JayDawgTDot @Bell_Support Haha yeah, you're preaching to the choir there. The service overhead on cell service doesn't even account for 15-20% of the actual charges to customers.

  • Saraaireland Sara Ireland (@Saraaireland) reported

@Bell_Support Who can I speak to directly regarding concerns in the training of staff to manipulate their clients into paying overages on bills which, like in this case, are the fault of Bell's terrible systems? Tweeting this as evidently your associates "cannot assist" me further.
