@Bell Better customer service!
@Bell Who ******** uses Bell in 2020? So many better, cheaper alternatives.
@Bell My wish list is for better internet connection - I get max 7gb down on a good day with Bell. I need to switch to XplorNet
@Bell_Support Tech who installed the hardware only gave us the password for the service no paperwork or order number. 3 technicians have come out. I will dm what I got from sales rep at Bell store.
@pierreluc_leb @Bell Videotron might not be the solution. I have videotron. My recorder is designed to record 8 channels simultaneously, but it doesn't work. I can only record 2 channels.
@Bell_Support why are you providing mis leading information to customers. You told there is outage in your area . Your technical team says there is no outage in my area . Why?
@Bell At the tipping top of my wish list was not having my local telecom company taken over by a national telecom and having my data plan get destroyed and my customer service disappear.
@SueBrunelle @Bell We have never had false positives in Canada and my doctor certainly doesn't say that. Sounds like tin foil hat talk, guess that's why countries that have that mentality have the highest infection rates. 🤔
Resolution: rural mobile internet at home service is not able to continue to service your home. Unless you wish to continue to pay for the service ($80 plus tax) AND the overage fee ($100). But the service will remain the same.@Bell @Bell_support #ruralinternet #weareimportanttoo
The supervisors' supervisors' response: your usage is high, so obviously the internet is working. Never mind I have downloaded the same thing 6 times today and it still hasn't downloaded completely once.@Bell
