I spoke to robots, was transferred to multiple different departments, spent a LONG time on hold, then got disconnected TWICE, and still haven’t solved the problem. It’s been an hour. Papasmerf (@papasmerf68) reported@Bell everyone don’t bother calling bells 800 number for any kind of technical help unless you have great service and here in Canada we don’t have that. But if you do be ready to lose some brain cells cause they just don’t understand what we are talking about.
