@SteevesJ @Bell_Support My favorite was when I called Shaw to tell them that my internet randomly stopped working overnight, and they said "ok well there are no reported outages in your area, we can have someone there to look at it in 3 weeks." Like wtf am I even paying for LMAO

Dear @Bell_Support - your small biz support services suck. Not even sure what I’m paying for. After 3 weeks, 3 tech visits, a missed tech visit (I wasted 2 hrs waiting for), still don’t have wifi functioning on my patio. Looking forward to calling @cogeco today.

@Bell Extremely disappointed with installation service. Aunt in LTC in Chatham has been without phone for almost 2 weeks. It is her lifeline to family! Tech very rudely refused rapid test rqd to entire when he was sent to install service Thursday. How did someone not know?
