So then the end of the month comes and my phone still shows the Bell signal so I think I’m good. I receive an early wedding gift of cash and put it toward the @Bell bill. Brought the bill to $116.29. I get to the venue and went to set up the live streaming for the wedding

  • andrewe Andrew Escobar (Andres) (@andrewe) reported

@smnc @Bell @Netflix_CA Is this a uniquely Bell problem? When I was with Rogers we had an ipv6 address and it hardly ever (or never) changed. But Bell is stuck in ipv4 land and we get new ip address all the time.

  • banreportcards canadian living in ontario, née b'dos (@banreportcards) reported

@canantifraud I get more scams on other issues. Daily. I block every time but @Bell allows more crank calls and texts. I had 3 already just today. The phone companies allow them.

@Bell Can you please help by donating money? A lot of people won’t have access to phones, but they need our help by providing basic necessities.

@dancemonkey73 @Bell To be fair there is a lady at Bells H|O in Ottawa who is on point. Brigitte - 2320389 Bell Customer Service

  • smnc Spencer N.C. (@smnc) reported

Hey @bell, you wanna explain to @netflix_ca your policy about residential customers and IP addresses? I'll help: residental customers don't get a say in what IP they're assigned. Paying for a fixed IP isn't even an option.

  • freanric Will (@freanric) reported

@bell My internet connection has been down for three days straight, 6 phone calls later and nothing is resolved. Can I have my money back for the service you claim to, but refuse to provide? Thanks.

  • AlexMaclin888 Alexander Maclin (@AlexMaclin888) reported

@dancemonkey73 @Bell Yeah but how much is your time worth dealing with all that crap.

  • dancemonkey73 Chiara 🇨🇦 (@dancemonkey73) reported

@AlexMaclin888 @Bell I switched from Rogers during the blackout. I don’t have issues with their services but I have always had issues with their billing and they give you a run around from dept to dept. The reps can’t even access the original agreement emailed to me.

@dancemonkey73 @Bell I left them over 14 years ago and never going back!
