@Bell_Support I paid off my full device balance last month was charged extra for that, now this month i am again being charged an extra 600$ for some deferred charges that don't even have a proper description. After putting me on hold the support declines my call. Pls help!!!

@yousparkypants @Bell_Support No ‘oops’ email. Got disconnected from call. The online never connects me with an agent. Nothing but problems for two years. Ending soon. Hope more jump ship.
