@kvnrayner @Bell_Support @Bell If they’re “ignoring” customer calls, do you not think it may have to do with the fact that they’re inundated with calls. You think they’re just just not purposely answering calls.🙄 If people can’t figure out there’s a problem with a 40+ minute wait time in Q, that’s on them.
