@Bell_Support Got a "Welcome" email telling my that my "first bill" will arrive soon. Problem: I've been a customer for years. Billing date in email is correct, but I have not made any recent changes to my plan or device. Need to confirm no unauthorized changes have been made.

Hey @Bell_Support ... why would a customer of over like 10 yrs that hasn't made any changes to their account since last yr, be getting a welcome to bell email now with a first bill date? Currently waiting to speak to someone on live chat but that's taking forever.

I just received 3 emails from @bell regarding all 3 cell phones my family has. It’s a welcome email with a first payment date for each (we’ve been customers and have had our cell phones for years). Tried calling and they hang up due to ‘too busy’ and online chat states same!

Have you seen the @Bell_Support commercials hyping their service speed? It's bullshit. The customer support phone backup is so long they won't add me to the queue and Chat is backed up too.
