    @Bell Our Giga Hub 3000 shows a red Internet light since Friday night. We replaced the modem as instructed and service is still down. Only our house is affected. This outage is unacceptable — please document it and apply a credit for the lost weekend.

    @Bell_Support Hey we have 2 Bell downed wires in our backyard and your technical service is telling me I’ll have to pay a fee to get them removed. If you don’t remove them without charging me don’t worry I’ll cut them myself and you can deal with the outages that it will cause.

    @Videotron just moved and our internet works in one room.... Something needs to be done to fix wifi before we switch back to @Bell

    This is @Rogers service for you friends. Zero network since 3 hours, no response on calls, and chat queue number is 80! Kudos to all of us who pay three times the US prices in Canada for such a wonderful service! Way to go @Bell and @virginmobileusa !

    @ryangerritsen Yeah , i was with @Bell once upon a time After a bug with pay services, they cancel my services After it got clear . It took me 45 minutes to close m'y service . Till i could get a manager that was able to close it
