Hey @Bell! I have a question for you; I am currently a bell customer in Ontario. If I were to purchase an iPad Pro with 5G capabilities, would it be an extra 20$/month on my bill to have it added?

@Bell We’ve all had bad customer experiences with businesses over the years. Spent over 2 hours on hold today with Bell only for a dropped call with no callback (bell provider) and an agent accidentally cancelling all my services instead of just one. #firstworldproblems

Canadian service providers — @Rogers, @Bell, @TELUS — have some serious work to do. Lately, I’ve been getting more fake calls, robocalls, and scam calls than ever before. Almost like my phone is just for scam callers only. So let me ask this plainly: am I paying these companies every month just so scammers can reach me more easily? It’s starting to feel like our telecom giants have become the bridge — or worse, the liaison — between customers and criminals. Insane

Don't get @Bell what a horrible service. I've had nothing but problems and slow internet. I'm so sick of this poor service. I've spent over 90 minutes trying to watch various movies to no avail. I unplugged the modem..I've don't all the things. This is constant crap

@Bell It's bad enough that all my recordings delete after 24 hrs, but when you don't keep the on-demand updated, it makes what I pay for utterly useless. What's the end game here? Frustrate your fibe customers until they turn to streaming only so you can get rid of it? #bellfibe
