@Bell Dear Mirko Bibic, Your Bell is breaking the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms Act of 1867 and The United Nations Rights Act of 1948. Your network uses derogatory and degrading maleware and signals. "That" instead of "he" is dehumanizing and unlawful! Israeli K.G.B frontman!

@GertKracht @Bell They keep telling me they can't discuss any financial restitution until the problem is fixed. But they also won't talk to me about fixing the problems, and the phone calls they tell me are coming don't happen, and the technicians either show up late, or don't show up at all.

@jessedriftwood1 @Bell This is not about revenge. This is all about a professional company not being able to solve a simple network problem. You have an online business to run. Every single day costs money. Maybe ask a professional to remind them of their responsibility and send them a bill.

@Bell_Support @juliixanne Don’t bother sending a DM, they either ignore you or straight up say “sorry we can’t help you anymore”

@jessedriftwood1 @Bell I feel your pain. I’m with Xplornet LTE. I’m lucky If I get 2.5mbps down .90 up. I pay for 25/5. I’m on the phone with them more than members of my family 😡

@jessedriftwood1 @Bell Ugh. I’ve been using an EERO mesh wireless network at home and we LOVE it. Still sucked when we were on xFinity but was so much better than our old WiFi Solution with one AP (Apple AirPort Extreme) Hope they get things cleaned up for you.

@martinangelopho @jessedriftwood1 @Bell No it's not. It's the corruption, policy and bad contracts in America. In north European countries government has supported less money per person to get high speed rural internet. And we have ~95% coverage broadband internet.

@jessedriftwood1 @Bell Yes. Let's take the discussion out of the public eye. Only then can we continue to provide poor service.
