@Bell Ordered a new Iphone 12 pro. Was all excited to get the new one from Bell. Was told by the agent it would be here in a few days. Only to never have it show up and now find out it will be 3-4 weeks. It would be nice if your agents gave you a proper delivery time.

@Bell_Support Poor service. Switched to AltTV, told I would get new streamer day of switch (today) and told me that someone will come between 8-5. Was told by customer service they had no record of streamer when I clearly have it in my email with same order #

It feels surreal how long it passed & abuse never stopped just changed form like the monster that @Bell is as company. I been abused by Bells Disability Management for 10 yrs. Now the HR is taking another swing at me w cutting my benefits/emotional support see if I die this time
