@Bell Hey, Bell Canada, what is this bullshit about Netflix not working on the Fibe receivers? You guys dilute and downgrade your services every single day. Time to switch to another provider, I guess. I can’t wait for this oligopoly between you & Rogers to be busted wide open

  • El_Boulevardo Pedro Z (@El_Boulevardo) reported

@Bell_Support What client data tells you that constantly spamming a client will somehow make them MORE likely to buy your products? Why don’t you have processes in place to cease spam when they don’t answer after 1-2 tries? If you want to help, answer those questions honestly, and publicly

@Bell_Support anytime I try to login to my bell account the site doesn't load, but for my friend it loads fine on his phone. Is it not working for chrome? I used Firefox and it worked but it said I had to reset my password.

So grateful to Angelo at @Bell service who got us back in business with our TV service in about 15 minutes flat.

When you cancel an Apple Watch data plan 6 mths ago and still get charged. Told will get a refund that never showed. Now CS says sorry we can’t do anything. @BellMediaPR @Bell #VeryAnnoyed

@Bell_Support we are experiencing an outage for close to 24 hours now in the N9V area. I have spoken with technical support 3 times and it is still not showing on your outage site. I would like to check the status myself but it tells me there is no outage in my area.

  • jorynashmusic Jory Nash (@jorynashmusic) reported

@lttlmaggieyoung @Bell_Support Same for us in the K9A area. They confirmed last night over phone and again this morning there is an outage but on their website? No problems! Est. time for service return is 6pm, fyi.

So, how is this right. After days of poor internet, we call @Bell and they offer to upgrade us to the 'new fibe'. For free!! I check our upcoming bill and 'free' is now an additional $80.00 a month. How does one complain about scams like this? @CanadaConsumer
