@Bell_Support has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Have been waiting over a week to get my internet fixed and I work from home. 40 business hours have been compromised on my behalf and they are protecting their manager’s names and complaint centers viciously.

@Bell because you have turned off communications in Ottawa I just called and bought out my 2 phone contracts. Been a customer for 16 years. Goodbye. You aren’t for Canadians. Goodbye.

@Bell_Support In rapid succession, I've been passed to employee 5, who promptly hung up as well. I cannot imagine that even @Rogers is this bad.

@Bell_Support It's been 11 minutes, it's taken 4 more calls for me to finally get a recording saying that Bell is closed. All for the work-life balance but wow did your team shut it down abruptly. Final count for the day: 13 phone calls, 5 employees, 4 hours. 0 problems solved.

So if cellular service and rent to own phones are being used by the protestors, to organize an insurrection, then @Rogershelp @Bell @TELUSsupport then your property is being used improperly. Say aren’t you federally regulated? We need to get you phone numbers #OttawaOccupied

@Bell I just got a text survey about a representative. I never spoke to one, nor was I trying to. You might want to check the number and try again. I'm not even with you.
