What the companies like @Bell @Rogers @TELUS don't understand is that by the time you have to call them, you are ready to cancel the service. They get one or two chances to help you before you will just choose a new service provider who you don't have to phone for a while.

Just saw a @Bell commercial for best 5g network in canada. Got excited and tested mine. Still super slow, most of the time slower tha 5g. If only speed was an actual concern to canadian wireless. Money money money, 2005 speeds.

@JohnnyR45382020 @Bell We’ve had nothing but trouble with BELL. Goes out every few days. Half the time doesn’t reach certain rooms in the house. They’ve lied to us for years and told us we had fibre optics, the last tech that came confirmed we don’t and it’s not even available in our area
