@Bell_Support Beyond Frustrated!!! I keep having problems with my 4K box! It will freeze & then everything goes blurry. Even had the 4K box replaced with new one & still same issues! I can’t go 1 day without this happening. Now tonight, it’s been blurry all night, WHY?? #angry

@Bell it’s really a shame that your company has to have a department called a Win Back department. Do you know what’s easier than winning back a customer? Never loose them. Offer the 55% off plan BEFORE the customer leaves. 25GB for $45/mo would’ve kept me but I’m not coming back

@Bell I got screw once by Bell over cable TV... never again. I like stable plan. Same $ every month. Not "promotions" that makes your monthly fee change every months. I know here its cell phones but whatever. Was hard to get freed from Bell & had to still pay 100$ fees of "cancelation"

@Bell_Support the bell box that serves my community has been knocked over and our FIBE has been impacted. Please help. I’ve tried to contact your customer service, but that’s a joke and doesn’t seem to exist. My neighbours and I need service today. Please DM for address.
