@LeafsMaz20 @Bell @Bell_Support Prob is what other choice do you have? Rogers is the same and the other 2nd tier providers like techsavvy have to use bell/Rogers infrastructure which bell/Rogers then throttle so their service looks better... gotta take the ******* kick and move on unfortunately

Well I wasted 1 hr with @Bell_Support who claim my modem speeds are at 500Mbps but @Speedtest says >10mbps, I cant do video zoom calls and my kids also say there is an issue. Same usage, same devices - the only difference is that I cancelled @CraveCanada

@LeafsMaz20 @Bell @Bell_Support My Bell has SUCKED lately too. It hasn’t been good since October for some reason. Changed the modem, had 2 visits and internet still is spotty. ****** thing is, it’s the only service available in my area 😩
