Interesting publicity for @bell when the number one radio show (that they own!) in the country can’t manage guests because our phone service is such garbage. When will governments wake up and put some pressure on them to invest? @OverDrive1050

  • TylerDeetox Tyler Little (@TylerDeetox) reported

@Bell_Support Honestly, what is up with your support. I had win back contact me after cancelling services, promise me a plan, told me I could upgrade - Just spent 5 hours at two different bell stores for them to tell me they can’t do it. Honestly not a good experience…

@RogersBiz @Bell - don’t know who is at fault but why should we suffer because of this and especially when we are working from home this puts us on edge and creates bad reputation at work. @RogersBiz get this fixed asap area code M1B1M3 - on wickson trail

So @bell, if I’m paying you a daily fee for roaming while out of the country, don’t you think you should make an effort to, y’know, consistently provide the service I’m paying for? In what universe does it make sense to turn off my data at midnight? Not impressed at all.

  • por_qpine Myles (@por_qpine) reported

@Bell Thinking of switching mobile phone to you. If someone sends an email to [their_cell]@txt.bell.ca, what number shows up on the caller display on the receiving phone? Is it always the same, or does it change? Make/break question for me, as it's a service I use extensively.

  • AmarPatel26 Amar Patel (@AmarPatel26) reported

@Bell_Support We have service with Rogers and Bell should have taken precautions while working and not try to make their competitor’s customer suffer @RogersBiz please look into this and send the technician on wickson trail area code M1B1M3 - need the internet up and running by the end of day

  • AmarPatel26 Amar Patel (@AmarPatel26) reported

@RogersBiz @Bell - today at 1 pm bell techs came to install their line in M1B1M3 area and cut wires for rogers when adding their wire and when asked they said rogers wires should not be here-We are down without internet and no one is coming to service it today- why do we suffer?

  • AndrewPeters01 Take down the Russian Regime 🇺🇦 (@AndrewPeters01) reported

I understand that people hate big companies like @Rogers @Bell and @VirginPlus but seriously can we stop taking our anger and hate out on Customer Service Representatives?

  • Wigitz_24 Chris T (@Wigitz_24) reported

@Bell all I want is to switch the new Fibe tv boxes and modem I got for the older style vip2262/vip2502/hh2000 which I prefer. Why can’t anyone @bell can help me do this. I’m spending good money for your service. I would assume you would want a happy customer. Not an ex customer

  • Steveninformed Steven R (@Steveninformed) reported

@CityNewsTO It's delayed because @rogers and @bell are holding it hostage as they are mad that the wifi network wasn't done by them
