    @fordnation i need help. @Bell seems to be taking ADVANTAGE of Canadians. my mother lives alone while i'm in college, and they have shut off her internet, cable AND CELL PHONE. they claim that she owes but she doesn't. she relies on the wifi to monitor her pacemaker.

    @Bell I got a Samsung update this morning for my S20 and now it won't connect to your network. Tech support was unable to do anything. Solutions??

    @Bell @virginmobilecan you idiots!!! Your collection agency going after my 16 year old daughter just told me that the virgin bill I am disputing would affect my ability to get bell in the future LOL. Was considering switching all my phone and internet from Rogers .... never!!!

    Want to kill your day? Call @Bell_Support 2.5 hours on the phone and still no resolution to my technical issues. Rizwan Jawal needs to speak the issue of disatisfactory customer service. Geez. @Bell

    @Bell had my service cut off while they were looking into the overbilling compliant. Told that was not going to happen. Then told they have no control of the system because it is done by a computer. Wow glad I am not out of work from COVID and had trouble with paying.
