Bell is suffering a major outage for many BellTV and FibeTV clients. Mostly issues with resolution, PVR or total malfunction of the receiver. They rarely warn the public at large. But it's affecting thousands from Quebec City to Windsor @Bell @Bell_Support

@Bell_Support I just spent 35 minutes on hold after it said the wait was going to be 25. Then randomly says sorry our office is now closed at "5:50" this is terrible. My Fibe tv isn't working, neither is your virtual repair.

@Bell_Support why keep customers in the dark make an announcement to tell us the problem the areas affected and when service will resume. Not rocket science. Terrible customer service.
