Carter Ferda (@HRHDeets) reported@bell When will you stop your impersonators from calling me 10 times a week to update my modem when I'm not a Bell internet customer? I ran out of block numbers on landline. #belltakeaction

Jordy Gold (@JordyGold) reported@Bell I'm in disbelief. I wrote earlier about severe problems with service & staff. Then spent 6+ hours with agents. 1 problem wasn't solved & turns out your receiver is faulty. We've been paying for a service that doesn't work. For all this they gave me $20. Truly insane!

Laurie Nadon (@lnadon3) reported@bell now would be a good time to send representatives to the Kingston West area and offer some deals to switch ... lots of @cogeco issues lately
-
Andy Potter (@aap53) reported@soul_supplier @Rogers @Bell 100%. I have the same issue and with the whole house connected, it’s totally unacceptable.
-
Fur momma 🍁 (@d_brier) reported@Sportsnet @Bell can you all get your **** together. Every day there is no issues with watching tv shows no matter the station. Yet exactly when the Toronto Blur Jays start to play, it keeps freezing and I’m barely seeing any of the game. Not a great way to treat customers

iamouttahere 🇨🇦🍁☘️ (@iamouttahere) reportedRogers is tremendously expensive! So is @Bell. Frankly, my calls throughout Northern Ontario are spotty at best, and often drop with both. There are so many areas where there is no service at all, or while driving north, even to Espanola or Elliot Lake, calls drop consistently!

Adam Pfeffer (@AdamJPfeffer) reported@redman_mather @Bell_Support @SpaceX There’s really no way around it anymore I think. Took this unit to the maritimes and have 0 dropped service even in the most remote area of NB

The problem is at your end not ours!!! Two days now I've had to deal with customer support.
