@ShamanaDreams @Bell We had one out the other week again and he told us this whole time we never actually had bell “fibre optics” it was the old wiring and a ****** old modem which is why it wouldn’t reach half the house and we kept getting “blackouts” of service

@Bell I’ve got 4 bars, the 5G logo and 15 gigs of high speed data left yet My cellular data isn’t working and I can’t make calls or send texts. This isn’t the first time, I’ve called many times in the past. If you’re going to charge stupid prices, make sure your service works!!

@Bell_Support if you expect me to pay $300 you need to fix my 4 unusable Pods and your garbage app and provide internet that doesn't consistently give me 900+ ping. Also actually make sure I can even use your damn service unlike my current situation where I can't get WiFi signal

@Bell as a loyal mobility customer looking to change a plan, being told we have to wait 7-14 days for the back office team to call us to get a better plan is not really encouraging me to stay a customer. Really hope you can do better than this. Disappointed!
