    @mobinfiltrator @Bell The best choice I ever made was not having my tv/internet from the same provider as my cell. This way if one of them goes down I’m still good.

    @Reil76 @Bell SHAW/Rogers? I have one of those round WIFI pods that mesh with the main modem/router/WIFI network too. Going to be changing that all up this month though.

    @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.

    Hey Bell! Curious, does your fraud department actually exist? Have contacted and created multiple claims and haven't heard or seen anything come from Bell. So much for customer support. Explains why people end up with people hacking their accounts and stealing. @Bell_Support

    @Bell_Support Twice. We reboot 5 times or so a week to keep things running smoothly (ridiculous). This service is causing us major issues.

    @Martyupnorth My cell phone company did the same. "To increase service bla bla bla". Currently looking for a new provider. @Bell

    @Bell_Support I sent a DM to Bell MTS Support, but it appears that that account is no longer active & monitored. Some help is needed with a BellMTS account.
