@Bell Yall are the worst of all, you don't care about the customers you only care about putting them in debt, thanks for your ****** service. Switching back to freedom at least they are not gold diggers

  • jrshore j.r. shore (@jrshore) reported

@Bell_Support I was charged for crave, without signing up or being notified. I happened to spot the charge when I noticed my bill was higher. Told by customer service that the charge would be reversed. What kind of business practice is that, sneaking charges onto bills?

  • mnwhosldthewrld :) (@mnwhosldthewrld) reported

1of2. @Bell i am incredibly disappointed at how customers are treated and how service is conducted. From no show installation appointments 2x to,contact changes without discussion,to hang up phone calls,to delayed and unfinished work,we are currently on day 5 of getting service.

@CullitonHugh @Bell We also pay a fortune to Bell for absolute **** service... it is so bad it is almost like being back on dial up. 17 yrs ago I worked for an adventure tourism company with a base camp near Algonquin Park. We had better internet service than what we currently have in rural Ottawa.

@rob_kincaid51 @Bell But they can report they provide service so the feds fork out more money for job well done.

  • Techdisk Techdisk (@Techdisk) reported

Hey @Bell_Support; quick question. What would be the reason to "transfer service to another phone" in the MyBell app? I've just moved my SIM card over and it worked fine.

  • Louisa666905 Louisa (@Louisa666905) reported

@CullitonHugh @Bell Dont get me wrong. We still pay a damn fortune, but I've been able to knock it back under $200 for a few years now. Good luck.

  • justinKidknapp Justin Knapp (@justinKidknapp) reported

@Bell_Support hey can you fix the f1 stream on Fibe app

  • getJGoutofhere JG (@getJGoutofhere) reported

@Bell @TSN_Sports I pay an insane amount for your ****** service and you pack it full of ads. Meanwhile I stream the sky sports feed you're ******* pulling from and there's nothing. The absolute ******* worst company

  • JimCastle13 Jim Castle (@JimCastle13) reported

@Bell The problem in Canada is we have two main telecoms providing service. So basically we're at their mercy. Hence the high rates.
