    @Bell How about a video showing how Bell customer service has deteriorated over the years? Or how it went from Bell Canada, Canada’s top communication firm, to Bell Dubai, a crappy service with no technical support, poor billing, inflated prices, and no customer support.

    @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support Having issues playing online PS4 with either GTAV or RDR2. Both @RockstarSupport games. Other games work fine. Can't even use their apps on my phone when connected to my wifi but works fine on mobile data. Any ideas or help? 0x500000020 error.

    @Bell are you guys having problems with the internet? We have had to reset our router several times this week and right now we can only get a connection for a few minutes before it goes down again. 😖 #WorkFromHome

    @Wiiggles_ Im thinking the only stuff that matters to @bell_support is getting money. Does customer service come into it? NO. At this point I dont believe they will ever prove my above statement wrong. Bell = $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and zero customer support.

    So I did a PIPEDA request into @bell for the CCTS complaint. I specifically asked for communications between Bell & myself, including the account holder (my mother). They didn’t provide any communications with me, the lawyer. I couldn’t even provide a full complaint to the CCTS.

    @Bell_Support @bellcanada #CustomerService #CustomerExperience. Bell has changed and charged more for a service that I did not authorize. How can this company be so inefficient and incompetent. Customers check your bills and invoices carefully. Shame on you Bell! Seniors beware!

    @Bell_Support I need some help.Currently my internet connection is down for the last hour & my home phone has no dial tone. Unfortunately your customer service reps have been rude with me.The troubleshooting has been unsuccessful. All I want is a technician to be sent pls asap!

    @Bell waited an hour on the phone to have a rude billing rep tell me that my $500 Bill for December is what it is, you have to pay it. Explanation was didn’t charge me in Nov so they added it to Dec. so now I don’t pay it all I owe interest on late payments. **** the litre guy!
