    @Bell_Support did you guys update the Fibe wireless modems in the last week? My wireless has been absolute crap lately. Tried restarting modem to no avail. Do I need to reset it and reinstall pods?

    @Bell Its been 31 days since I order did my device upgrade and about 10 days saying that shipment delayed due to some reason and I requested a cancellation but they told me wait 3 days; after 7 days they still tell me they cannot cancel the device upgrade.

    @Bell_Support is there an update on the outage in the GTA? When I called I was told it’s a large outage and it’s expected to be fixed by 10pm tonight. Is there a better ETA?

    Fran Curic @CuricFran · 56s Replying to @Bell I just went through some garbage in my dad's basement and found what looked like those two bells on this phone. I stopped for a minute because I heard some ringy dinging sound, realized it was half a century old piece.

    @Bell_Support I’ve re-booted my modem like 3 times. My internet is still not working and before I call tech support no it’s not my devices
