    @Bell @Bell_Support I'm furious. You ripped us off for yrs. Service much slower than promised. Internet stopped working. Netflix stopped working. TV stopped working. Competition offered us a massive permanent discount. Bell's response: save $15/month & hung up on me. What a joke

    Hey @Bell / @Bell_Support, is there a problem in the Woodstock, Ontario area with FibeTV? My folks seem to be having issues and no amount of restarts of the home Hub or Receivers seem to make a difference. Unable To Load The Guide (1014).

    @nath_beauregard @Bell You have to ask to speak to someone in the retention department to get a better deal the regular customer service people can’t make those offers.

    Week 6 of @Bell not fixing the dangerously low wire outside my house. Said techs were coming to fix. No one did. People walk by everyday and grab it.

    @TheSpec she also has a medical alert service that isn’t working either with this outage. How many are in the same situation? One fall and we’re in big trouble. @Bell and @Bell_Support have been completely useless. Lying every other day when it will be repaired.

    How does one download a show when there are several recordings now @Bell? You can only play or delete the series. It is still the worst app, now just made more cumbersome.
