  • cycletherapyHam Mark Anderson (Triple VAXXED 😷) (He/His/Him) (@cycletherapyHam) reported

Seeing reports @Bell_Support was acting up last night during the Superbowl, ours went out completely just as the Olympic Hockey game was starting and has been down since (either that or someone unplugged the modem again)

  • sheshifts001 Ms. M. Scott #fulldisclosure 〽️💎⚡️✨💛 (@sheshifts001) reported

I have read the policy agreement thoroughly and for individuals with a disability - which my mother has (survivor of severe brain injury) - they are supposed to waive service fees for using 411 @Bell_Support @Bell_News

  • robeth__ drzebra.eth (@robeth__) reported

@Bell @StephanArgent Fibe is down in Toronto

  • willys709 Willys709 (@willys709) reported

@Bell_Aliant Already called @Bell and was told that they couldn't review until after my current discount period ends. That doesn't work for me. I need internet for work so I have to secure affordable service elsewhere because $270/mth doesn't cut it.

@gordoooo_z @MasterHandJr @Bell Cogeco service techs literally said, it’s literally impossible to transmit speeds anywhere close to a GB over DSL. You have to have either cable, or SFP/SFP+ (Fibre to the home). They are literally selling DSL and calling it fibre.

@Bell My Bell internet sucks and doesn’t work half the time. Makes playing online games no fun

  • Stephenvillegal Melissa Allan (@Stephenvillegal) reported

I just called @Bell for an issue planning on leaving them for a better rate. I spoke with a lovely customer service agent from the 🇵🇭 who was exceptional and down to earth. I’ll stay with them because of this call. #givehimaraise #CustomerService

  • sheshifts001 Ms. M. Scott #fulldisclosure 〽️💎⚡️✨💛 (@sheshifts001) reported

Bell Canada is not the caring company they claim to be. Their customer service is appalling. There are new phone companies ready to keep Canadians connected with loved ones Bell Canada only cares to squeeze money out of vulnerable citizens #Shame! @Bell_Support @Bell_News

  • JacobThomper Thompson (@JacobThomper) reported

@gordoooo_z @MasterHandJr @Bell Also Co-AX and DSL are two different standards. DSL doesn’t use a cable line, DSL is your phone line. Cogeco service techs literally said, it’s literally impossible to transmit speeds anywhere close to a GB over DSL. You have to have either cable, or SFP/SFP+ (Fibre to the home).

@JacobThomper @MasterHandJr @Bell I'm well aware, I just find out hard to believe that they would charge you gigabit and then hook up DSL. That's done diabolical ****. Not saying it didn't happen, just saying it's super scummy of them.
