@Bell_Support for $80, your cell service is absolutely atrocious. I can’t even maintain a stable data connection on my GO train ride home.

@RogersHelps Yes and the transfer fee of $80 is completely RIDICULOUS! How would I know if they did it by mistake. I CLEARLY asked him AND my son as well. He responded on more than one occasion “ YES NO PROBLEM” Yet he did. So he is now a @Bell customer & will be joining him. “Sorry 2cu go”

@Bell_Support Bell’s new security provider API is awful. On hold now for 47 minutes while waiting to cancel my service. Apparently my time is not appreciated.

@Highteaspeaks @Bell Phone and plan 60 after tax. This is better than just a 25 after tax plan though. In my opinion. (Works for me anyway). Seems network not too reliable on cheaper plans(20-25 per month plans).

@Bell Why is my 83yr old mom paying $81/month for 20GB on a paid-off iPhone 13 with no bundle/extras? Loyal customer for years. Why are long-time customers, esp seniors, left on outdated plans while newer customers get better pricing? You’re abusing loyalty. @cbcgopublic
