@Bell For over 2 weeks, been trying to return these devices and pick new ones. Been told to goto Bell Store, in MyBell app, many chats etc...just to have wrong devices shipped and my plan downgraded and over data now. This must be a joke or horrible service!

  • Stabel Luciano Stabel (@Stabel) reported

In Canada, Rogers and @Bell compete hard for the title of the worst internet provider. That's unbelievable how deceitful they are and how terrible their customer service is.

  • BiggshowKF BiggshowKF (@BiggshowKF) reported

@Bell_Support I called you. For help. Yet I jump through hoops to prove who I am after all that information I give. And don't get the answer I need. Like why my bill went to $100 in overages when LEGALLY you have to cap it at $50 and cut off the service. You didn't. You soaked another 50 fr me

  • CdnCandace Candace Loughran (@CdnCandace) reported

I need to vent!! I moved into my new house almost a year ago and have had nothing but problems with @Bell_Support. My Fibe TV has never worked properly. I have been through waiting on hold too many times to count and have tried new receivers several times

  • ggkavana Glenn Kavanagh (@ggkavana) reported

@Bell_Support or try DMing me as clearly your suggested methods are not working and it makes me wonder how much business you guys are losing for poor customer service inquiries.

  • ggkavana Glenn Kavanagh (@ggkavana) reported

@Bell_Support DMs are still not working.....this is what I attempted to send 3 times....Just a heads-up....my last 2 attempts to inquire to switch my service to Bell were not good.....1st was a language barrier 2nd service centre could not find my existing account with Bell Aliant.

@ethanleppsucks @Bell Bell doesn't throttle websites. Been a customer for a long long time (even with DSL). Wi-Fi is unreliable in your case, use ethernet.
