Hey @bell, great customer service and employee care telling me there's nothing I can do but buy out my remaining contract to offset the loss of an employee discount. Finishing the call by offering me TV service at an added cost was a nice touch, too.

@Bell did your services crash 2 nights ago near Peterborough? Calls & texts won't go through as of yesterday morning, & data is running on 3g. Services were fine until Wednesday, now I can't even call customer service to resolve this. Frustrating!

@Bell_Support Your support info said that we can only watch 4k on the home PVR. Why can't I access the channels I pay for from your app and from all receivers? Is this something that you are planning to resolve soon?

Hey @CraveCanada, do you have some recommendations to save cellular data for streaming? I’m in north territories and @Bell_Support is the only internet provider available which is slow.
