Hey, @Bell_Support: I was on hold for 54 minutes, then hung up on. A second 30 min call made a repair appointment for today 9-5, and I just got a text saying the work is done when no one came. If you’re wondering why people don’t like your company, this is why. You’re awful. 👎

@beermedani @Bell @BellMediaPR from what I can see this has been an active issue to not solve for over 3 months as I can attest it’s never been working on my PlayStation. But they don’t care about who they do and don’t reach. Clearly they’re just gonna keep taking the money.

Hey @Bell, I've been getting Bell correspondence on my address that is supposed to be for someone else. A few months ago, an employee came to install internet for someone else and we told him it was the wrong address. It seems like it was never fixed and now we're stuck with this

@Bell PODS Don’t work! Now tech is telling me they can’t add these pods back! Someone canceled our pods from our account????? I am the only one who has the APP and am also the only contact. This is the WORST service EVER!
