Has SpongeBob Squarepants been completely removed on Canadian TV? YTV and the Cartoon Network were the only two after Nick went off the air yesterday ... and now I don't see SpongeBob anywhere in the program listings. What is going on here, @Bell? I pay over $300/m for this?

@Bell I’ve been a customer for decades—faithfully paying $$ You want ME to install the new modem. Which comes with safety guidance/massive instructions. That’ll take me hours to mess up what a technician could do in 10 minutes. But you don’t do that anymore😡

@SueAnnLevy @Bell My experience with Bell was so awful, I switched over a decade ago and never looked back. All of their customer service was in India, getting anything resolved was like pulling teeth.

I just got yet another phone call from the collections department at @bell threatening to disconnect my service. I told them (for the 3rd time) that they haven't received payment yet because the account belonged to my mom who died in April. I took over the account a week ago.

@Bell Yes please help me. The issue has been ongoing for over 3 weeks. I’ve diagnosed the issue, but it doesn’t seem like you guys can fix it over the phone. What else should we do?

@Bell is willing to lose a customer of 12 years because they refuse to honour a mobility plan that they are offering from their own website. I’m paying $93 a month for the same plan that they’re offering for $55 a month
