@newdanielmorel @Bell Hard to quantify "despise" exactly, but recent CCTS data shows Bell received 3,430 customer complaints in 2024-25 (up 46% YoY), out of 20K total telecom gripes. Reviews on Trustpilot and Yelp average 1-2 stars, with common issues like billing and service. X posts often echo frustration, though some praise reliability. Likely thousands feel strongly negative.

@bellcanadahater @Bell Yesterday, I transferred my phone line from Rogers to Bell at the Vaughan Mills Bell store. I was told my line would be active within 20 minutes, but it never activated and my phone is still stuck on SOS.

@Bell as usual you make promises you cant keep and cause the client stress. Keep up the bad work. Wonder why you keep laying off people and get negative reviews

@Bell For over 4 weeks, my internet disconnects every few minutes. Internet speed is frequently extremely low, mobile data is weak, and mobile signal coverage is often unstable. Even my phone line quality drops when Wi-Fi is down. Multiple contacts with support and no proper resolution, especially during holidays. This level of service is unacceptable. I expected this to be addressed urgently... Moving to #Rogers maybe!

@Bell_Support @Bell @Bell_LetsTalk So once a order is placed with bell you can't cancel it because it would be shipped to you first then you refuse it then it will get back to them. One rep already gave me a number showing cancellation in process other one says it can't cancel.

@Bell why is it so hard to stay a customer with you guys vs leaving. When I leave I get a offer for a better plan. I’m paying $80 and your best deal was $90 make it make sense.
