@Bohsco @cogeco @Bell I changed to a provider that uses cogeco lines because of the terrible Cx serv by Cogeco. But now I’m not a priority and they’ve left us (cogeco fixes the fallen lines) w/o internet all week and for online school next week. Because of fallen wire outside. I hate Cogeco!

@Bell Talk to me about your tv service options. Rogers "upgraded" me to Ignite but downgraded my channels to next-to-nothing for the same price I was paying before. I'm done.

@Bell_Support Your complacency & inability to actually understand what is happening shows your total disregard to your customers. Don't insult my intelligence! FIX YOUR PROBLEM!

After calling @Bell to inform them what the technician said (that it's a @TorontoHydro issue), we learned he didn't actually write what he told us into the ticket and was also just flat *wrong*. THREE techs are now coming tomorrow. "How many Bell techs does it take to"...🙄

@Bell_Support Again, you are pushing the requirement & responsibility to filter spoofed calls on YOUR network onto your customers. As YOUR customer, I am telling you this isn't good enough. DO YOUR JOBS & FIX THIS PROBLEM!

@Bell_Support @Scootch1 How does having someone from the so-called “technical” team contact a client within 48 hours help anyone who is having an immediate issue with your service(s)? (Other than helping them decide to choose a different provider, that is.)

To update the @Bell mess. Two of their service reps need new jobs because the way they treated me is unacceptable. You don’t bully or talk down to your customer. Thank you Nat who was helpful and went above and beyond what she was suppose to do!

@Bell_Support Now has customer appointments disappearing from their system all because they don't have competent technicians who cannot ring the bell or refuse to show up for cheap pay. Savings passed onto customers 😩
