If you don’t remove them without charging me don’t worry I’ll cut them myself and you can deal with the outages that it will cause.

Leo (@Leo71106092) reported@TheSpec she also has a medical alert service that isn’t working either with this outage. How many are in the same situation? One fall and we’re in big trouble. @Bell and @Bell_Support have been completely useless. Lying every other day when it will be repaired.

This isn’t just an inconvenient it’s affecting daily operations. Can this be urgently escalated and resolved.
