    I can't receive calls or texts and @bell has told me that they cannot help me. Had the phone inspected by Apple and a new sim card put in place and yet it still doesn't work. It works with other sim cards from different providers. What great customer service. wow.

    @Bell_Support was just on the phone with support... they mentioned there is an outage currently (Fibre Optic Internet) and you are working on resolving it by noon. Can you please confirm? (Corktown/Distillery/King East area)

    Nice @Bell no service until midday Wednesday. Every time I call it gets pushed back. I don’t get paid if I can’t work.

    @Bell @Bell_Support why is your customer service so bad? We set up a service move weeks ago. Then two days before the move everything set up weeks ago is messed up by Bell. The person on the phone tried to blame me. Terrible customer service.
