    @Bell_Support why is there no information about the total outage we just had in Cobourg and other places. I have never lost all services including cell, this is very concerning and I would like to know what happened.

    A big thank you to Alphonse at the @Bell executive offices for giving us a 50 GB increase in our phone data plan so we could use it as a hotspot until our @Bell_Aliant internet was repaired. With our internet down for 7 days, it got us through until the repair could be completed.

    @Bell_Support very disappointed with assistance I requested today. The person I talked to was not knowledgeable about activating a SIM card and then asked me to do a couple of things and he would call me back. He never called. Not a good look.

    @Bell_Support 0024H Grahamdale mb. No cell reception less than 1000m from cell tower. Have always had perfect signal here. What is going on? Couldn't call for help if emergency.

    @Bell_Support Recently, my Bell Internet has been steadily declining in performance. I already pay $100/mo for a meager 5MB speed and a cap with a bad router that Bell refused to replace even though it had issues since the start. I WFH and do online gaming. I need this fixed.

    @Bell I placed an upgrade order of an iPhone based on what I was told in in their inventory...3 weeks and multiple calls later I am told they are backed up. I decided to cancel the order and purchase at an apple store through bell. Was told it will take a business day
