I am currently on hold with @Rogers at the moment as my Internet has cut out three times in the last hour and I have now twice heard that all their CSR’s are “Canadian based”. I’m guessing thats a shot at @Bell who has a lot of their agents outside of Canada.

Ever been a loyal customer of a company (say, for example, @rogers) for many, many years, and then they try to rip you off with unjustified charges, so you immediately cancel all services and go to their competitor (say, for example, @bell)? What a time for sneaky greed.

  • DStitchman Stitch Man (@DStitchman) reported

Friendly reminder that @Bell is an absolute dogshit company that does not care about its customers, offers terrible services, and charges way too much for said services. $85 a month for 3Mbps is absolutely unacceptable. @Bell_Support is not helpful either. Just a terrible company

@quackzyy @Bell_Support Mine has NEVER gone up urs is bugging

  • Neha21366756 Neha (@Neha21366756) reported

@Bell_Support we don't have time to call Bell every month with such stupid problems. Something is really ******* wrong at your end. Do you guys even care about someone's money or just keep on charging people's hard earned money without any knowledge and sense!!

  • mapleboy0001 mplb (@mapleboy0001) reported

@Bell why dont you have cbs sports network on satellite tv? you have it on fibe

  • bladepupmster Soak (@bladepupmster) reported

@Bell What is wrong with you guys? been waiting for over almost a year now from ordering a phone with you guys, meanwhile you send me text messages telling me to order new phones all the time, only issue, YOU HAVE NO PHONES, no stock, so why do you keep spamming me to buy new 1?

  • UnknownSaviour_ Magic Man (@UnknownSaviour_) reported

@Bell_Support I just had a terrible interaction with a support team member. @RogersHelps what promotions are you guys running since bell clearly doesn't want me as a customer.

  • DStitchman Stitch Man (@DStitchman) reported

@Bell_Support I'm supposed to be getting 3Mbps downloads on my wifi. My Xbox is currently downloading at 800Kbps despite being the *ONLY* device using the network. This is absolutely unacceptable. If you won't give me high speed at the very least give me the speed you promised me

  • hexagraeme Graeme Kennedy (@hexagraeme) reported

@beheshtialex @_LukeBradley @Bell_Support They cannot. When we called to cancel Bell to jump to (what is now) Beanfield the Bell support person was like "lol we can't beat that. I'd take that deal too. I literally cannot offer anything that would compare"
