@Bell You have proved time and again that you don't actually care. The DM's go nowhere, solve nothing, and never escalate things to where they need to be. Pretending to ride in on white horse going "WELL ACTUALLY!" doesn't help. I gave up using Bell in favor of the slightly less horrid Telus, and at least I can get service when I call them. Hell, even that reply sounds like it was AI written. I have zero faith in your company left, and at 41 I hold a long grudge. It would take something significant to change my mind, after the hell you caused me.

@Reil76 @Bell Oh no, i just left Rogers a couple days ago for Bell. My tv hasnt worked for a month and my internet is on and off all day. Damn did i just leave one crappy provider for another? ๐Ÿ™

@K38Tweets @Reil76 @Bell Love when they ask me that. I used to get so sarcastic and make remarks back at them. Thankfully Iโ€™m with Vidรฉotron now and they have support that have knowledge not asking an IT guy if his ******* monitor and computer are plugged in and on ๐Ÿคฆ

@MgtmMoisan @broddy83 @Bell Yup. And then they hang up.

@Reil76 @Bell None of them care. Rogers billing issue but I can't get a human. On hold forever then call gets cut off because they have higher than normal call volume. I'll just not pay and I guarantee someone will call me.

@Reil76 @Bell Same here for years. Everytime i'll get. "I will send you a new reliever" Can i have a technician come out? "You dont need one" On to the service department. Within 2 seconds, it will cost you $75 dollars. I wiuld switch but Cogeco would have to dig up my driveway

@mobinfiltrator @Bell The best choice I ever made was not having my tv/internet from the same provider as my cell. This way if one of them goes down Iโ€™m still good.

@Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well itโ€™s working now so whatโ€™s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.

@infamousadam13 @Reil76 @Bell When I used to work phone support I learned the trick, most Canadian support lines that handle French support always bring you to a bilingual service in Canada, but English support usually sends you to the Phillipenes where they are trained to sound more Canadian
