  • TheBassNerd JF Brown (@TheBassNerd) reported

@Bell_Support The internet finally came back and then went out again, with a whole WAN outage. You don’t appear to have any humans working your support line so this is the only place I found to report this.

  • GoHomeKaren Karen (@GoHomeKaren) reported

@Bell_Support @bell Newmarket and Aurora still have no internet via cellular for the past two days. No backup, no support, no service.

  • mohammad_adan11 mohammad adan (@mohammad_adan11) reported

Yo @Bell_Support why is the internet being so unreliable 😭. Like its been like this for so long and all you guys do is send new routers. Please help

  • Tahir61111956 Tahir (@Tahir61111956) reported

@Bell How about your off shore pathetic customer service? Its a disgrace to even call them customer service. The very reason I discontinued my internet/cellular services from Bell and moved back to Rogers

  • jablanche clifford (@jablanche) reported

@Bell I will be moving to Rogers. Unless you’re a new customer Bell charges way too much for what you get.

  • bob_boudreau Bob Boudreau (@bob_boudreau) reported

@Bell_Support I live in south Ajax Ontario (Audley Rd South) my cell reception has always been horrible. I have to use wifi calling all the time. Last Saturday's storm cause a power failure. Therefore no wifi. I was unable to get updates on my cell because of no signal .

  • Dude62261752 Dude (@Dude62261752) reported

@Signals613 @Bell_Support Well the Bell cs guy I talked to today said that there was "damage to multiple servers, with lots of nodes to replace." Yeah ok. As for why the internet service died out so long after the storm passed, he had no answer.

  • zer0ish84 zer0ish (@zer0ish84) reported

@Bell_Support why does LTE and LTE+ not give me data/internet? I've done all basic troubleshooting. My Rogers phone in the same areas didn't have any issues also on LTE and LTE+. Did I make a mistake in changing my mobile service providers?

  • adunnewold alyce dunnewold (@adunnewold) reported

@Mizhakwad14 @Bell_Support @Bell Why am I not surprised that Bell is anything but forthcoming about the non-existent service we’ll still likely to end up paying for? They really need to do far better at transparency and communication with clients.

  • JeWaHu J.H. (@JeWaHu) reported

@rogers @rogershelp better be adding the data I used during this outage back to my account. I’m not paying for Ignite to use data sitting at home. If not, here I come @Bell
