    @backspin18 @Bell Be carefull at renewal. Read your contract because after I had paid my 2 cellphones they renewed at same price ( but the 2 phones were paid ). They wont credit me that difference after I called. Never received such a bad treatment.

    @Bell_Support Thank you. Rebooted the modem. But still issues. Good to know it’s not a widespread outage. Should help us to narrow things down.

    Worst customer service at @Bell They will tell lies and make fake promises when you want to port your network. And once you fall in their trap, they cannot keep their words. I am a loyal customer ever since I moved to Canada, and all I got is fake promises

    @tractorboyns @Bell 1/2 Bob I was with Bell once for a short time 16 years ago and had the same issue. The right hand says something different than the left and the right foot says something different than both and so forth. No one in that company is on the same page.

    @Bell_Support Thank you. I contacted support. A technician is arriving tomorrow to fix the issue.

    @Humanitaires @Bell_Support @bell Yeah customer service scoring: 0% ! Technician was supposed to pass by yesterd at around 15:00 .. shows up at 18:00.States he had family matters to attend too. He asks me if he can come at 8:00am instead. Understanding the situation I said yes.9:30 still no technician!!

    @Bell_Support 3 days without internet. Technician came late yesterday then says coming back tomorrow, no one arrives, box open wires everywhere. We have to follow up with virgin, now saying no one will come until tomorrow. Only after this call were we offered temp data solution

    @Bell internet is just so terrible. Day and night the connection is bad and at night it's so reduced that it's rendered completely useless. Seriously! Fix you towers or whatever.
