@Bell you should be ashamed of yourself. Not helping people with their service bills through these hard times.

@Bell_Support Recently my family upgraded our internet package and were met with a modem upgrade, HomeHub2000, and the internet has been cutting out at least once a day. We've tried calling Bell techs numerous times and nothing they do fixes the issue. Any suggestions?

  • mitolilith Mitochondrial Lilith (@mitolilith) reported

@Bell_Support WOW! Bell signals that they care and want to help. Really it's just more automatic prompts and them saying - "oh there is nothing I can do about this" DO NOT USE BELL UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO KEEP AND USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION EVEN IF YOU STOP USING THEM FOR OVER 5 YEARS!!!!

  • JAHRULZ_1 JAH (@JAHRULZ_1) reported

@Bell_Support Tbh, I don't feel that's necessary, it's a simple general check that you should look at the current channel lineup and then fix the issue. I'm surprised no one has mentioned this before

  • SusanLackie_TD Susan Lackie (@SusanLackie_TD) reported

Come on @Bell_Aliant @Bell_Support fix my wifi once and for all. I need wifi so I can work. This “no wifi” and continued techs here and replaced modems isn’t working. 5 years ongoing problem. To my clients... I am sorry.

@bell is charging my rural small business over $218 per month for LANDLINE phone service. They told me I could get that changed to $110 per month. For. Landline. Phone. Service. @SteveClarkPC Wonder who else they're doing this to in our county? Moving to @Xplornet phone service

I seriously have never hated anything more than how much I hate @Bell_Support I can’t wait to move in two weeks and be rid of your services. I’ve now spent 2hrs of my precious time on the phone only to be transferred 4 times. So thank you and so long

  • riellemoore Rielle (@riellemoore) reported

Hey! @Bell_Support can you do anything About the 10 soma calls that I have received today. Fraud calls specifically telling me that I'm going to be arrested by service Canada lol. That would be super.

  • debora_bielecki Debiel (@debora_bielecki) reported

@Bell_Support having travelled out of country for three weeks had roaming and cellular data turned off my device and Bell charged me for three weeks of cellular data usage. How can this be? Called Bell to have charges removed told it’s just part of my plan. Need resolution
