    @MasterHandJr @Bell In the case of that awful home hub router though... If you have more than 5 or 6 devices, get another router. Rogers is just as bad. I'm convinced they're basically the same device inside.

    You know what’s poor customer service, @Bell? It’s when one of your agents calls to try to sell me unsolicited offers because I am a “loyal customer”, and they HANG UP on me when I reply that I’m not interested. Sadly, it’s not the first time.

    @gordoooo_z @Bell It’s possible it could be the cable. I actually had a bell technician come and install a cable but I think it’s only a cat 5 so that could be the issue. I appreciate your input.
