@Bell_Support Just DM'ed you. We are not the only @Bell customers in the area noting this issue. Never had it before, but it disappeared as soon as we travelled 30 minutes west.

@Bell_Support Order no BCGBVZMV techician never showed up and he lied in his note saying i did not want a late installation. I had already added a note with 5 follow up calls saying i am ready for how ever late he is. Really a bady day with first experience with Bell.

Long-time but completely fed up @Bell customer here. We can no longer afford our outrageous cell phone/data monthly bill. @Bell refuses to work with us despite our loyalty. Any recommendations for other options for rural eastern Ontario residents?

@linda_kauffeldt @Bell You may be able to get a decent package with Telus, especiallyif bringing own device. Not sure of their coverage in your area. I wouldn't recommend Rogers. I lose decent service in areas north of 401 or outside Ottawa. Bro is with Telus and has better luck

So thanks to the @Bell_Support outage in Oakville, my Bell mobile phone data is already at 8 gigs of 9 gigs with another 3 weeks to go before I have new data.
