@Bell_Support It crashed at the same time the tv did, around 12 pm today. I had reset the modem but no fix. I'm gonna try rebooting it tonight when I get home so I'll send a message after that if it's not fixed. Thanks.

Anyone considering an #alarmsystem do not use @Bell its a glitchy wireless mess system that will need to be serviced every 3 weeks with many days not fully able to protect you while you wait for service. Also after 10 days you are stuck with it however it is functioning. #garbage

Found out on Friday that @Bell had been double-charging me for 11 months for Call Display and Message Center. Went into support chat, had a great experience, and got the spare services removed from my account. (1/2)
