@TanyaFusco @Bell_Support I used to have connectivity issues all the time when I was in Montreal. Their tech kept telling me to reconnect cables and restart modem. Didn't work. they finally investigated and traced it to a faulty old wire somewhere in my neighbourhood.

@Bell_Support wow a damaged fibre to my unit caused by your sloppy techs and I have to wait for days? I switched for what? 3 days for a repair of your idiot techs? UNACCEPTABLE! Horrible service. Worst support. Lies and bull 💩. Get it fixed b4 I smash the modem into bits

Jerk seemed angry that I wouldn't want to stay with Bell. Said they could 'maybe' do something about my bill. (Lmao, as if you're gonna give me 3X the service for 1/3 the price. You're @Bell who just keeps adding fees and rate hikes every few months)

So glad I just left @Bell as a customer. I've never had such rude and aggressive customer service over wanting to cancel. - Transferred once from a nice agent to a total jerk - I told the guy "No" 6 times, that I just wanted to cancel

@TanyaFusco @Bell_Support Post it all over social media, keep calling and emailing like crazy, not sure about Bell but with most tech support if you call three times on same issue with no resolution they are supposed to escalate it to the next Tier of support and than they are supposed to escalate up
