Dear @Bell: Why do you always value getting new customers instead of keeping the ones you have? I brought over $190/mon in mobility to you while I was a TV/Internet customer and now to get the best internet deal I have to go somewhere else. So frustrating.

@jonmatthewspei @Bell Every time I got transferred to another department, they just disconnected my call. Their customer service issues are astounding. If there was another viable option, we'd be with another company.

What's the absolute worst TV provider?? @Bell every god damn time you cancel. You bring in the back your TV boxes/Pods/Wifi..they give you a Receipt (Reference#) and EVERY GOD DAMN TIME....you get charged $1000 for loss items. Someone some-*******-where isn't doing their jobs

What's going on @Bell ? Internet is down AGAIN!!!!! Hard to follow Covid guidelines to work from home when you can't rely on your Internet provider!!! Fix it!
