@Bell_Support I pay quite a bit of money to get these games and the Hockey package. This is not a good start to the season if the 4th game of the season is 'skipped'. Why am I paying for this if You aren't providing the service?

@Bell_Support Hello, I have called your toll free number numerous times. First they were not creating a ticket and kept telling me that ticket can’t created because it’s a ongoing issue in brampton. But brampton is a major city and I live in centre of it. 3 months of ongoing issue!? Weird

@_AirTuna_ @Bell Exactly, I made that same comment. Bell support reached out and still the same answer. Nada! What’s the point? Like I said to them, work on reach then speed. Honestly who needs 3Gbps? While others have 10 or 50Mbps in their neighbourhood.

@Bell_Support There really isn't a point, there is a huge disconnect between your outsourced telemarketing and your customer base. Clearly the offshore person that called had no idea if I was a subscriber since they asked me if I am or not.
