    Last week I cancelled my @Fidomobile service & moved over to @Bell, where I upgraded to the iPhone 13 Pro. When asked today by Fido why I left, I had two reasons: (1) July 8th: the poor communication and almost insulting 5 day credit and (2) the lack of 5G (by Fido).

    @CCTS_CPRST @Bell @Bell_Support Thanks! I filed a complaint (#00000001230206). I have a good handful of people in my town that are facing the same issue. Would you suggest they file their own complaints or is one good enough?

    @MasterSachimo @Bell_Support Weird they didn’t reply back to you. Worst internet provider. 90% of bell customer service don’t really wanna help they just want to get off the phone asap. You can tell. They sold our region to Xplornet without telling us. Then a bell employee told me last year.

    @Bell No denying you have been a superior service the oat few years... but just wondering if you had considered offering some relief (free data) for July 8th. Many of us relied on our Bell cellphones for work etc while our @Rogers accounts were down @Bell_Support #rogersoutage
