@Bell_LetsTalk @Bell Get your service from a better place like Roger's or telus you'll thank me. The lack of customer service here is disgusting. The charges I've recieved for returning a phone upgrade is ******* pathetic

@NewfoundLid @Bell_Aliant We only have internet, cancelled cable and landline with Bell, no issues. Went from $250 to $100. We run 2 iPads, 2 phones, laptop and TV and never have buffering or glitches. @bell

@Bell_Support The managers name was Lisa Webb last time we spoke she had given me her email and told me to contact her if any further issues arise. Still no reply after 48 hours

  • BoscUlrich Jeff Johnston (@BoscUlrich) reported

@Bell_Support It is not an inconvenience when your door-to-door refuse to acknowledge the words No and Not Interested more than 4 times. That's a problem, and this interaction is a reflection of that problem where you still refuse to answer the original question after being asked twice.
