    @Bell, how do you get to have a service outage for 24 hrs, tell me an est. restoration time (yesterday afternoon) and then crickets? If I ran my business like that I’d have no clients. Can’t run my business today cos still no internet thanks to you.

    @Bell_Support Yeah, then the password reset is sent to your email, which you can't access. When my Mom called customer support, she was served by a very nice person but they didn't stay on the call to complete the password reset process. Mom had to call back and she heard
