@Bell We don’t have a very big house and it doesn’t even work from one end to the other. Scam artists. We just got another router and ran a cable to get signal on the other side of the wall 🙄

It’s rather concerning to me that on multiple calls with @Bell_Support the reps have spent more time trying to upsell me on new and additional features (I literally JUST signed up) than fixing my issues. Oh, in case you’re wondering, no my issues didn’t get resolved.

@Bell_Support 1. you didn't even have these 4K receivers in 2008 2. I wasn't a Bell customer in 2008 3. This receiver was sent to me under a year ago ... do better Bell and stop employing scammers. 31 mins on this call and still no resolution? I've been sitting in silence for 99% of the call

@Bell_Support We have tv, internet, and 5 cell phones with Bell ... I think it might be time to take our money elsewhere if this is how you treat your customers ... god forbid an elderly person gets this agent and this agent scams them for over $600 ... sickening!
