    After being on hold for 1 hr and 48 min I was told they were experiencing problems and got cut off. Customer service at its finest. @Bell

    @sharonhoyes @Bell It's all the big telecommunications companies! I have to call my provider and negotiate at least once a year. Very poor business model.

    Tried to get bell app to work on AppleTV. Said it would only work with bell internet which isn’t avail in sk. Spoke to 14 different people @bell over 2 hours before the call finally disconnected without clarification. The worst customer service. #tiedselling

    @Bell Your escalation agent called “Red” has very poor customer service. I persons like her are responsible for solving customers issues, I can guarantee you customers will be leaving.

    @Bell_Support almost 200 dollars a month and can't even watch something on demand cause it skips and buffers like it's enjoying it..what kind of crap is this in 2020
