@bell will you refund everyone for tonight's outage? And did you send a notification to people that you were going to take the network down for the evening?

@Bell No just fix it - we’ll see if it gets fixed tomorrow- this is putting her safety at risk

Hey Mark at @Bell **** you lmaoo. Put me on hold for 40 mins just to hang up on me. @Bell_Support your sales people are wild.

@nath_beauregard @Bell You have to ask to speak to someone in the retention department to get a better deal the regular customer service people can’t make those offers.

@toddamus @Rogers @Bell I think the sad truth is that both do not deliver a level of service commensurate to the cost of their services. They defy loyalty logic and the knowledge that change doesn’t help is part of the catalyst IMHO!

You would think @Bell would fix their internet after 3 days being down but who gives a **** right?

@Bell very frustrating to wait on hold for 3 hours today to cancel my services and the line gets disconnected 3 times without anyone calling me back

@Bell Can't you just answer the question? This is not a private issue. Others may have the same question. In the app, how do you download a show that has been recorded when there are several episodes listed ? There is no 'download' button or option listed.

@Bell_Support Giga Hub 2.0 with Firmware version: 2.14.1 has a major flaw with the DMZ Advanced mode. The Internet drops every few hours, requiring toggling the DMZ mode on and off. So annoying and unacceptable in 2026. When is the fix coming?

@nath_beauregard @Bell It's a pain in the ***, but every few years I cancel Rogers and sign up with Bell, just to get Rogers to call me back with the better deal. Sometime I have to go back and forth 2-3 times until they won't go lower.
