@Bell_Support No internet. Electricity back last night. Cellular back around 6pm on May 22. Meanwhile I'm with Rogers for cellular for work and no issues throughout. Please bring back internet for K1J. Also phone line for the area. My senior mom (87) has no way of communicating.

@Bell_Support cannot provide an estimated time for Internet service restoration in postal code K1A in Ottawa after 2 days of service outage. Our power is on here but no internet. I would be totally isolated if it wasn't for my @Rogers cell phone. #shame

Ugh. @Bell_Support internet is absolute trash right now. What is going on? It has been abysmal since around 4pm, showing full signal but nothing is able to load and even the smallest task takes eternity to complete. Why am I paying $100/month for this?
