    @Bell_Support hello Bell, is Satellite TV outages due to the snowstorm normal to last over 12 hours? Just wondering if we have to wait for snow to melt off the roofs to get a signal or is that error 015 server side for my area In Richmond Hill ontario. TY

    @Bell_Support can someone please help me. I cancelled my account with the option to return the device and there is no store that want to return it. I can keep the phone because I can't pay for it. The reason why I'm canceling is because was layoff and can't pay the bill. Pls help
