Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Cbrummell1 Craig Brummell (@Cbrummell1) reported

@Bell_Support This is why I still use my alarm clock that also has a 9V battery in it so it keeps the correct time even if the hydro goes out in the middle of the night while I am sleeping. I have NEVER used the alarm on my phone.

  • Flor_de_J ❤️ ❤️❤️ (@Flor_de_J) reported

@Bell_Support It's interesting. I thought the issue was that the clicks were set back one hour so that if alarms were set ppl were being woken up one hour early... Falling back... And yet so many messages saying ppl were late for something they would have been early for with this error.

  • TheTerribleHook The Terrible Hook (@TheTerribleHook) reported

@MikeYuan82 @Bell We were switching from @Bell to another service, but couldn't risk losing our email addresses, so we cancelled the move. Apparently Bell refuses to acknowledge that cancellation and shut off our internet/phone service this morning. Now their reps refuse to turn it back on.

@Daintytox @Bell_Support Yea, my time is default to network carrier, so it automatically updates, guess someone messed up at bell.. they admitted and apologized.

  • EvilKittenLord Alex Atkinson (@EvilKittenLord) reported

@CityNewsTO Damn you, @Bell. Donked up my AM. Such a severe service failure is sure to have an interesting post mortem. Or not. Was not enough attention paid to this seemingly innocuous event? Can't happen. Time is a foundational dependency of tech, and society. #devops
