@Erik1130 @Rogers It’s almost 2023 and I can only get DSL from @bell. They won’t even sell their wireless solution to me, which would be faster.

Merry Christmas to everyone except @Bell, who charged me $100 for less than 60 seconds of data usage in the USA while I was in an emergency situation. My contract is up this month and I will not be going back to Bell. 🖕Corporate Greed🖕

@Bell_Support Nothing to look into- I’ve used the virtual repair tool more times then I can count - I’ve been in chats with one of your service reps.. “it was an authentication issue” so they say and then back to losing internet and having to use my data … I’m just going to cogeco now

@karenjirvine @Bell_Support Barrie here as well, the outage notification still says restoration from 3:49am to 7:49pm, starting to doubt it'll be back in the next hour. Thankful for my rogers cellphone service so I can atleast watch 1 holiday movie with my kids tonight.

@Bell_Support This is similar to when Rogers went down. I thought there was to be a plan in place where customers could jump onto another providers servers? In future..is this going to happen?
