    @Bell_Support On Fibe TV app on Android, CNN International channel doesn't appear full screen and plays inside a small box in the center of the screen. Please fix this. @cnni

    @Bell_Support what would be great, would be if you offered customer support to customers on a more convenient platform. All the money we pay? Bell CEOs are the greediest, company sucks. If there was ANY other provider- we’d all choose that other provider.

    @Bell_Support Someone from small business needs to contact me. I am out of country, have spent over 4 hours on the phone w/your team to then get hung up on with no resolution. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    @Bell_Support @Bell…keeping a long time customer on hold for hours, not honouring a promo/offer that your people gave, with an email confirmation is not ok. And hanging up on said customer makes it worse. I just want the upgrade promised to me. It shouldn’t be this hard. Fix it.
