CHRISTMAS ***** (@barecaramel) reportedThe worst thing ever. I ordered a new phone and it stated I’d get it in 3-5 days now all of a sudden it’s back ordered and god knows how long it’ll take. @Bell @Bell_Support do better.

Matheson Steplock (@MathesonStep) reported@notshenetworks @kmenzel_gaming The speeds @Bell offers in their non-pure fiber neighbourhoods are disgustingly slow considering the CRTC considers an acceptable high speed internet plan to be 50 down 10 up. In Ontario we basically have 2 options, Bell DSL or Rogers Cable, neither are very reliable or affordable

Jane Hopgood (@Jopgood) reported@Bell_Support just off the phone with your tech support. She told me there is a planned outage for parts of downtown Toronto until 11/25. Is this true? You didn’t notify your customers? Extremely disappointed in your unreliable and unprofessional service
