    @Bell_Support my parents modem resets a few times a week in the evening, out of nowhere, & shuts down the internet & interrupts any tv watching. Their wifi is awful even w boosters in the house. No one has been able to assist. Change of equip hasn’t helped.Inexcusable “service”

    @Bell Really frustrated here - I have TV & Internet with Bell and my cell with Virgin (post monthly paid). For some strange reason I can't transfer my Virgin ac over to Bell even though Bell Mobility is the service both use! I'm a long time customer of BOTH services, 20+w/

    @Bell I don't doubt all the negative experiences people posted here, but we got these a few months ago & there was a drastic improvement in signal throughout 90 year old 950 sf apartment. 3 of us working/schooling from home & no issues! We move soon, so who knows in the next place!
