@Bell I was paying $112/month for a 25GB no-frills package because "that's the lowest we offer" I use less than 1GB/month on a heavy data month. Sick of paying ridiculous prices with TERRIBLE customer service. Bye @bell, hello @koodo and a $45/month 6GB plan with unlimited US calling

@Bell_Support When the hell is this getting fixed? Are we all getting credited on our bills considering I pay $4 a day for this service I can't use? Can't be that difficult to fix the issue but it's been down for 12 hours. TWELVE HOURS!

@Bell_Support This is ridiculous, we pay way too much money for this service to be given little to no information nor notification (email or text) that there has been a HUGE interruption. How long is this going to take? Any timeline on full restoration of serivces? Will we be credited?

@Bell_Support Outage on Bell satellite is only affecting my older receivers, 6100 and 9400 series. Newer HD receivers not affected. Clearly software botch up by Bell. Older receivers were looking for “transponder “0” and locked up. Seems to be corrected around 12:45 pm.
