    decided to switch internet providers. officially done with @bell. lost two days of income and theyre still lying about a timeframe to fix the local outage. continuing to rely on their word means more days of not surviving and earning. any service is better than zero service atm.

    @tifroggie @Bell_Support theres been a massive outage for the past 2 days lol they won't tell you that they'll just reply asking for your account info like it's just some kind of anomaly with your modem

    @Bell_Support there has been no internet or cell service in the whole town of White River Ontario for the last two days pretty hard to work with no internet or cell service.. also can be dangerous if someone breaks down in the middle of no where with no cell service and -30 temps

    Dealing with @bell and billing issues has to be the biggest pain the a** ever! Consistently multiple calls to deal with billing issues. Can never get it right. @Bell_Aliant #fibe
