@jamiljivani Don’t forget the massive tax benefit they receive from “donating” money for their company branded Lets Talk campaign. And the fact they laid hundreds off the day after doing this campaign last year. @bell is a dog **** company that I avoid as much as possible.

@IanDMorrison @CTVNews @Bell Hello. That is how big organizations treat people they purge. The same thing happened to me when they did a reorg at my nationally based company after 37 years of service. You are told, and you must leave. No goodbyes.

@Videotron Wow garbage customer service, who do you hire? You’re OK with a client canceling and leaving to @Bell because you can’t offer your current Helix internet promotions to existing clients whose contract is ending. Bravo!

@bell Your employee just used EXTORTION as a tactic on me. They told me if I cancelled my service now or anytime this year, they would remove the credits for overpayment that were already applied to my account.

@Bell Gouge Gouge Gouge. Wifi as weak as water and now you’re expecting customers to pay more to compensate for your crappy service?? I shouldn’t need pods for my small 2-bedroom apartment.

@Bell Bell isn’t just sticking it to their Network Anchor, they want to stick it to all of us too. How about instead of squeezing every last penny out of consumers and firing your Network anchor to increase profits, you try something radical… like improving service
