@JodiParker @SteveDesroches @Bell_Support Very confused that Bell can install these lines in the snow. I am waiting - since Nov - for them to call me to come fix their broken fibe line at my house. (Installer could not finish install job due to faulty line) Assumed it would be spring.

@Bell you have THE worse service ever. I’ve had NO phone line for a week. Tech has been here twice. Tells me to get it escalated. Speaking with rep who is doing stuff already done. At over $90/mth for BASIC service, unacceptable. We are Veterans/seniors.

@SteveDesroches @Bell_Support Would this be poor hindsight or poor foresight?

@Nick_181 @Bell_Support When I called customer service this aft, they said it would be working by 11pm on Feb 2! Hopefully they’ve bumped up the timeline? Outage website says it’s a cut line so hopefully a sinple fix?

@blackowned905 @AbbyLaneGreen @Bell told me they are removing Netflix access from their boxes so I'm canceling the whole thing - my fibe internet goes down multiple times a day and I'm just done. I'll find another internet provider and only had cable cuz it was a package... I'll go back to torrents.

  • Rae8465 RaeofSunshine☀️ (@Rae8465) reported

I get so many spam calls its getting fkn ridiculous! @Bell wtf! They appear as local numbers too. Getting really annoyed with it!

@Bell_Support @SunilKadikar You know, if Bell could be bothered to provide adequate technical support options, maybe they wouldn't need to keep begging customers to DM them every time a customer posts to the internet seeking support. We shouldn't have to turn to Twitter to access @Bell_Support.
