    Oh dear @Bell_Aliant @Bell as comms company, u don't communicate well. Customer returns modem in person. Bell neglects to tell customer to call to close acct. Customer has exorbitant outstanding fees (owed nothing at close of acct). Grievance form promised 5 wks ago. Not received

    @Bell @Bell_Support I'm furious. You ripped us off for yrs. Service much slower than promised. Internet stopped working. Netflix stopped working. TV stopped working. Competition offered us a massive permanent discount. Bell's response: save $15/month & hung up on me. What a joke

    @Bell hey bell. You were supposed to come to install TV, phone and internet and you did not come twice without noticing. You are billing me monthly since even if I donโ€™t have any service with you!!! Called you twice, you told me everything was fine. Still received 2 bills today!!

    Iโ€™m so over @Bell @Bell_Support lately the wifi has been automatically switching to data in my bedroom! Your wifi sucks! Even when it switches to data itโ€™s slower than cruise ship satellite wifi!
