@Bell U only provided road blocks & not solutions. I asked u to reach out to my husband directly but u said he needs to call customer service which has been the problem we’re trying to avoid. No. I asked 4 a diff # 4 him to call instead of generic customer service, but no 2 that too.

@Bell i just had the most horrendous, time-consuming and frustrating experience today. Several operators, placed on hold repetitively, and even hung up on by one. Impossible to speak to a supervisor. 3hrs of my day gone. And issue never resolved.
