    @Bell_Support internet has been down since last Thursday, potential blizzard hitting the province this Wednesday, can’t get a tech out to look until this Thursday (the day after the blizzard)? Any way we could possibly expedite this guys?

    @Bell I am so disappointed and frustrated ever since I got with your service. I got a Note 20 Ultra back in feb 2021 and the plan was so expensive. I was told that I can always switch but atm, that was the plan I could get with the phone. I am almost broke now because of you guys

    @Bell_Support would love to know why we’ve had no cell service this weekend. Of course nobody working ON A WEEKEND to actually answer anything though.

    It’s rather concerning to me that on multiple calls with @Bell_Support the reps have spent more time trying to upsell me on new and additional features (I literally JUST signed up) than fixing my issues. Oh, in case you’re wondering, no my issues didn’t get resolved.
