    @Bell_Support Every since the power when out on Friday night the internet has been running really slow. Lucky if the 1.5 Meg line can even give you 50 Mbps. I have started the modem and still no go.

    Terrible @rogers internet has been down since Friday. CSR was incredible rude, no service app until Tues. Thanks @Bell mobile hotspot for being reliable while working from home.

    @bell_support need a manager to call asap. What s csr? Make a customer been on hold for 45 mins and hang up and NOT CALL BACK? No decency to call back! I have been on call with bell since morning. Totally no connection.. Eating all my data just chat with bell for No solutions

    @Bell_Support Where can I check about outages in my area? Providers in other countries have a page in their site letting customers check - can’t find it here for Bell or Virgin? Also, internet is down in Hamilton ON…

    @Bell In a suburb of 60,000 people in Canada's National Capital Region, it is unacceptable to have poor cell phone reception. If you can't put up enough towers, you're going to lose me as a client.
