@Rogers @RogersHelps My MIL with Alzheimers who relies on calling her family for help 30x a day has been without a landline since Thursday morning. Earliest service call was for Saturday 2pm to 4pm and then it was cancelled. Hmmm @Bell was on my UNPLOWED street on a call.

@Bell How do you keep customers when you make it impossible to upgrade/renew??? I've tried 7 ways now. -Online chat is **** and disconnects -Over the phone was hard to get through to and then couldn't match your online pricing -Selfserve has an internal server issue....

@Rogers worse phone support ever … waited over 25min to speak to a live person . This is what happens when companies get to big and they don’t give sh*t about service ….. @Bell is definitely a better option .

Gotta love the ongoing, consistently awful service from @Bell_Support . I got a message that my Bell receiver will no longer support Netflix. THEIR RECEIVER (obviously). Their solution? Send me a new one and start charging me more? It's their system. Gouging? Clueless? Both?
