Whale. (@Oyeyemiyinka) reported@Highteaspeaks @Bell I honestly don't know how you guys land yourself in some unnecessary bills or plan. There other mobile service provider outthere for as low as $38 ..only home service (internet) should be that expensive

Cory Judson (@CoryJudson) reportedI cancelled my @Bell services in April because they are awful. Still waiting for the credit they owe me.

Justin S (@thej_schro) reported@POW2112 @CraveCanada @Bell BBUS moving homes was inevitable. There’s no way another network was going to allow a popular franchise like BB to go un-monitized in Canada. That said I’m glad the deal also includes BBCAN.

Mav (@Maverick_XBT) reported@TheHunterChef @Bell @FibeBell I would cancel right away and switch to IPTV if that happened to me

Jax (@Puff23138399649) reported@ModernAgri_Tips @Bell @Rogers Both are terrible. Just tried to switch services and the amount of ***** both companies dropped is unbelievable. Wasted probably 10 hours of time between calls and failed installations.

Sherry Rezaie, MD (@shaghayegh755) reported@Bell 24-hour update: @Bell still hasn’t managed to fully cancel my service. After multiple conversations and repeated assurances, I’m now being told it’s only partially cancelled. This is unbelievably frustrating. I genuinely don’t understand how a simple cancellation can be this difficult. Signing up took 5 minutes; cancelling has taken 24 hours and still isn’t resolved. Do better, @Bell. #BellCanada #CustomerServiceFail
