@DoolanJulia @DrKateTO @Bell You're believing one side b/c that's the narrative u want to believe. From the pic he already did some work so what diff would a mask have made at that point. End of the day she has a useless wire sticking out the wall. Who won? She still has no service.

@asquared20me @Bell_Support @DrKateTO So you take the simple matter of a customer request for a mask, where the technician acts like an *******, and turn it into a question about hazmat suits. Nice try.

@VinnyR16687452 @Bell_Support @DrKateTO The worker decided too. Workers r in short supply so if Bell wants to start pissing off their workers they can create their own problem. THERE IS NO MASK MANDATE. Get over it. FYI- its been proven that masks don't stop c19 transmission. Maybe read the report.

@Staaandy @TorontoUltra @Bell Up 100 about to beat Florida and we lag out and instead of being pissed off at what happened you say “thank god we lagged out, I was getting **** on”. Everything you do is for your own good. I don’t want this sympathetic bullshit.

@DoolanJulia @DrKateTO @Bell Yes she can request and they can refuse. Who needs the service? Why r u forcing your views on other ppl. Just wear a mask yourself. Its so easy as you say. Ur mask protects u.

@GoberLass @DrKateTO @Bell I was really surprised to hear it. It would never have occurred to me to request in advance and I was just lucky my husband was the one on the call and happened to say something. As the tech I *did* have said "you're going into someone else's home and you have to respect that."

@Bell_Support @DrKateTO There is no mask mandate & no one is req'd by law to wear a mask at work except hospital workers. What if this customer wanted the tech to wear a haz mat suit, gloves & a mask. U would cater to this nonsense too.

@asquared20me @Bell_Support @DrKateTO I guess it’s up to Bell to decide if your are being ridiculous, or the homeowner/customer is the ridiculous one. I’ve already decided.

@asquared20me @DrKateTO @Bell 1/ Nobody said his situation didn’t matter. He could have been respectful and not had a tantrum. His behaviour when asked to mask while entering someone else’s home was an issue. It’s sad you only see the side of entitlement to not mask while entering someone else’s home.
