So beyond irritated. On with tech support for Bell Internet AGAIN, after already spending half an hour getting them to reset my modem and lines. The moment I hung up the call, it went down again. @Bell_Support

@Bell I don't know what's worse. Roger's nationwide outages or Bell's billing problems. 2nd month with #Bell and have had to contact billing 3x. The solution: They will hold my money for 2 months. What happens if I dont pay for 2 months? @Bell_Support #HorribleService

@Bell just lost a customer to @RogersHelps because they couldn't match their deal today. Wanted me to wait until Nov 28th for the Black Friday deals cuz they're great deals. Their offer was to add $10 now and save later when big deals come out. Too late. I'll save 80 now. 😔
