I can't believe how terrible @Rogers infrastructure is. Two days now, no Internet. Yet they tell media 'majority' is back in service. Plus ...no ETA for full restore. Thinking of switching to @Bell for Internet services.

@CTVNews They said maintenance and an update caused the 16 hour outage last year too??!! Why can @bell update their system without outages yet @rogers cannot!!! #rogersoutrage

@emarceg @Limbictweets We pay very little for Bell landline as it is bundled with internet & Fibe TV ( we pay way too much for crappy service from @Bell). Cell is Rogers. Bell landline stand alone service starts at $50/month. Bell or Rogers -choose who you would prefer to get screwed by

@Vampayakarin @RogersHelps I'm with ya, this morning I priced out and setup a new @bell internet account, it's not quite as fast but only a negligible difference and some of the people I know that have Bell internet have said they have NEVER experianced a down time, NEVER!

@rogers so after a 24 hour outage only you tube will work? No other paid subscription services working. Are you throttling me after yesterday? Are you blaming me for your incompetence? Should I be calling @Bell.

Why is @Rogers claiming service is mostly restored when it isn’t? What if every @Rogers customer when they got service restored, switched to @Bell Fibe? I used to have it. The service is not as fast, but there was never outages like this, and they never lied. #RogersOutage2022

Hey @Rogers all is not well. Internet and cell service seem ok, but TV service is still very choppy and acting strange. Keeps switching channels intermittently. This is getting ridiculous. @Bell is looking very appealing right now. #Rogersignite #rogersoutage #rogersdown

@RogersHelps @CRTCeng tried calling tech support and the wait time is from 1.5hr - 4hr. Is this a joke? Time to switch to @Bell

Whole ******* neighbourhood is without internet again after like 5 hours of spotty connections. The fact that we pay more than any other country for this crappy service and slow ******* speed is pathetic. @CRTCeng @RogersHelps and even @Bell are relics, and useless.

@Bell_Support Internet up/down since this AM, more “down” as day progresses. Troubleshooted + ran virtual tune up, detected no issues. Seems ppl in Halton are experiencing similar issues w internet. Is there an outage or work being done or something? When will it be fixed?
