Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

@Bell_Support We are 20 hours in this outage, can we have an update?

  • NarqmanJR Zach Henri-Nielsen (@NarqmanJR) reported

@Bell_Support Why is there no redundancy in your network system? Seems ignorant to have one line being cut wiping out service for thousands of customers across three towns. Especially with how dependant people are on the internet nowadays with the stay at home orders.

  • dandurand1414 Matthew (@dandurand1414) reported

@Bell_Support That really doesn’t help. What I want is an estimate when I will have service and be able to work again.

  • FromKrypton Oliver Reyes (@FromKrypton) reported

@Bell_Support Ok so technical support didn’t know what they where talking about. Still no internet this morning. My wife is a doctor working from home doing telehealth and needs our home internet connection to do her job. @Bell_Support what are we supposed to do????

  • akitablack Paul Guiha 🇨🇦 (@akitablack) reported

@Bell_Support Really?!? 16 hours since the last update on your Twitter "support " account??? What's the point?

  • Patxisystems FS (@Patxisystems) reported

@Bell_Support I know this situation sucks, but as a workaround you can use your phone as a hotspot. I've been working since yesterday using my LTE connection and, although it is not perfect, I can get things done. I hope they fix this soon.

  • FineWolf Andrew Moore (@FineWolf) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell_Support Can we please have a public, transparent update on the repair schedule for customers affected in the J5B, J5C and J5R postal codes please? We are close to 24h without any clear picture of the situation or path to resolution. (cc. @CCTS_CPRST )

  • morinfc morinfc (@morinfc) reported

  • FromKrypton Oliver Reyes (@FromKrypton) reported

@Bell_Support I’m in the candiac area without internet. I need an update! My wife works from home and requires internet connection. We need our service or a backup in the meantime.

  • BenJaretTeacher Benoit Jaret (@BenJaretTeacher) reported

@Bell_Support home school, working from home all of this is impossible. How can this damage can more than 24 hours to fix? Don’t you have a work around? Not to mention not being able to do anything at night during the curfew. Wednesday night 10 pm? Really?
