    @Bell received a customer quality call today. When I told him that I had dead spots for service and was considering changing providers because of significant cost savings...his reply was I should be careful they could be worse.....

    @Bell I'm unsure of why we've had poor or non-existent service three times in September. I know you refuse to put a tower in Airdrie but the un-reliability of your "service" is pushing us to look elsewhere.

    @Bell_Support such crap service. I had an idiot tech here for hours for the third time and then he bolted and left me worse off, with no Internet no tv, no ancillary services and no plan for fixing it. May each and every one of you burn in hell forever.

    @Bell @Bell_Support your service is terrible. Promised a seamless upgrade to take effect Sept 14. No Technicien required. Complete home internet down, call to find out what the issue is get told that my scheduled software update is an all day time slot. Absolutely unacceptable

    @Bell_Support After a week of no-reply from customer service and lack of updates on my issue. I visited 2 BELL stores and they each confirmed issues and reported to BELL As a business user I was unable to call my clients back for a week. thank you TELUS. works and $130 less/mth
