    @Kevin_D_Lyons @Reil76 @Bell My family was always Bell mostly because my Dad was a splicer all his adult life. Bell is not the bell of my Dad's we all got rid of them they are terrible now.

    @Reil76 @Bell None of them care. Rogers billing issue but I can't get a human. On hold forever then call gets cut off because they have higher than normal call volume. I'll just not pay and I guarantee someone will call me.

    @Bell_Support cont’d. So unfair taking her money and not allowing us to cancel when she doesn’t even live there anymore. Someone needs to have common sense and empathy and help us cancel this account

    After a whole week, @Bell has been unable to address my email issues. One week. Can you imagine not having access to your email for a week? Bell technical said they would email me with a status update. You can’t make this stuff up

    After having dealt with the recent products and services of @Bell I see why your stock price has been a dog for half a decade. Down -47% in 5 years (during the greatest bull market ever mind you) & management doesn’t take the hint. Your company invented the telephone. Do better.

    @CrowFavBird @Bell_Support Telus did the same thing to us last year… the people on the phone don’t understand their lost customer won’t have “future needs” for phone and internet.

    @Bell_Support I have an unknown charge on my cc and an having trouble getting through to a human. Miss the good old days where clients can reach service providers.
