  • chaingunsofdoom CGD (@chaingunsofdoom) reported

@CTVSciFi @Bell_Support why is this channel still showing the wrong movies according to the onscreen guide? Users here on Twitter have been posting about it since yesterday. Does no one work weekends at your channel? Please fix the error.

@Bell_Support already did 5 times you keep treating my family like a pile of **** what 3-4 days with no phone when we paid

  • ItsSko Sko (@ItsSko) reported

@Bell With the new crop of advertisements being aired, Bell realizes they have an image problem. Unless they change their pricing, change their customer service, and change their attitude, their customers’ perception won’t change.

  • FBSisnothere Francis Brian Shaw (@FBSisnothere) reported

Dear @Bell can we talk about how terrible your phone plans are?

  • FBSisnothere Francis Brian Shaw (@FBSisnothere) reported

And if we still have time and soul in either of our bodies, @bell can we talk about how much mental anguish it causes me every two years just for the privilege of overpaying for a phone service that cuts off one out of every two times?

  • FBSisnothere Francis Brian Shaw (@FBSisnothere) reported

Fun @bell story from today: from an EPP corporate page, a chat message pops up asking if they could help. Twenty minutes & a phone call later, the answer is apparently no because the chat agents cant touch/answer questions on EPP plans. THEN MAYBE DONT PUT THE CHAT ON THAT PAGE

  • BluePa1nt Martin (@BluePa1nt) reported

@Bell Bell is garbage. Ignore this promoted twitter Ad. #bellsucks

  • ItsSko Sko (@ItsSko) reported

@Bell Desperately trying to change their image – after uncountable years of the same ****. Bell will need to change their attitude, their pricing, their customer service, their promises, their services if they want to change customers‘ minds.
