@Bell_Support I was supposed to receive a call back from a supervisor, it’s now past 2pm and I’ve heard nothing. You would think a fire emergency would be at the top of your list.

@Bell @Bell_Support your customer service support centre is absolutely awful. I should not have to sit on the phone for an HOUR because your website won’t let me log in. I’ve had my password reset 8 times, asked if I know how to spell my own email and now left on hold for 16 mins

Jerk seemed angry that I wouldn't want to stay with Bell. Said they could 'maybe' do something about my bill. (Lmao, as if you're gonna give me 3X the service for 1/3 the price. You're @Bell who just keeps adding fees and rate hikes every few months)

So despite the fact I've been working diligently to get up to date, even though they've done nothing to compensate me for double charging me for a year, @bell is still threatening to cut my service. Yep. Enough of this. Time for me to bring the @CRTCeng into this.

@Bell if you are thinking of going to Bell. Think again. They are the worst. Do not spend your money with them. Look elsewhere

So glad I just left @Bell as a customer. I've never had such rude and aggressive customer service over wanting to cancel. - Transferred once from a nice agent to a total jerk - I told the guy "No" 6 times, that I just wanted to cancel

@Bell there was a FIRE in my house this morning & the smart fire detector that I pay for monthly as part of my home security did not go off & I didn’t get a notification on the app. My dog and household could have died and your help line says there’s no supervisors working today
