    @Bell_Support Tried activating the $15 BYOD Smartwatch Standalone plan as a new customer. Website says it’s allowed, but phone support & stores keep passing me back & forth because your system forces a smartphone IMEI. Left on hold for over an hour. Please DM to fix this.

    @MattWalshBlog Cell coverage was better in 2009. Calls drop all over now even just outside major cities. It’s terrible service in Canada and we pay the highest fees. @Rogers @Bell

    For the third time this week, a customer has come to my Canada Post counter with a @Bell package to be sent by Purolator, with the customer saying Bell told them to bring it to the post office. But Bell has ASSURED me this isn't happening. Bell, let's talk about your gaslighting.
