Hey @Bell_Support. My 1.5gb internet service is clearly being throttled. Is this something if I call they'll actually tell me why or just pretend to not know why?

  • deej9150 Deej (@deej9150) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell So bell decided to increase their price for service during a pandemic. Pay more yet we will provide the same service. Ya makes sense.

  • tranquileye JohnHarrisStevenson (@tranquileye) reported

@Bell charged me $49 to suspend a $10 monthly TV service we're not using. They essentially refused to cancel it when I called, didn't tell me about the charge. Unbelievable.

  • JustANe04349165 JustANerd (@JustANe04349165) reported

@Bell Why do you falsely advertise service availability? I moved based on your false info, now we can't WFH and risking the health of my family. Not cool, especially during pandemic third wave. @CRTCeng needs to end the Rogers / @Bell duopoly.

  • mromascanu Marian Romascanu (@mromascanu) reported

Hi @Bell_Support. I am in a residential area listes with "FTTH available". I am now on copper now and after spending hours on phone with Bell, ordered Fibe 150 but still unclear how Bell will run the fiber to the entry-point in the house w/o major damage to trees and lawn. (1/2)

@Bell_Support Dear bell Canada, can you tell me how I have a $400 overage change on my cellphone when you app says I’ve only used 9Gig of data over my limit? Dear Telus, you’ve got a new customer for four different devices. This is criminal. @TELUS

  • emveewhy Mia (@emveewhy) reported

@Bell @cbcgopublic a Bell tech recently installed our internet cable too low AND fasted it to our hydro cables. A transport truck drove down our st this morning and ripped it out of our home, along with our hydro. Now have no internet and hydro due to a careless and lazy mistake.
