My 90 year old FIL has been without his landline, or cable TV, since last week. @Bell_Support and @cogeco feel that leaving him without service, with no date to fix, is acceptable! We will be moving all of his services, and our own, to others who value decades long relationships!

8 calls and 3 dm's to @Bell_Support over the last 30 days to fix my smartwatch connection to my smartphone, and all they can say is, "Dm us for further assistance"! WTF! No consistent follow up, no consistent customer service, and NO RESOLUTION! Shame on you @Bell_Support @Bell

@8ateTech @TorontoDefiant @Bell That isn't the point, they are Offering and taking the money for a package, that cannot be realized by the customer, because they don't give the customer the Hub 4000, to get it. Would you pay 150K for a Porsche, that had a Omni engine in it?

@luvluvnancy @Bell New chip, camera upgrades Even if "Dynamic Island" is a stupid name, it's a pretty welcomed change The always on display The satellite SOS thing is cool I don't think it's worth an upgrade over the 13 pro (or even 13), but buying a new phone every year isn't great anyway

@Bell_Support I am an espressvu customer, with a 9400 receiver and a 720p television. Has there been some type of change/update, that would effect the picture size on the HD channels [1625] vs the standard def channel [525]?

@CryptoProdigy4 @RogersHelps I agree I hate @bell but you are right you don't hear of these issues with them. If you have to pay a bit more for some consistency it's worth it.

@Bell I've decided to send you a copy of the whole platform for testing purposes, there will be televisions, modems and cell phones for you to test on your landlines as a full customer endpoint solution.
