  • NubiaAndYou Nubia And You (@NubiaAndYou) reported

@Bell Hello. Why did “Catherine” hang up on me just now, please? I still need assistance re why night shows on channels such as CTV, ABC + NBC do not tape or they only tape for 20 mins or 39 mins, or they only tape on Fibe. Thanks.

  • Andreharmonic اشیانه‌ فاخته (@Andreharmonic) reported

@Bell IMPROVE your return process. Why do I have to fill out an online form with all my personal information just to return YOUR modem? Why are there three different identifiers for customer service—customer ID, account number, and Fibe Internet ID? Do you really not have any junior business analysts in such a large company?

@SueAnnLevy @Bell They’re all bad, but I’ve found Telus to be the least problematic … also, having your email address tied to your provider is kinda dumb, and it should be self-evident that you are going to lose it when you cancel your service!

  • lknzy Rand (@lknzy) reported

@Bell Your function of letting the user edit the nickname of the services is broken. It only provide a blank page.

@TheElev8Podcast I asked grok for a complaint address @bell media, and wrote a formal complaint. It's the least I could do

@SueAnnLevy @Bell You should have just threatened to cancel Rogers. They would have given you a better deal. It’s an every 2 years game.

  • dpriest Darren (@dpriest) reported

I genuinely wonder why the Crave streaming app is so terrible. Is it just that @Bell doesn't have developers who are as good as other companies? No financial incentive to be better?

  • rmontemurro1 Robert Montemurro (@rmontemurro1) reported

If you can please avoid doing business with @Bell at all costs! Worst possible service ever! If you can switch to another provider and you won’t regret it.
