@Bell_Support @LJ45544868 Having the same issue, M6H area. Been down since 8pm yesterday. Have talked with bell specialists twice now and they’ve both given me resolution times that never come to fruition. Please let us know what is going on and give us an actual set-in-stone ETA. This is unacceptable.

ya’ll had NO issues withdrawing money from my bank acct for the “inactive” account but now when it comes to my refund ya’ll are having issues processing it because the acct is inactive?! HOW?!? you guys need to REFUND me. @Bell @Bell_Support

@Bell terrible customer service. Wifi stopped working last night spent an hour on the phone with you. Rush home work which is an hour away both ways to get a new modem. Another hour on the phone tonight still no wifi. My daughter has an exam online tomorrow. You don’t care.
