Mark H Pavlidis (@mhp) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario@agregc @realJ_Mitchell @Bell_Support The worst part is that this is for 25/1MB service (the minimum “basic necessity” speeds) and it is traffic shaped, video calls have 4-5 second lag. I paid 1/2 monthly for gigabit to the closet in the city. When i asked to pay to run the 600m of fibre to the home i got a hard NO

Ginge (@gingeridoronald) reported@Bell your wires fell and are dangling at a precarious height and place(my neighbours house where his daughters playhouse is, and my yard). Your customer service hung up on me immediately because I am not a customer, but these are your wires to your products. What gives? #bell

Rick1983🇨🇦🪬🌎 (@ricksvelo) reported@Bell I just cancelled bell and switch to an American company. I’m paying less and get way better service. Canadian companies are garbage. Do better.
-
Ken Braithwaite (@DStrungk) reported@Bell_Support We have a Bell streamer. It died. Phone help told us to go to a store. The store in Ancaster was no help. They told us they would do nothing and told us to buy a Fire Stick. Which wouldn't work as we cast to the streamer. So we aren't getting what we paid for.

Dnash (@nash_qureshi) reported@Bell come on now, not again. I switched from @Rogers to you for a reason and now you doing the same shiiiii. Naaah! How could your internet be so slow, is that why you offered me cheaper monthly rates ?Shame @Bell_Support streaming one movie & one live game cant consume 150gb🤦🏻
-
Shiraz (@HenryEd13) reported@Bell Thank you for the reply. While I understand that operating costs change, increasing rates while automation and AI are simultaneously driving down operational and support costs for your company feels like passing the burden onto customers rather than sharing any efficiency gains. True brand loyalty goes both ways, it means rewarding long-standing clients, not continuously raising their bills. If my rate cannot remain competitive, I will need to explore better-valued options elsewhere.
