    So finally convinced @Bell_Support that my unreliable DSL connection makes me eligible for wireless (they are limiting it for performance) and they cancel my DSL same day... but the wireless install is for NEXT WEEK.

    Yet another day where Bell Internet access is down. @Bell_Support perhaps not bricking modems with firmware updates

    Seeing that @Bell_Support had an expired eSIM QR code a few months ago and it was an hour in store to get it set up, I have $10 on this isn’t supported by the carrier problem will occur

    @agregc @realJ_Mitchell @Bell_Support The worst part is that this is for 25/1MB service (the minimum “basic necessity” speeds) and it is traffic shaped, video calls have 4-5 second lag. I paid 1/2 monthly for gigabit to the closet in the city. When i asked to pay to run the 600m of fibre to the home i got a hard NO

    @ryangerritsen Yeah , i was with @Bell once upon a time After a bug with pay services, they cancel my services After it got clear . It took me 45 minutes to close m'y service . Till i could get a manager that was able to close it

    So because of @Bell I'm gonna have to pay for another month of a bank account I'm supposed to close + overdraft fees because I don't have $105 in my bank account right now, since, y'know, I just got LAID OFF. The guy I talked to on the phone was an ******* too.

    How does one download a show when there are several recordings now @Bell? You can only play or delete the series. It is still the worst app, now just made more cumbersome.

    @nath_beauregard @Bell It's a pain in the ***, but every few years I cancel Rogers and sign up with Bell, just to get Rogers to call me back with the better deal. Sometime I have to go back and forth 2-3 times until they won't go lower.

    @Bell This has to be the worst company to deal with when someone passes away bell had continued to take money and now trying to get the money back to the estate has been atrocious you bell should be ashamed of how you have treated my family in this regard shameful on you
