  • NWestoll
Nick Westoll (@NWestoll) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario

@Bell_Support Have there been issues with service in Prince Edward County? The past couple of weeks there has been a real drop off in service availability and with home internet out this way.

  • mhp
Mark H Pavlidis (@mhp) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario

So finally convinced @Bell_Support that my unreliable DSL connection makes me eligible for wireless (they are limiting it for performance) and they cancel my DSL same day... but the wireless install is for NEXT WEEK.

  • mhp
Mark H Pavlidis (@mhp) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario

@agregc @realJ_Mitchell @Bell_Support The worst part is that this is for 25/1MB service (the minimum “basic necessity” speeds) and it is traffic shaped, video calls have 4-5 second lag. I paid 1/2 monthly for gigabit to the closet in the city. When i asked to pay to run the 600m of fibre to the home i got a hard NO

@TSN_Sports @Bell this is absolute bullshit putting nascar behind a paywall. how ******** is the older demo going to figure out how to put the race on. Just kill the sport in Canada.

    Cristina Gallo (@galloconsultant) reported

@Bell We are three weeks in and still no phone service at our office. The company that lays claim to the invention of the telephone can’t make it work. Now they are threatening a $500 cancellation penalty for a service they did not and could not deliver. Call us at 905-52G-ALLO?

  • Kevin_D_Lyons
    I AM SPARTACUS (@Kevin_D_Lyons) reported

@Reil76 @Bell I left Bell more than 20 years ago for Eastlink. Two or three times a year now, I'll have Bell sales people come to my door trying to convince me to switch back. They're wasting their time, and mine, even if they were to offer me free service. I'm happy where I am.

  • CuberPowel
    Powel Cuber (@CuberPowel) reported

@Reil76 @Bell Similar story with Bell. They refused to help me, even though I was spending $500 a month with them. Then I went to Rogers and had my numbers ported. A day later, Bell was calling me at least once a day for three weeks, bending over backwards to resolve my issue and get me back.

  • IConcedeToNoOne
    Crystal Vargas (@IConcedeToNoOne) reported

@Bell I am not the one having issues with you. @Reil76 is. Contact him. I haven't been with you for years. And, never will be again.

  • kerldaddy
    kerl (@kerldaddy) reported

@Bell I’m not going to DM you. I’m a preferred Bell client and I’m supposed to have 24/7 support. I’ve wasted more than an hour trying to talk to you. I’ll just go with Vidéotron or Rogers.

  • YearOldOnTwit
A 19 Year Old On Twit (@YearOldOnTwit) reported

@zeketrontay @Bell @mmabrey1 I find Bell is better but the lack of any competition in this industry and it all being controlled by two monopolies is honestly a massive issue in this country.

  • RyanCartiers
    RyanCartier (@RyanCartiers) reported

@virginmedia The delayed call back does not change corp. #customerservice practice or reduce long lead times plaguing @Bell - ANSWERING customer calls when called is needed. - Stopping the use of unproven AI. - Address consistent #customersupport deficiencies reported online.

@Bell it shouldn’t take 6 days to fix email
