  • mhp Mark H Pavlidis (@mhp) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario

@agregc @realJ_Mitchell @Bell_Support The worst part is that this is for 25/1MB service (the minimum “basic necessity” speeds) and it is traffic shaped, video calls have 4-5 second lag. I paid 1/2 monthly for gigabit to the closet in the city. When i asked to pay to run the 600m of fibre to the home i got a hard NO

  • mhp Mark Pavlidis (@mhp) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario

Yet another day where Bell Internet access is down. @Bell_Support perhaps not bricking modems with firmware updates

  • mhp Mark H Pavlidis (@mhp) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario

@agregc @realJ_Mitchell @Bell_Support Something stupid like $4/GB but to a max of $100 that i hit every month

  • mhp Mark H Pavlidis (@mhp) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario

So finally convinced @Bell_Support that my unreliable DSL connection makes me eligible for wireless (they are limiting it for performance) and they cancel my DSL same day... but the wireless install is for NEXT WEEK.

  • eboltz16 Erin Bolton (@eboltz16) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario

@Bell_Support seems like both my personal and work phone have no service here in picton. Is this an outage?

  • rubenharjono Ruben (@rubenharjono) reported

I can’t wait to be a multibillionaire just to buy out @Rogers and then immediately shutting them down. I’ll do the same to @bell and @telus. Back to the dark ages we go. **** you.

  • toddycoupe Toddy (@toddycoupe) reported

@Bell_Support #BellLetsTalk about how you signed up my 93 year old uncle for internet when he’s never used the internet before and then told him he has to go online to cancel! Your 3rd party stores are misleading the elderly and make it impossible for them to get support!

  • preraktrivedi7 Prerak Trivedi (@preraktrivedi7) reported

@Rogers totally unacceptable. Your frequent outages are getting out of hand. This is the second outage in two weeks. Either refund or take responsibility to get things up and running. Be an actual competition to @Bell. @Bell, please get us a fibe connection in the area.

  • dragonabsurdum ALL (@dragonabsurdum) reported

@Bell_Support So who exactly is available to help with outages between midnight and 7am EST??? No signal. No one available to help. Massive profits, yet you can't be bothered to support your customers. WTF, @Bell?

  • elainekelly Sixty till 60 journey (@elainekelly) reported

@Bell_Support fibe tv error 1009p/u23 ? Any clues on the issue?

@Comd_RCN_34 @Bell_Support @RogersHelps That’s not too bad to be honest. I remember 9600 baud dial up

@Bell_Support Why does web based bell email not allow login?

  • seanatis Sean (@seanatis) reported

@Comd_RCN_34 @Bell_Support @RogersHelps Had our service setup last week at 1.5Gbps, they actually had me on their 100Mbps service. How these things happen is beyond me.

@biskiesbug @Bell_Support @the_workaround is offering a special day pass price for people impacted by the outage if you need a local place to work. I think $10. Love it there! (They have coffee!)
