I had tech out yesterday. Phone worked for 1 F’ing day!!! Today loud hum. I pay $57+/month for a phone I can’t use! Time to cancel!

I have no Internet. Bro wanted me to go to a website, couldn't grasp that being on "the WiFi" would make that impossible, and that my using my phone for Internet means I can't do the modem registration he's asking me to do. I asked him so many times to forward me to another person, which he refused. After begging, he said he could if he charged he $75 , I said fine, then he charged me, gave me a time window tomorrow that someone will be by, and basically said bye. So, no, I didn't actually get to talk to anyone useful today. 0/5 stars.

After 3 modem swaps, tech visit and countless calls to your agents my internet and sll services goes down every few minutes! Im tired and beyond frustrated. Im paying for a service test doesn't work.
