Mark H Pavlidis (@mhp) reported from Prince Edward County, Ontario@agregc @realJ_Mitchell @Bell_Support The worst part is that this is for 25/1MB service (the minimum “basic necessity” speeds) and it is traffic shaped, video calls have 4-5 second lag. I paid 1/2 monthly for gigabit to the closet in the city. When i asked to pay to run the 600m of fibre to the home i got a hard NO

AudreySaysFashion (@AudreySaysFash) reported@Bell_Support Bell services are always down, it’s impossible to speak to a supervisor because of the pandemic they but won’t be comprehensive with people who are struggling to pay their bills durring the pandemic. Double standard! Worst staff ever!!
-
AudreySaysFashion (@AudreySaysFash) reported@Bell_Support You use your platform to support mental illness when you guys are also causing it by increasing your bills, cutting services when knowing everyone is working from home, stressing people out is a reason for mental illness and you are the biggest contributors to it. #mentalhealth
-
Leafer_Reefer (@_Corey85) reported@samantha_cass Over 24 hours. This is unacceptable @Bell_Support. When people need to work from home and you cannot assure secure connection or an ETA as to when it will be fixed, but you sure don't mind taking our money, there is a problem! 🤬🤬🤬
-
Dave Ings (@dave_ings) reported@Bell_Support I phoned 611 to report a longstanding cellular dead zone at Glenarm Rd & Kirkfield Rd, south of Kirkfield ON. Two different reps did not know what a dead zone was, nor how to report this to your mobile network team. I was trying to help you - better training needed!
-
The6th (@naknamputz) reportedSo noticed recently that my @Bell mobile monthly charges went up. Apparently, it is a service fee increase. Pandemic or not. Service is hardly use at all bec we use home wifi. @CRTCeng @CRTCHearings Maybe it’s time cancel this service after almost 10 years being a bell customer?
-
AudreySaysFashion (@AudreySaysFash) reported@brengunn23 @Bell_Support @Bell Agreed! The worst
-
ziggy stardust (@taxbuster88) reported@jfmezei @mebuell And it's worse when private companies (@bell etc) think that they can block what "suits" them - regardless of the invasiveness, privacy or other issues at play. And our stupid #CRTC lets them. (And apparently so far, the Courts, too.)
-
B (@chaosemoji) reported@Bell_Support maybe just don't send salespeople door to door in a pandemic lmfao i already have service with Bell but if these are your priorities then i'm not interested in continuing
-
ProfKendie (@KendieProf) reported@Bellaliant @Bell Would have been nice to know my bundle was randomly going up by 10$ a month. Given the shoddy service I’ve had and numerous calls to support I’m not sure how this is justified. I sure haven’t gotten any additional “perks” or improved service.
-
David J (@DJToronto_) reportedWhat started a simple inquiry is rapidly progressing to me cancelling all my @Bell_Support services. I’ll pay more for better service.
