So finally convinced @Bell_Support that my unreliable DSL connection makes me eligible for wireless (they are limiting it for performance) and they cancel my DSL same day... but the wireless install is for NEXT WEEK.

@Bell Not. I called for service on my landline twice before getting a confirmed appointment for a technician in 5 days! Your poor call agents are also told to direct clients to the website to consider other Bell services to which I say “no thanks “. Fix this one first.

.@Bell I got a ransomware attack. Your confidential info under NDA has been breached. It's on an onion site. My Email was also compromised, you didn't encrypt or protect the info under NDA u sent, so that's not my problem. How do I proceed? Any #CRTC lawyers able to help?

@Bell_Support I'm not having issues. Someone else's internet cables are currently on mine and a few of my neighbours lawns because it fell after your technician came and did something. Apparently this hazard isn't a priority despite the cable being a danger to myself and my neighbours.

@Bell_Support I have a downed line that goes from my house to the hydro wires and @Bell can't tell me if it's safe but will fix it sometime in the next 48 hrs! It drapes across 2 properties and a sidewalk...
