So finally convinced @Bell_Support that my unreliable DSL connection makes me eligible for wireless (they are limiting it for performance) and they cancel my DSL same day... but the wireless install is for NEXT WEEK.

@Bell_Support Account disconnected for no apparent reason, in a new city. Told to contact customer service but can’t coz no connection, then chat gives me a number and the number tells me they can’t do anything and go to the store? When store says they can’t do anything anyways

@Bell I am deeply disappointed in the lack of adequate customer service from you all Bell Canada. My fiancé and l, setup mobile service 3 days ago and received the wrong device. We requested iPhone 14 Pro-Max and you all shipped iPhone 14 Pro. Now refuse to fix it. Kidding me??

@Bell_Support when do you decide to fix the internet problem in front and 39 sherbourne area? we work from home and we cant access to internet for 3 days. Please dont ask us to DM you, and dont lie to us you have updated the outage status. Pls reply to everyone here
