Hard to believe (unfortunately not) that a communications company can’t get their databases coordinated or communicate with a new customer who has to spend her morning on the phone instead of getting internet service. Do better @Bell!

@Bell typical Canadian monopoly. Have people pay for a service that doesn’t deliver…then have them pay monthly for an “add on” that doesn’t work. Only possible in a monopolistic environment where competition is non-existent. This is why our economy has to rely on RE. 🙄
