@Bell_Support I know the situation sucks, but as a workaround you can use your phone as a hotspot. I've been working since yesterday using my LTE connection and, although it is not perfect, I can get things done. I hope they fix this soon.

Hello @Bell - I suspect my modem isn’t working - call drops ... start again ... 10,000 questions and monkey moves ... it’s a MAC issue - No - I can connect to my neighbours wifi .... 2 hours running up and down the stairs from laptop to modem later ... oh you need a new modem

@Bell_Support home school, working from home all of this is impossible. How can this damage can more than 24 hours to fix? Don’t you have a work around? Not to mention not being able to do anything at night during the curfew. Wednesday night 10 pm? Really?
