    @Bell I moved from Vanier which has 1.5GB to Ottawa South. 50MB IF I AM LUCKY and I am paying more for a slow garbage speed.

    @Bell officially has the worst customer service. Spoke to 8 different people. None can resolve my issues. Lemon internet modem✅Poor customer service✅Can’t resolve concerns. Someone needs to take ownership of my issues.

    @Lanark911 @Bell Add in terrible TV as @BellFibe is the worst. Constantly freezes when watching on demand and I need to reboot my box once a week. Call Bell and it is always “a software problem”

    @locne555 @Bell Oof. So sorry to hear Loc. Hope they do something to keep you as a customer. If not, there are smaller companies like Cogeco and Primus, Virgin Mobile that may be better be bets for internet going forward.
