    @Bell_Support I'm in Ottawa (Arlington Street area) and my service is completely gone, no internet, no phone, no tv. Your tech can't get here until tomorrow--I live downtown in a city, working remote. This is acceptable? I don't think so. Can you please help?

    @Bell Again, trying to get information, and was treated by not one, but two rude uninformed call centre people. Who then argued with me when I asked for a supervisor, stating I don't have time since I'm working, and my break is over. I'd appreciate being contacted please.

    @KarQGames @Bell @TorontoDefiant Hard work KarQ 6he OE community is tired, frustrated and toxic, a lot of of people have left. I understand it's your job but damn it must be difficult to stay passionate about something you once loved fall apart. I know how that feels.
