    @Bell the time she receives it the new contract has already expired or a new iPhone has arrived. We have been calling for quite sometime the support hot line and got different answers all the time. All she wants is to get what she ordered.

    Must be incredible to be in a position to hang up on a potential customer @Bell I was on the phone for over an hour, then the guy put me on hold for at least ten minutes then disconnected me. Oh. And your turbo hub plans are straight up robbery. #SixtyDollarsForFiveGigs

    @mikeystephens81 @Bell I once had a guy put me on hold but forgot to mute himself. Asked the guy beside him how to resolve a conflict and he told him I was an idiot and ignore my complaint.
