@Bell So, I got a deal on the phone with one of your agents on Nov 27. He said my phone will be shipped in 4-5 days. It's been 12 days and still NOTHING. Then I call and your customer service tells me I have to wait another 5 months. This is unbelievably lame and unacceptable.

What's the point of booking an appt @Bell if you still have to wait in line at the entrance? You also have more people inside than what you posted on your window. #dufferinmall If #SmallBusinesses can't even open their doors for 1 customer, maybe you should be more aware of this.

@Bell Yesterday, our internet was upgraded to Fibe. Today, a guy came into our backyard, unplugged our internet, and left without finishing. Both my husband and I work from home, have no internet, and your team offers no resolution.
