    @wmcwonca @Bell_Support Mother in law has no TV since 5pm. In Ottawa, K2B area code. If it makes a difference, she has Fibe and a 4K box. What's the solution? Can't get a rep on the phone ... "too busy".

    @Bell_Support on hold with bell support for Fibe TV for an hour and then they disconnected the call. Online chat features are down. No TV service for almost 2 hours now.

    @Bell_Support I finally got through on your support line for my Bell TV outage. The message said that there is an outage in my area. It looks widespread based on tweets. It would be helpful to make a statement

    @Bell_Support what's going on with my Fibe TV service? The picture & sound are constantly in & out. I pay you a ton of money, you could at least message your customers to tell us what's going on, especially given your phone line isn't accepting calls. Nice customer service!
