    @Bell_Support please train your customer service employees. I never had to ask a representative to tell me their name-they didn’t introduce themselves, asked questions about device&were given few word sentences. I called to add a device and didn’t proceed due to horrible service

    @bell your phone service is great but your customer service doesn’t match. Worse experience I had tonight when your employee would rather me end my services. Then to help fix the problem. After tonight I will not be recommending bell to anyone.

    Hey @Bell_Support any idea when the outage in the west Woodbridge Area will be resolved? This time it’s my phone line. That has also affected my wifi and alarm system. Another work day down the drain. Was thinking of working tonight to make up …should I bother to go in?

    @Bell_Support It has been over a week and still no response. I was told that my complaint was being investigated and supervisor would get back to my within 3-5 business days. Still NOTHING!
