So basically there is absolutely nothing they can do for us, even as I try struggle to write this tween with no internet. Total garbage service from @Bell and @Bell_Support as always. Again, avoid at all costs, I will be switching to Starlink as soon as it becomes available.

  • JenInOntario Jennifer (@JenInOntario) reported

Not too impressed with @Bell Canada. My mom -a senior living alone- lost her phone, tv and internet service last night. Bell was supposed to come between 3 and 5 today to fix it. Nope. Now she has to wait until between 3 and 5 tomorrow. Not ok! #pissedoffdaughter #irresponsible

  • BeaversAdvocate The Beaver (@BeaversAdvocate) reported

So I’m sitting here with no internet , the power went out and when it came back... the modem was completely dead. @Bell What I really don’t appreciate? Is the automated message with no option to skip it... trying to upsell me on a service that’s currently NOT working

  • JoyceSturg Samantha Joyce Sturgeon (@JoyceSturg) reported

@Bell I am having an issue with customer service reps and the billing department and was hoping someone could contact me about it. @ShieldVoC

  • madison_werry da vinky's christmas spirit 🎄👻 (@madison_werry) reported

@Bell_Support home internet. we've been with bell for 47 years and somehow the best service you can offer us is a capped 5Mbps download speed for $85+tax every month. would you be happy to pay that much money to receive such abysmal service?

  • FLawLesSlayer Rich (@FLawLesSlayer) reported

@JProph @Bell They told me last night - "oh we have a 2 hour update on our end, that should fix the problem"

  • CaptainDick12 Captain Dick (@CaptainDick12) reported

@GeraldKutney Sorry. I am in a ripe mood after spending 2 hours on the phone with @Bell to fix a problem a five year old could fix in about 10 seconds.

  • bwdwriter Megan O'Connor (@bwdwriter) reported

@JenInOntario @Bell Isn’t an essential service ... essential? I’m shocked by the lack of urgency on Bell’s part.
