    @GeneralMat81 @Bell This is exactly what I have to do every morning. I have the Amazon dot and use it as an alarm clock and half the time it doesn’t go off bc the connection randomly stops reaching my room. Alexa will tell me there seems to be a problem with your connection go restart the router

    What I’m seeing from @Bell right now is that they’re purposely pushing people off the old 3000 modem’s based on issue date by throttling internet speeds, saying their modem is defective and then forcing their customers to change plans and/or get the new 4000 modem to fix issues

    Hey @Bell_Support , what's the ETA to a fix on the fibe internet outage around Montreal (or why it's down)? Talked to support on the phone and they don't know, and its been 7 hours :/ super frustrating.
