Bell has lost a customer! They hung up on me twice after making me wait over 1.5 hours. They increased my plan without notice, even though I have a 2-year agreement…I’ll be taking my account elsewhere. @Bell_Support @Bell

@Bell_Support, what a terrible experience I had. I migrate to your company on March. I got a phone it didn't fit my needs. I returned the device as your protocols established on March 16th, and still no refund and not able to request a new phone while you are charging me.

  • SftnT SFTN (@SftnT) reported

@Bell_Support One of your technicians just yelled "shut up" at me in my home for a minute straight because I dared to ask why we wouldn't be getting the full 50 Mbps we are paying for. It's really classy how you hire out of the garbage can.

  • Fadlifem8 Félix Desjardins (@Fadlifem8) reported

@Bell_Support is there a outage in Acton, Ontario??

@MrGaryHunt @Bell I knew about the service, but the CRTC is short-handed, so is ombudsman, when Bell still leads the way in poor customer service and complaints. They really don't try to rectify, they assume poor folks won't sue them and raise their rates to pay the $1.6 b in lawsuits against them
