@BoozeDonkey @Bell It's @Bell. If only they work as hard to keep you as a customer as they do to add you to their customer list….

  • MWahgwaan Merlin St.Wahgwaan (@MWahgwaan) reported

@Bell just made me create a Bell account to login to my Crave services paid thru Rogers and "link my accounts". I will be canceling Crave. This is unacceptable to force me to create and additional account when logging in thru Rogers was fine since the beginning. @CraveTVHelp

  • TheMalaMoragain Mala Moragain (@TheMalaMoragain) reported

@Bell_Support Yeah right. You should do it automatically when you get paid for something that keeps going down. Consumers should NOT have to meekly beg for a reasonable charge rebate for the week(s) of going without a service. If @Bell had any integrity, they would do the right thing.

  • HarinReddy30 X-user30 (@HarinReddy30) reported

@Bell will be ready to charge money regardless of what. When I opted for the roam better plan. They never told whether the plan resets 11:59pm EDT or local time of the place where I was. Now they charged me for 2 days as I was kept browsing till 11:59pm. This is ridiculous.

  • ccoutu1 ChrisTorontoSports (@ccoutu1) reported

@BlueJaysDad Trying but @Bell making it hard with terrible services today

  • Brewster080 Brad (@Brewster080) reported

@Bell Is there an answer why ground techs leave a switch box wide open, and no service vehicle/person anywhere to be seen? Our telephone access is a backup system to fibre. Please make sure it's kept secure and tested often.
