@Julie64557087 @Bell At first I thought it was my phone, but when I checked my wife's Google Pixel, it too had no service for the majority of the trip.

  • Designmojo Christopherrrrrr (@Designmojo) reported

@Bell_Support @Bell my internet and tv service has been done for 5+ hours with no mention of when it will be back online. Why do I pay a premium price for this kind of service?

  • JayBrotatoe Jay 🇨🇦 | Brotatoe (@JayBrotatoe) reported

Finally cancelled my phone in Canada and I want to give a big **** you to @bell. ******* predatory ********.

  • KirstensDesk Kirsten's Desk (@KirstensDesk) reported

Hey @Bell - let’s talk about your services and packages. I’m on hold with @RogersHelps because their service has gone down every day for three weeks and I’m ready for a change.

  • JayBrotatoe Jay 🇨🇦 | Brotatoe (@JayBrotatoe) reported

I call @Bell_Support to help with issues with my TV but they only made my problem worse and now I’m without TV service and am missing game 1 of the NBA Finals!

  • chrottl Christian (@chrottl) reported

@Bell_Support Hello again. I don’t have any trouble with your service, cause I’m not a customer of your service. I just want to know if there is any reason your service does not support up to date security-features.

@linda_kauffeldt @Bell You may be able to get a decent package with Telus, especiallyif bringing own device. Not sure of their coverage in your area. I wouldn't recommend Rogers. I lose decent service in areas north of 401 or outside Ottawa. Bro is with Telus and has better luck

  • MargMcC1 Marg_McC (@MargMcC1) reported

@Bell you don't have customer service anymore. I want to talk to someone in Canada

  • itsyaboimaxoo itsyaboimaxoo 🦆 (@itsyaboimaxoo) reported

So we’re still waiting for @bell and @TELUS to roll out their 5G network in Quebec City. Although I have a feeling that the launch date is getting closer :)
