@Bell alarm switch over to API has been an unmitigated disaster. Our alarm hasn’t worked in over a week and we’ve been on hold multiple hours over multiple only to talent to NO ONE! Switching back over to @Rogers , who suck just as bad.

@Bell A friend told me he had moved to Long Point 2 years ago always with bad cell reception. Called Bell Mobility, was advised there is a power issue with the tower in Norfolk for 2 yrs. Called Sept.24. Still waiting to hear back even though they "escalated" it. WTF!! Bell

Pathetic pathetic customer service with @Bell mobility guys! They promise you an offer on their app to upgrade a device and then don’t honor it later! Cancelling my services with them!
