@Bell I’m wondering what address to send an invoice too? It seems as though I’m dropping more calls than ever before. You are costing me money to run my business and as you know I pay you on time and handsomely. Your service on the Avalon Nl area is getting worse, not acceptable!

@Bell really do you know what customer service is? Had internet installed along with the Bell Fibe TV app. A week to activate the app after internet service is set up? That's ok, my disabled wife who only has TV doesnt mind waiting for the only thing she can enjoy.

@rkin14 @Bell_Support Same here - we pay good money for their poor service. Crooks!

@Bell #BellMobility you MUST fix this issue with your customers and NOT give garbage answers that only 3 mths credit can be applied! Your customer care reps fail to log previous requests. Calls are recorded - this is unacceptable & illegal! I will be reporting this to @bbb_us CA

@timothypeckover @Bell i'm in ottawa (thanks to extreme amalgamation), but rural-ish and very low density. so i kinda get it, but they also need to do better i think. @rogers here has 1,000/50 service, but it dies after a couple of hours after a power outage...

@Bell_Support @Bell Please consider adding CBC Windsor to Bell Fibe TV , either as a starter for Kitchener/ London/Windsor or simply as a subscription to Fibe TV timeshifting! Bell Satellite has this service on channel 587! 🙏

@Bell_Support Start by giving your reps some autonomy to make decisions. If they are the only people a customer can speak with, then customers are left with a "take it or leave it" - even when @Bell is the one who screwed up.

@Bell_Support I have told Bell my issues multiple times. Nothing gets done
