    @CRTCeng Bell was supposed to be at this particular address on 3rd July. After waiting & being let down twice eventually put cable in on 17th but didn’t bring any more equipment. Promised to be out today to complete job for tv and internet. Haven’t turned up. @Bell @Bell_Support

    @Bell your wires fell and are dangling at a precarious height and place(my neighbours house where his daughters playhouse is, and my yard). Your customer service hung up on me immediately because I am not a customer, but these are your wires to your products. What gives? #bell

    4: called to cancel @VirginPlus , they offered me @Bell loyalty program, and another scheduled appointment. And yet even after switching to the main and guaranteeing a full install and everything done , NOPE , still nothing
