@Bell_Support I already asked but guess I'll try again. Why isn't there redundancy in your network? Having one line for thousands of customers is clearly ignorant in times when people are so dependant on internet service. Clearly this problem is avoidable.

@Bell_Support Why is there no redundancy in your network system? Seems ignorant to have one line being cut wiping out service for thousands of customers across three towns. Especially with how dependant people are on the internet nowadays with the stay at home orders.

@Bell_Support I know the situation sucks, but as a workaround you can use your phone as a hotspot. I've been working since yesterday using my LTE connection and, although it is not perfect, I can get things done. I hope they fix this soon.

Years with 3 phones and home internet. Years. First time in ages I exceeded unlimited and am throttled for 10 days. Can’t function this way. Customer service reply: nothing we can do. Gee, Thanks. @Bell @Bell_Support

@Bell worst business internet service of all times. Day 2 of no internet service and waiting all day for a technician to come in. Company is shut down and losing money because of this.
