    @Bell Our London, ON business has had NO internet or phones since Friday. After telling us 72 hrs, now you want another 24 just to open a ticket? We’ve been forced to CLOSE and have lost $20,000+ in revenue. This is a business account. Completely unacceptable. Fix this TODAY.

    @Reil76 @Bell Left bell because of these issues..fibe doesn't seem better.. Cogeco internet.. knock on wood..has been great

    @Reil76 @Bell SHAW/Rogers? I have one of those round WIFI pods that mesh with the main modem/router/WIFI network too. Going to be changing that all up this month though.

    @Reil76 @Bell They are the worst. Had issues with my fibre receiver always going out and needing to reboot. Called tech and their response was, well it’s working now so what’s the problem. Escalated and gave 20+ dates/ times of issue and they finally sent new receiver.

    Hey @Bell I have had internet issues for three days now!! Whenever I call your tech support people will look into my modem and say everything’s fine. One minute my speed is lightning, and then it’s gone. My cameras cut out, my alarm won’t work, but they refuse to do anything! This is why I left you before for @cogeco and I’m about ready to do it again!!!
