    @Bell it’s absolutely disgraceful that our internet has been down since 2pm yesterday. We changed our modem and then find out there’s an outage. No techs available today. Im not on bell and I’ve used all my data working at home. My fiancé is using hers too. QEW & Dixie road area.

    Dear @Bell my issue is pending with you guys since 25 Aug 2022. Every time I have to call the customer care explain the story spent my 1 hour & end up with no Resolution. Is there any way you guys can close the issue now?

    @Bell_Support #BellLetsTalk about how you won’t help me with my brand new phone that doesn’t work. I’ve spoken to 4 agents now and they expect me to return my phone and wait 7-10 days to get a new one back? This is a work phone. Please help me make sense of this.

    @Bell_Support I spent 45 minutes in a chat room one day and got cut off. I tried a few days later and spend just shy of that only to find out the person in the chat does not do business accounts. Instead of transferring the chat or solving the problem I was politely told - phone the (1 of 2)

    @Bell_Support (2 of 2) to phone the business department. I was out of time. It seems that everyone at bell is taught to be polite and to apologize but not to solve problems. Is your system designed intentionally to make people frustrated?

    @notshenetworks @kmenzel_gaming The speeds @Bell offers in their non-pure fiber neighbourhoods are disgustingly slow considering the CRTC considers an acceptable high speed internet plan to be 50 down 10 up. In Ontario we basically have 2 options, Bell DSL or Rogers Cable,neither are very reliable or affordable
