@jennyjcowley definitely no lack of news story about how internet service interruptions are impacting people expected to work from home during a pandemic. We've now been without internet for 3 days, nobody has data left, no resolution expected for min. 24h. @Bell_Support @VMCcare

  • bernier_julia Julia (@bernier_julia) reported

@Bell you have been to my house 11x over two weeks and we still have no home internet. The bill is $100 a month for a service we can’t access. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with what your company calls customer service - been a client for close to 20 years and I’m strongly reconsidering

  • jakemcbean Jake McBean (@jakemcbean) reported

told them I've been through a dozen times already. I state the exact problem, then they come back and reaffirm that that's the problem and it needs an L2 to address it. Rinse and repeat. @Bell_Support @VMCcare

  • racabu Rafael Bueno (@racabu) reported

@bell @Bell_Support Basically Bell Canada does not honour an online offer. When you try to do it online, does not work as there's a "technical error". When you call, there's no technical support to help you out. There's only a sales call center trying to offer you other deals.

  • MeganPotestio Megan Potestio BSW, RSW (@MeganPotestio) reported

@Bell_Support I've been overcharged $1300 on my Dec bill. Talked to 4 different techs over December all said it was an internal prob + said they'd fix it, but haven't. Who can I talk to that can actually help before this happens again next month (!) and you loose a loyal customer

  • jenniejen1234 Jen (@jenniejen1234) reported

@Bell_Support I have done that several times and still the same issue

  • howdy1710 HOWDY (@howdy1710) reported

@Bell so my wife recently had her Note 9 charging port repaired at #SmartWireless Mission HIlls 32530 Lougheed Hwy, Mission, BC. They charged $70 cash. Not accepting debit. 3 days later back not charging with water drop on screen. Smart Wireless Mission bad. Moving to Telus

  • Explorer_Kay Karli A. Young🌲 (@Explorer_Kay) reported from Douro-Dummer, Ontario

Hey @bell How about unlimited internet again for the #lockdown ? Not looking forward to a 200$ internet bill because im spending more time at home for the month. 4$ for 1G over charge is ridiculous and expensive. Help us out!!! Thanks

  • GregRobinsDNV Greg Robins (@GregRobinsDNV) reported

@Bell Isn’t that why the emergency number went from 9-9-9 to 9-1-1?

  • MetroManTO Pedro Marques (@MetroManTO) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@FreedomMobile I’ve had a 5G capable iPhone for over a month now and still no idea of when Freedom will provide the service. Should I just go back to @Bell? Please don’t send me a link to an old page on your site that’s been promising 5G for years. Give your customers a date.
