C’mon @Bell you have kept me waiting on hold for 30+minutes because I called to reduce my bill, but you come back only to tell me it’s going up more. Why did I even waste my time. You guys are terrible!

  • Angela20731297 Can't take much more (@Angela20731297) reported

@Bell_Support Ok so I don't know if the houses have service though. I can give you some addresses but its literally on the corner of March road and Morgan's grant

@Bell @TorontoUltra My Bell bill is 189/month for slow internet and phone.

  • iTeedee Teedee (@iTeedee) reported

OMG now want to send me a text code to read back WTF! Why do you need all this for a damned price quote! Seems I don't get the same pricing you might. 25+ years, credit balance & I can't get a f@cking price! @Bell you are intentionally onerous. Don't you want customers to stay?

  • __axz A.D. (@__axz) reported

@Bell indont know what happened from 25 years ago, bell is the WORST provider on ALL ASPECTS. Absolutely a mess. Constant billing issues. Equipment charges after equipment goes back, just utterly ridiculous. Go with @Rogers and safe yourself the headache.

@Bell_Support Living without Wi-Fi for the last 12 hours, working and studying from home severely impacted. please help. #bellOutage in # L6P area code #Bellinternet

  • MacDonaldRK3 Robert MacDonald (@MacDonaldRK3) reported

@Bell Probably wouldn't be any lag if the 1.5 GB service you offer people in my Area ( N.S. ) actually gave what they are PAYING you for. Pretty hard to get 1.5 GB speeds from the Hub 3000 that is capped at 1GB???

  • SrsSylvia Sylvia Solomon (@SrsSylvia) reported

All the older people I know have land lines so that they have communication if the Internet goes down. But, if you were with @Bell The home phone won’t work without the Internet if you have five. They certainly never tell you this and I only found out when everything went down

  • ajquann2003 AJ Quann (@ajquann2003) reported

@Bell, stop bragging about how you have “the #1 network in Canada” when I’m literally next to a tower in a town with <1000 people and can’t pull more than 10mbps. Your cell service sucks in Newfoundland, pretty bad when even a hospital can’t get any decent reception.

  • Freeman_Dan Dan Freeman (@Freeman_Dan) reported

My Bell Fibe modem died yesterday. Called it in and was automatically put in priority sequence as it recognized that one of my services was down (Amazing!). Got the replacement modem delivered within 28 hours of the call (Amazing!). Good job, @Bell!
