@Rogers Wow, how generous! What a slap in the face. An entire day without service and you offer a garbage 1 day pro rata rebate. You incr. each service I have by more than that each per mnth! You know, to pay to upgrade your infrastructure so we all “stay connected!?” Here I come @Bell

why did @bell call MY @koodo cell phone, to tell ME that they can't tell me why they're calling because it's about my mom's phone. then demand i validat my identity (which was already done) but won't tell me why they called. you called ME? and your rep was rude as ****, wtf?!?

@Bell hey Bell, we just got Fibe 500 which is great! What is not great is that customer service could not assist my wife with an issue she has with our account, and we cannot administer the router - can anyone help us? What will it take?

@Bell_Support @JoeGalway I'm also having the same issue as I said earlier today. A couple other posters have also said they're having "unable to load recordings" issues. Wonder if there is something widespread going on.
