Hey @Bell_Support internet has been down for 20 hours in Kitchener, Ontario. Your update only mentions Eastern Ontario. Do you have any information? As well why isn’t your outages page updated to reflect what’s going on. Would probably alleviate some of the frustration

@Bell_Support You guys still haven’t acknowledged the fact you have 75 transmission sites malfunctioning all across Ontario effecting thousands of people, which has been ongoing for almost a month now. You’d think with such a major outage there would be something on the support site or here.

@Bell_Support no #WiFi for 5 hours now, re-booted still nothing not getting any answers so why do I pay insane bills for nothing. First the TV now this! Some communication would help so where is it?
