@Bell The lag is because of your crappy infrastructure. Unfortunately, it’s either your crappy service or equally crappy service from your buddies @RogersBiz

@RGDraper @Bell @SamsungCanada The thing is, every company is doing the same. Same prices, ripping off their clients, etc. As clients we have the ability to not get ripped off. When is the last time most of us checked our bill? If there was an issue, did you accept it or call and complain?

@Bell_Support Any news on what’s causing continual service interruptions, and when that could be fixed? Seems to be across Toronto, since at least yesterday morning.

@Bell_Support well since the 17th you have been promising you would be here tomorrow and that it requires a special cable tech, but that person never shows up. My mother is palliative, and we have explained that numerous times.Worst company ever. Enough is enough

The CRA also has a recorded message stating that they don't tolerate abuse of telephone agents. HEY @Bell HERE'S AN IDEA. I can't yell at Nordia about that on here since they aren't on Twitter. I wonder if they're allowed to hang up w/o supervisor input when dealing w/abuse.
