@IvanArbour Lol nah, we're likely switching back to Cogeco. But heard the officiating in the game was awful. Knowing now that Faist was there just confirms it.

  • Mikemmarchand Michael Marchand (@Mikemmarchand) reported

@cogeco my services? whenever i ask for tech help their first response is to reset the modem disconnecting the call I placed for help...WORST customer service ever!

  • inhousemouse terry anne matthews (@inhousemouse) reported

@cogeco we just lost service in Fontainebleau Windsor ON.

  • JPWP Jim Parsons (@JPWP) reported

@fanCRTCProfling @cogecohelps Just checked availabity: switching from Cogeco to @TekSavvyBuzz ASA-f’n-P. Hitting pause on all my investor pitch calls until this transition complete. It’s not just that Cogeco sucks (it does) it’s that their ****** service over last 48hrs caused me serious reputational harm.

@Bell_Business @Bell WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR INTERNET THE PAST 72 HOURS? I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH FRUSTRATION IN MY ENTIRE WI-FI LIFE. I MEAN COGECO AND ROGERS I'VE HAD FOR 15 YEARS EACH AND AFTER 30 YEARS DECIDED TO GIVE BELL A TRY AND NOW AFTER 2 YEARS NOTHNG BUT PROBLEMS! 😡😬🙄

@Jeannette_Leigh Hi Jeanette, Sorry you are having issues. Did you contact tech support about that? Thanks, Jodi Cogeco

  • bendraper Ben Draper (@bendraper) reported

@cogecohelps It is showing the same issue in a browser on a phone and on two other devices. My guess is an issue between crave and Cogeco’s APIs that aren’t working properly.

  • JPWP Jim Parsons (@JPWP) reported

@cogecohelps Nope. Not DM-ing you my address. Reputational damage w/potential investors that I assembled today is done. My mistake was trusting Cogeco & @cogecohelps. Everyone has a bad day but if you do? suffering is exponential. Please do better. (I am, by looking for alternatives to you).

  • AdamRoffel Adam Roffel (@AdamRoffel) reported

@brockmclaughlin The biggest "issue" is that TekSavvy doesn't own the lines they use, so if there is an outage (or in my case last year, the 'box' was too congested which meant slowers speed around 8:30-9:00 PM with heavy load), they need to wait on Cogeco (in Chatham) to do the maintence, etc.

  • patchcollecter Rodney Marois (@patchcollecter) reported

So compared to 180 to 150 Fibre is 150 slow or a med? Bell can offer 150 for 60-65 a month an Cogeco charged me 65 a month I been with them for 3 yrs now
