@cogeco The Cogeco website says there are no outages in my area, but I haven't had internet since around 10am. I've tried rebooting my modem but it doesn't help.

@thekage75 @cogeco I had the same issue. Site said no outage in my area. I called Tech support at 5 and they confirmed an outage. Said we should be back up by 7:00. I can confirm that didn’t happen and pretty sure it won’t be happening soon.

@cogecohelps no internet since 9 am in Kingsville N9Y 4B4 despite having power back for two hours. Any updates? Your Cogeco outage page says resolved but it is not

Spent a month asking cogeco to fix my internet, after talking to like 4 diff people from their support team they’ve given me a $50 credit and also didn’t even fix the internet :) lmfao

Cogeco’s revised their ‘resumption of service’ note about half a dozen times this morning-curious when the tv actually comes back on

@AgentAnnK The CRTC forces those big monopolies to sell bandwidth to resellers at controlled rate. Look around there's plenty of option. It's the same network but different companies that manage account and customer services. Personally, I use B2B2C on Cogeco's network in Quebec.

I would drop cogeco in a hot minute after all the problems they’ve given me this year but it’s a bloody monopoly in my area!
