Has the Blue Jays #ALCS game 7 started yet? We wouldn't know because we have #cogeco cableTV that likes to be intermittent. "Outage? No we don't have any recorded outages"

@RealPtitty @melissacare01 When I have had to call customer service at Koodo, Bell, Cogeco, RBC and even Hudson Bay when they were in business, I usually speak to a rep in the Philippines and sometimes Romania. IT is usually India.

So, 15 minutes before the start of Game 7, our cable went out. This the 3rd playoff game where the cable has gone out. WTF, @cogeco. #wantitall

Yup, typical expectations from @cogeco. Outage since Nov 1 and STILL without service. Coming from someone who works in the field, Cogeco continues to prove how they are incapable of supporting their own services. Im done with them and will be canceling.

@YouTube @cogeco @cogecohelps What pisses me off the most about tonight is having already predicted to myself that on the night I'd get to finish #Dispatch, of fother mucking course, my internet upload speed goes down the crapper and restarting our router has failed to work so far. Suffice to say, I'm livid.

@cogecohelps Hi, finally after about 40 minutes a clerk picked up. Issue handled but it makes listening to “your call is very important to us” a tad hollow after the hundredth loop. Either live it, or change the message. #cogeco
