    @Paulysworld @cogeco @WGRZ It’s a matter of principle. We’re paying for HD signal for everything. If Cogeco can’t even be bothered to do 16x9, how many other less technically adept clients aren’t aware they aren’t getting HD? And Cogeco? Don’t ask to DM this with me. Your customers deserve better!

    @jdeq We switched from Bell to Cogeco. Worse customer service. Hassle to return their equipment. Still got bills even after service stopped. Worse company ever @bell.

    Epico website channel changes still not working at @cogeco. Service has been out ALL DAY! It's no wonder so many people are dumping their service, or lack of.

    ffs. @cogeco my bill has increased AGAIN for the same service. I may have to rethink this whole internet thing. you might be losing a long-time customer.

    Honestly @cogeco, can you at least make @WGRZ’s signal 16x9 if not HD? Is that really too much to expect from #Buffalo stations across the Niagara River?

    @CBC Don't know if this is limited to @cogeco but I'm tired of the delayed audio when watching both CBC channels (reg and hd). Its like watched dubbed Japanese and has been like this for weeks. Fix it!! #nuisance

    Update from earlier in the week. @cogeco told us they would not be adjusting any fees for victims of the Fairwinds Fire. A free pause of service for a period of time while situation is assessed was our suggestion but they refused. #sarnia #sarniaobserver @ObserverTerry
