    @darren_c @cogecohelps I don’t know if this is a Bell Media problem or a Cogeco problem but I pay Cogeco. Switched from Bell because they promised great service. I question this decision regularly. Someone needs to figure this out.

    @cogeco thank you for the amazingly ****** service. Trying to watch the Jays game and right when they are rallying for 4 runs and the internet goes out AGAIN! Averaging 1-2 outages a day and the only response I get is “power cycle it”. **** you. Sincerely, Paying Customer

    @cogeco @cogecohelps you post on your outages page that the outage in my area N0N1R0 was resolved at 1030pm. That is exactly when mine went out. I rebooted modem with no success. Has your support hours always stoped at 10pm? No one to get a hold of to fix the problem.

    Hello @cogeco @cogecohelps , I am not a customer, when call 1-866-261-4447, and select internet service (residential) an auto message says that they have an account associated with my phone number, and I need to enter a security code, how can I clear this situation!

    @cogecohelps @cogeco This is not a reflection of the employees who have been professional as they always have been. This is directed at the customer srvc & technical support MGMT. We’ve had good experience with cogeco until now, but after minimum of 156 interruptions in 6 days I’m not happy.

    @cogecohelps i guess it is right to cancel cogeco internet already. I cannot justify the $72/mo from my original contract of $50+tax for 120 months… how can they offer a $49 for new customers and not to the loyal ones.

    @cogeco My epico keeps resetting every 20 minutes and the internet is out. No outages reported. Why is your service so scrappy the last month.
