    @cogeco I’ve been sent 3 different modems now, all of which aren’t working. Perhaps it would be more efficient to notify the paying customers of this outage via text or email. I’ve also been resorted to sounding like a crazy person on your social media due to the lack of cust service!

    For those with #Cogeco, if you're experiencing connection problems, you can hardcode 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.8.4 as your DNS servers until Cogeco fixes the issue on their end. Please dm or @me if you want to know how to do this.

    @cogeco Your dispatch team decided to send me the same old model for a 3rd time instead of the higher rated one as promised by YOUR tech support rep that was sure it would have resolved my issue, but that didn’t happen either!

    @cogeco we’re having the same issues with our Internet as we did 2 days ago and it was eventually resolved. Are you aware of this yet? Has been occurring for an hour now.
