    There's currently no sound on 495 in Oakville. Same issue as Monday, and the sound came back by the 2nd period. Hoping it can be resolved in time for the game this time. All other channels have sound. #Cogeco

    @r_macfarland @startca Rogers (or cogeco) own the lines in your area. Start just pays a fee to borrow those lines to give you discounted internet. It’s Rogers’ issue here, not start. Teksavvy is having the same issue right now.

    @cogecohelps What @cogeco actually 'gives me' (30 Mbps) is 5x less than what I am PAYING FOR (150 Mbps) ... I need you 2b able to get my data via DM, & make Cogeco Tech Support fix the issue remotely (yes they can) ... otherwise asking me to wait for 30 min on phone line is useless

    @cogeco @cogecobusiness, twice today your tech staff have told me they can't support the "Technicolor DPC3848VM DOCSIS 3.0 Gateway" your rep plugged in this morning. Haven't been treated this poorly or seen a router this archaic since 2003. Some business solution.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Keep getting login issues to watch live sports on TSN even though my password was saved from the last time. Had no response last month when I complained about other service issues from Cogeco. You guys are very disappointing as a cable provider.....

    Was told by agent I spoke to when I attended COGECO's mall office that call centre agents I spoke to had the capability to reconnect service from their end when I called. Appears however that @cogeco phone agents did not have the know-how. Ugh. Yes I am p_ _ _ _ _!!!

    @CBCTechSci @CBCHamilton Don't forget @cogeco as they're not any better. Just received a notice that all Internet plans are increasing by $5 per month. It might really be time to 'start' using @startca or another provider that doesn't hose customers. Internet costs should be going down not up.

    @tohmar @cogecohelps Ya, nice eh? Cogeco locked me into a year loyalty discount (previously they only locked you in for 6 months) of $20 a month. And one month later I’m losing half of this puny discount to rate increases. And if I cancel I’m fined $150. Thanks for the well timed increase.

    @cogecohelps Not a billing concern. Was trying to change address and move service. Three phone calls later (each over 45 min long), and my internet was accidentally disconnected, and I’m told it will take a week to get it all back together. Not cool @cogeco.
