  @cogeco careful when wanting to start with this company, I am late paying my mobile bill, 35 dollars, so cogeco suspended my account over 35 dollars, yes 35 dollars late 12 days so to help them out it's best to CANCEL the service it won't happen again problem solved

  @CanadasLeafs @RogersHelps and cogeco, probably the worst. their epico system is down once a week. stopped calling, just takes the down days off the bill, its been 3 months of not a full payment, no calls yet.

  @cogeco You posted a pic of a dump truck and downed wires, is that implying that is the cause of the mass outage? If so, where is the redundancy in the system that would prevent this one area from bringing down service across eastern Ontario?

Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies.   What a crappy service it is. Calling customer service twice, and after listening each time for a while for useless suggestions, I heard: "Thank you for calling Cogeco ", and was disconnected twice. How disrespectful and rude it is. I'm done with Cogeco.

  Hey @cogeco! What happened to my install today? Lost half a days pay. Never left the house. Tech couldn't be bothered to ring doorbell, knock on door or call. Now being told the easiest I can get an install is August 5th. 2hrs to finally get through to a supervisor. Brutal

  @LaciMarieKnight The CRTC controls all in Canada & creates regional monopolies , allowing companies to continue giving poor service at high prices. Bell Canada is the worst of the worst with Cogeco and Rogers close behind. They render only services they have to give while controlling what we see.
