    @cogecohelps Nothing like beta-testing non-debugged software on real live paying customers! Looking forward to receiving a healthy bill credit for this fiasco. Please do better. I’m a 14-year loyal customer but running out of patience with Cogeco’s unforced miscues.

    @cogeco I’ve had the worst service experience of my entire life with Cogeco and plan to tell everyone I know. 2 service service calls later, 2 days off work & 2 weeks later after 14 phone calls we are told no service in our area. incompetent is unbelievable. Horrendous

    Waiting since February for a refund check after cancelling. We discovered that it's been sent to an address from over 3 years ago and we have another 4 weeks to wait after fixing your error. @cogecohelps, @cogeco help my family out and make this right. 4-8 weeks is crazy.

    @JayBrotatoe My office does that for Christmas Eve but that’s it, like we’d be off at noon or 3, so it’s the only thing I could think of! Unless they’re having trouble with their phone line, which happens to us sometimes too if Cogeco has an outage. Still, v strange

    @cogeco @TiVo upgrade is NOT working on my recorded shows. It records fine but to view them I had to reboot three times before I gave up and now I’m having the same issue again tonight. I’m definitely going to shop around with your competitors tomorrow @Rogers and @BellFibe

    @mmccdenier @MaximeBernier If you can get it your area, Bell Fibe is superior to Cogeco. We had all kinds of service interruptions before we switch but none after.

    @Sh00ter27 @cogeco @cogecohelps Been having the same problems since we went back to Cogeco. Tech support will run you thru fixing the issue. Of course, what it doesn’t fix, is having to call tech support every couple of days because the services we pay for never seem to actually work properly

    I can’t believe how bad the new #cogeco user interface is for Tivo ... most of the time it doesn’t work if you’re trying to get to anything other than the channel listings... they have made my mind for me... dropping cable after #epl season in May

    So, we have been on and on and on at @cogeco to send us labels to send back their equipment. They keep saying they sent it but we never got them! Now we are going into a third party collection agency for this.

    The CEM advised people to switch provider to either Videotron themselves; Cogeco, Rogers or Telus in order to not miss the hockey series. And/or buy the TVA-Sports signal via the web at a heavy discount (5$ instead of 20$). 14/x

    What is going on with TIVO service @cogecohelps couldn’t get Netflix last night. 45 min wait for phone help. Got through on chat and was advised to unplug the box. It worked but 10mins later had gone again as had Cogeco On Demand. I’ve had to reboot 6 times in last week.

    @cogecohelps Internet in Burlington comes and goes. Website says there is an issue. Would be helpful if you tweeted known problems as well. Fiddled around with my modem for no reason. Terrible past year with Cogeco tv, internet and phone.

    @calder12 @Bell_Support @cogeco @CraveHelp @CraveCanada After another 40+ min phone call all services are working. Apparently the fibe tv went down because the reciever wasn't working. The fix was something I went to suggest at the beginning of the phone call and I was disregared. More listening, less talking.

    @cogecohelps Yes I understand that but why am I paying $194 a month for cable and I can’t watch what I want unless I pay you an addition fee. The broadcaster is making you look bad. I am a big @cogeco fan but and seriously considering cancelling by service because of stuff like this

    @CameronASM @cogeco I had to cancel Bell was always crashing.I once phoned them, during a game to complain it crashed & they replied..Well, its a popular channel when its busy it tends to crash when it has a lot of viewers..I kid you not.

    @cogeco Hey Cogeco, your new Tivo software update may have a nice new look but it is so damn sluggish, it sucks. Why the hell do I have to press buttons twice just to get recorded shows to be selected. And yes, the remote is fine. Piss poor product.
