@cogeco @cogecohelps having both internet and TV down all weekend is very poor service. Can’t get a technician until Monday?!!! I think switching to #Bell might have to be in the plans as your service is not good at all.

Has the Blue Jays #ALCS game 7 started yet? We wouldn't know because we have #cogeco cableTV that likes to be intermittent. "Outage? No we don't have any recorded outages"

@cogeco @cogecohelps have been having internet issues since around 2p. Did the whole routine of reset modem, reset router. Your wifi app says there is an outage but your website says no outage for L6M 3z8. Please help.

@cogecohelps Hi, finally after about 40 minutes a clerk picked up. Issue handled but it makes listening to “your call is very important to us” a tad hollow after the hundredth loop. Either live it, or change the message. #cogeco

.@CRTCeng @cogeco reported results showing a modest CAPEX increase for the period of ≈ $2M mainly due to spending on customer premise equipment. Results state that $900K of capital was spent on network expansion. This wil be captured in the monitoring promised by @CRTCeng

@Pagmenzies The system works like this to push out an alert (simplified):: EMO--->Pelmorex--->LMD The CRTC regulates LMD's only. LMD's job is to put out exactly what was sent. Who failed? Cogeco? The LMD? Or are there issues with Pelmorex?

@cogeco Nice work customer service! I was on hold for 75 minutes even though the estimated wait time was only a pathetic 45 minutes, and then you hung up without answering. I've now signed up with Bell Fibe and will cancel Cogeco if I can ever get someone on the phone.

Yup, typical expectations from @cogeco. Outage since Nov 1 and STILL without service. Coming from someone who works in the field, Cogeco continues to prove how they are incapable of supporting their own services. Im done with them and will be canceling.

People of Ontario don’t use @cogeco TV it is pure garbage! Have to reset your cable box min 2-3 times a day! Picture freezes sound goes picture quality is garbage! It’s truly garbage & they do absolutely nothing!

Anyone else having issues with @Cogeco email service today. Very slow mail downloads and no outgoing mail is being sent. It's not specific to one device as I've tried on several. A little frustrating to say the least.

@RealPtitty @melissacare01 When I have had to call customer service at Koodo, Bell, Cogeco, RBC and even Hudson Bay when they were in business, I usually speak to a rep in the Philippines and sometimes Romania. IT is usually India.
