Cogeco gave us 50$ for the same thing. Bell has better infrastructure but if a new customer goes to get their 1Gbs it only costs about 60$. Both have discount brands

The only issue Canada has with telecom, is that there is nothing to stop them from increasing that price on existing customers unless it's a contract price freeze deal

If they come to your door and you tell them your not interested they will still go through their pitch. I can tell you I will never go cogeco.

They let you think you're locking in the price on a 2 year contract then when they raise your bill they THEN tell you it's the promotion you locked in. I check with my bank. Yes I paid 4 days ago. I call them back. They advise me to call them each time I pay from my bank account! 🙄
