Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps, I was told by a technician yesterday that I'd have a new router if mine had issues (which it does) & today when the technician came, there was no router in hand & here I am now paying full price for a service that isn't working properly.

@ElliotTurn Makes sense. Sounds like a guy who does his diligence. I just thought the Cogeco part came off as "it's cheap b/c Cdn investors compare it to Bell or don't understand cable." I think the real opp is investors assume all their cap alloc is bad, but U.S. investments have been 👍

@cogecohelps The guide is usually wrong about info on a lot of movies and spelling errors but we love the ID CHANNEL and like to bookmark a head but we can't do this because it's showing shows for a another channel cogeco guide needs help with whoever is in charge

@Bell_Support I recently switched to Bell Fibe for TV and internet from Satellite and Cogeco internet, It could be the worst mistake I may have made for entertainment and communications. Internet is fine but it’s been nothing but issues with the PVR receivers since installation.

@cogeco I’m frustrated. Missed work today due to no internet. Called support 3x now have to wait another 48 hours before a service rep can come. My modem was just replaced 1.5 months ago!

@cogecohelps Over the past 3 weeks, I have had 3s-6s Page load times on a 1gbps subscription. Switching to google's DNS made these pages load instantly. I realize this is not your fault, but please get someone to fix Cogeco's DNS. My LTE mobile hotspot loads pages faster.

@cogeco Since my internet was slow ,I had a Cogeco technician fix a new modem last Thursday.Since then we have intermittent internet disruptions every 5 minutes and come back within 1 minutes.I called tech department on Friday and explained and they booked a technician for tomo.
