  Need to VPN into a clients system. Won't work. Reboot system. Nope. Reset network connections. Nope. Let's reboot modem. Nope. Power cycle Modem. Yup! But now Wifi is ******. Why is it always your ******* modems Cogeco?

  @BridgieCasey @MixedUpMoney @TELUSsupport Over the years I’ve been with Rogers , Telus, Bell and Cogeco they all have issues and all give new subscribers far better deals than existing customers

  @cogeco take your service change request form down! I submitted 3 times, well in advance, to ensure that I'd have internet the day I move since I work from home. Finally got through just to get an email telling me to CALL?! Now I won't have internet until almost end of day on 2nd

  @cogeco @cogecohelps when you #stream for a living. EVERY time your service cuts you loose viewers and hosts that are important for growth. Too many times now this has happened. With 0 resolution on your part. Paying for a service for a 4th of the expected result... #badform

  @TekSavvyBuzz Maybe it's time to break up the infrastructure from the service providers: make rogers, telus, bell, shaw/ cogeco, videotron, sasktel, etc. and the rest spin off their infrastructure as separate companies and force everyone to bid for access.

  @cogeco your router and service have been very bad for the past 2 months. Router restarts randomly and Wifi stops and you can’t access the device access management! When will this be sorted out?

  @cogeco what is the issue again? Your internet has been erratic since yesterday at Queens Drive and Glenwood School Dr. Junction, Burlington. Is there a breakdown again? I have restarted the modem well enough! @cogecohelps
