@KeeganB63977789 @cogeco I think that we are all relaxed but I would say moreso disappointed with Cogeco’s updates and level of service now. Last time I checked my bills we pay to cogeco quite a bit (more than for gas or electricity). Value for money is the question here! All cool but think about it!

@cogeco Considering I just called to have my Price lowered, then was OVER CHARGED AGAIN, AND NOW THIS.... WHEN KIDS ARE IN SCHOOL FROM 9-3.... I am SOOOOOOOOOOO CANCELLING this shitty service. I am so sick and tired of this. Can't even call customer support, as lines are dead.

@cogeco @townofoakville For everyone flipping out over this issue - No ISP intentionally takes their service down. Stop behaving like spoiled children. The issue appears to be related to DNS servers - if you set your DNS servers to Google's Public DNS your service may work. DNS server: 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4

@cogeco I've no internet in Burlington. But when I try to call (3 different numbers) all say out of service. I had a friend go online and the Cogeco website is down too so no way to reach them other than here using my mobile data.

There is a sporadic outage with Cogeco internet services provider across the province. This may effect users dropping off Google services and meet. Cogeco is saying there are working on fixing this issues asap.
