The recent Cogeco outages have enraged many of the company's customers. These nationwide outages have prevented many customers from accessing their services.

    @regimeld @Questrade Same - I'm subscribed to the Cogeco network - no luck with Questrade. As soon as I switch to my hotspot (LTE), it works.

    @cogeco You should all be embarrassed of yourselves. It is the worst product I have ever used. Will not connect in my home. Plume sucks and none of your employees have a clue as to how to setup a network. Furthermore I got rid of an extender on techs advice. Now a charge to go back

    @cogeco my wifi has been cutting out periodically throughout the day. There is no internet shortage in Burlington. Please advise what can be done in order to fix this as this has become a constant issue with the Cogeco internet during school hours.

    Cannot wait to cancel @cogeco tomorrow once and for all. Switching to #Epico has been an Epic disaster. An absolute joke that it can’t stay connected for more than an hour.

    Anyone else have the new @cogeco modem and having issues of wifi going down multiple times of day?? @cogecohelps it’s getting annoying maybe it’s time to switch to a more reliable service.

    @allanetmanski @cogeco I had 4 or 5 techs try to fix spotty connection. I had an extender sent it back on their request. It is now needed again and my contract has changed so I now have to pay 5 dollars more per month for the same thing I had 3 weeks ago.

    @Bell you guys suck, i'm moving to cogeco. Fibe50 is slow as hell, you jacked up my prices to $220 per month after one (1) year at $114 with taxes in, and your customer service department may as well be robots. and you keep firing people. kick rocks losers

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Unfortunately we have been on a few calls with your tech and they do not have any suggestions. We are going to get a separate router and see if bridging will help. We run a small business from home and zoom calls are a daily occurrence.

    Anybody switch to the new high speed internet package with @Cogeco? We did last weekend and got a new modem/router combo from them and are having problems with Zoom calls and the like. If anyone can offer some assistance it would be appreciated.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps It is utterly frustrating to have internet issues in Milton - Beaty Neighbourhood, EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! So difficult to be able to work like this. We tried all, restarts, etc. No Solutions

    @fanCRTCProfling To be honest, as badly as the CRTC's site can be at times, finding the costing data and going through it all wasn't too bad. And it helped every time cogeco filled a tariff, I got a message on dslr from someone on their tpia team with a link to the CRTC page. Lol

    Called Cogeco and logged a damage complaint. No one was able to give me a valid email address to send pictures of the damage. Know this could not have been deliberate but to leave and not tell us is unacceptable. What's next? Please advise. Thank you.
