    @cogeco I think 0 upload speed is definitely a problem. Download is fine but with no upload it's brutally slow. Seeing other reports of issues so you may want to dig into this.

    @SueMilburn1 @nilikm Must be something in the air. A service rep from Cogeco Cable said “God Bless You” when he was signing off our phone call today. Made me smile.

    @alfaraph @elybeatmaker You could just keep it on 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 if you want. We did that during the huge Cogeco / O-Net DNS outage, and I haven't changed it back

    Rogers @RSMCanada just told me that to fix my problem with their @NHL app - I need to call @cogeco? The problem. Games are blacked out on Cocego internet but not my Bell Internet. Same house. Same address. Rogers is giving me homework. Pass. I just won't renew.

    @FerdaLeafs @Bell I'm quite happy with the Teksavvy service, but Bell/Rogers/Cogeco have ignored servicing our area for so long that I can't get a good connection speed regardless of who it's with.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco 90 minutes? Ok. I thought it was defective as the instructions say can take 30 minutes. I will try again tomorrow and hope it works. Thanks for your help

    @cogecohelps @cogeco . I will not complain about techs or even the agents, they try their best. But as an institution, Indescribably bad customer service is where you stand. Get my bill sorted out!

    @cogeco the internet at L8S 4P4 is going down at least half a dozen times daily. It does not stay down long about 5 mins each time but it’s unacceptable as I work from home and get booted from the zoom meetings each time

    Love that I get to choose between Internet through Bell or unbelievably slow as **** service through Cogeco because telecom is a monopsony that nobody seems to give a **** about protecting customers.

    @cogecohelps Leaving at Alma I used a openvpn with a ACN modem. I have Cogeco modem too. If I connect through the vpn with the ACN, throttle speed start at around 19h30 and stops at 21h30. If I connect the vpn with the Cogeco modem, there is no throttling at all. Can you help?

    I am getting @StarlinkPage ! Although @BellFibe is available in #ygk, I will never, ever deal with them. Cogeco has terrible service and it's always slow when the students are here. I am really looking forward to fast, unlimited internet!

    Cogeco, with the money I spend for “fast and reliable” internet service, the outages and poor internet service as of late had better change for the better and quick else I switch to a better isp @cogecohelps

    @cogecohelps phoned Crave about missing episodes of Your Honor, The Investigation. I was told latest episodes on their web page & they should show up On Demand. Told it’s Cogeco technical problem.
