Your customer service chat drops and we have to start all over, it’s impossible to talk to anyone (such a poor connection on your end that they ended the call). This is atrocious for what people pay.

Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies. Clare A (@Murphysmom67) reportedSince I am unable to call u or text bc u mistakenly disconnected me, heres the situation. I switched to Cogeco & informed u on Jan 22/26. U gave me a disconnection date of Feb 17/26. I was fully paid up but after Feb 17 u continued to bill me & I stupidly paid bc of your threats a total of $291.33 which u now owe me. When I switched to Cogeco I was told they used Telus lines, thats why my phone still indicated u as the carrier. Cogeco told me Ì shouldnt still b paying u so I stopped. Now you've disconnected me so since Friday I've had no calls, text or data. On top of that you reported me to Equifax. U really expect me to pay u as well as Cogeco? Ur lucky I dont sue u. I should b activated on the network immediately. How about u check your data & my dates then reimburse what u owe me. @TELUS
