After awhile, the doorbell rang. I thought it was the food delivery. No. It was a person from Cogeco, all geared up to tell me about their new and improved service. I started cackling as soon as I saw what company he was working for.

@misterleggett @cogeco I have this same issue. Ive only had since June. They ve already raised my rates and I unplug every day. Had better service with satellite in a snow storm. Now they want me to sit on hold and wait again for more ****** service and no resolution.

@cogecohelps @stevenmertes @cogeco Tsn 1 not working. Can't say a week goes by without some issue with this garbage epico. I wish they had better equipment it's a shame they let TIVO just die. Since getting epico it's been one headache after another

Cogeco’s new internet packages that claim to be so much faster for less....are ****. All my connection has done is lag & buffer as soon as more than 2 devices are in use. Screw this crap.

@cogecohelps I already spoke to Cogeco. They already took all steps. I’m sending back this crappy ‘new’ modem & reinstalling my previous one the company gave me that never lagged or buffered & speeds were already at almost 1T. It’s now lower.

And no internet. Because the techs didnt bother coming out. Now waiting until Tuesday. I may have to cancel all the rescheduled and saturday nov 12 interviews thanks to #cogeco techs not doing what they were scheduled for.

Just like my street that has no internet is being ignored due to an outage from a cut line but you guys refuse to fix it sooner then a week from when it happened 🖕
