    @cogeco my wifi has been cutting out periodically throughout the day. There is no internet shortage in Burlington. Please advise what can be done in order to fix this as this has become a constant issue with the Cogeco internet during school hours.

    I think I discovered the issue with Cogeco's Router. They pushed Firmware last month, on something that hasn't had a publicly released FW update in 5 years.

    @cogecohelps I contacted them and will do the trace tomorrow. However, UFile support reported that some Cogeco customers have the same issue accessing their website

    @cogecohelps when when i call customer service why does cogeco employ people that cannot be understood because their English dialect is not understandable? When I have cogeco land line, why do agents tell me to reset modem, thus disconnecting the telephone? worst service around

    @locne555 @Bell Oof. So sorry to hear Loc. Hope they do something to keep you as a customer. If not, there are smaller companies like Cogeco and Primus, Virgin Mobile that may be better be bets for internet going forward.

    @Xplornet Literally your techs don’t get paid enough for this **** oversold towers and now you’re throttling to less than 5 Mbps no this is been going on since October pathetic Cogeco said they were installing lines in April you better have a good timeline for the new tower being active

    @cogeco is the 2nd worst comm co. in Canada. Why did I sign a contract to pay a certain amount for 12 mths, if you guys can just raise the amt whenever you want? Not to mention the constant loss in service I've experienced. Just a joke. Terrible service.
