I check with my bank. Yes I paid 4 days ago. I call them back. They advise me to call them each time I pay from my bank account! 🙄

So I became an former customer and switched to Bell now that bill is going through the roof. I don’t want to play this game 😡 Just stop gouging me

Heidi (@HeidiRich72) reportedRenegotiate with @Bell we just moved house 2 months ago left Cogeco, Bell gave us a 2 yr deal $80/month I only wanted their best wifi they threw in basic cable and landline. Had some tech issues needed a technician just got a $75 technician charge but I’ll fight it tomorrow

Wendy Stafford (@WendyStafford14) reported@cogeco Not just Epico were impacted, my normal service was also. During the Grey Cup, screen would go completely black on numerous occasions, pixelated every 30 to 40 seconds. Tried calling tech support to no avail.Can you not handle the customer demand?

After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

The call is because of the Cogeco creep, every few months the bill goes up! Is there better service, obviously not. Loosing channels but prices keep going up. So damn frustrating!!

(@LORDCANTl) reportedguys the funniest ******* thing ever has happened for a few days our tv has been glitching big time we went on a streaming service and it said "sorry, you have to be in the uk" so we check the inputs and ??? for some reason our tv is now Cogeco (a ******* canadian tv service)
