    Cogeblow aka #COGECO a bunch of liars trying to say I owe them 400 after they lowered my bill to 119 a month for it crpapy service and said I only owed 56 bucks which I paid off. Thought there was supposed to ccomadate disabled people? Why would I continue with you?

    I live in a townhome complex. Wifi has been down since noon when road crew cut cable. I called immediately and was told they would fix it THIS afternoon. This evening, I spent 1-1/2 hours on hold with @cogeco only to be told it will be another 24-48 hours!!

    Hey @cogeco thanks for the repeated emergency warnings that I can't shut off. Put it at the bottom of the screen. Don't cut out the channels entirely. Not aure why it comes through your service and not my cell.

    @cogeco #cogeco one hour on hold to Cogeco. My Mother in law reached them mid Feb and they never followed up or call back. So im trying to help her. This isn’t customer service. Should have sold yourself if this is what you would become. Just terrible!

    @cogeco Will be calling Cogeco shortly to find out when my plan ends. Being with Cogeco has been a nightmare, saving a little bit of money each month isn’t worth the aggravation. Cogeco ALWAYS seems to be down for one reason or another.

    By the looks of Twitter @cogeco can't keep it's internet going. But that doesn't mean you'll get any money back for the service they are not providing.

    NEVER go with Cogeco. EVER. For the few dollars a month you save it is nothing but constant outages. I never should have switched to them.

    @cogeco Switched to a business account. Let’s see if thisn works out so far much better customer service and being a staellite office they took it way more serious. Their residential department suuuuucks

    @handiclapper @cogeco @CRTCeng He said he's a Canadian born Nigerian.But again , if you're educated in the school system and bothered to get to know or hang around another culture , your accent isn't as thick as those that just arrived here.     @mscranny @kwebber14 @cogeco Bell is bottom of the barrel slop. The slowest and least reliable wifi in Canada hands down. I’ve tried every wifi in my area and Cogeco has been the best besides all these dumb outages
