After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

The only issue Canada has with telecom, is that there is nothing to stop them from increasing that price on existing customers unless it's a contract price freeze deal

I check with my bank. Yes I paid 4 days ago. I call them back. They advise me to call them each time I pay from my bank account! 🙄

Iqbal Faizer (@IFcomic) reported@Bell @cogeco @MarkJCarney You even admitted the temporary phone # should be working, but you don't want to fix it until you've excluded every remote possibility it's not your fault when IT'S YOUR DAMN FAULT. Also don't require verification codes to unsubscribe from marketing emails I never requested.

Cogeco for some reason never puts on the Detroit feed. I know it is not Rogers's fault. The one night I complained. Cogeco during the game flipped to the Detroit feed

Cogeco gave us 50$ for the same thing. Bell has better infrastructure but if a new customer goes to get their 1Gbs it only costs about 60$. Both have discount brands

I had a Cogeco door knocker talk me into $110 a month and now it’s turned into $150 a month. I feel I got scammed.. why don’t we have NHL network? So many reasons to change providers atm
