    @cogecohelps @cogeco unable to send email from various devices and multiple users. Return suggests detected spam when content is the word test. 20 minutes on hold to call ctr. Support used to be good. This is very poor. What’s going on? Anyone there?

    @cogeco been waiting since 10:00am to live chat. Our service needs to be moved, nbd although we cannot get through by phone or live assistance. Twice kicked out at around 20th in the queue! What is going on?

    @cogecohelps Terrible internet service! Horrible customer service!! No way to get anyone on the phone! Would love to discuss. Soooooo close to pulling the plug on my 20 year relationship with Cogeco! I need reliable service and I'm not close to getting it!

    Cogeco was down yesterday and it was fine but I want to thank everybody at Cogeco cause they were working hard to fix it and the switch from bell to cogeco was awesome thanks @cogeco and @cogecohelps

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I pay a lot for your internet. It always seems to go down. Ill be giving my money to another company. When i am in college in zoom calls and cant join it is annoying because i am losing out on my education that i also pay for. So goodbye

    @cogecohelps @cogeco You should be setting the secondary dns for all customers and systems to 8.8.8.8 then if your dns goes down you have an alternative one then it would not go down like this. That is what I did to get back up and running within 20 minutes after I found out it was a dns issue

    @cogecohelps 4th day of the week and second day this trash internet service goes down again. Just like all of 2020. Ya'll gonna pick up my Rogers bill for all the mobile tethering I am doing this week. Whats going on at Cogeco.

    @cogeco Why can't I get through when calling!?🤬I get hung up on or a busy signal!! I was supposed to be hooked up in full on the 15th, after dealing w many liars & rude ppl, I was promised on the 30th. I still don't have my service on in full!

I paid for an upgrade that isn't accessible. Very very poor service. I never thought a company could be as bad as Bell but guess what...

    @cogeco And what is cogeco doing for customers? We pay over $300 a month for phone, internet and TV and we are increasingly seeing outages, interruptions and sub-par service.
