@MobileSyrup The issue with having all services together is if ISP is down, home phone is offline. Will Cogeco mobile phone service truly be separate on Telus' infrastructure or on Cogeco infrastructure? Try finding a payphone nowadays when hydro is off and one wants to contact utility.

Not only is @cogeco ‘s service abysmal, their commercials are annoying as well. And the fact that people know “Cogeco Corey” by name indicates he has to go out way too often to the same homes with issues. Not the win Cogeco thinks it is.

So Bell, Cogeco, Videotron and CNOC wanted a cartel where everyone must be paying CNOC members to wholesale internet at affordable rates. **** CNOC. For Bell Cogeco, Rogers & Videotron to push this, they sure as hell want protection from another bundle player. No denying that.

Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps we’ve spent the last few months dealing with internet issues. Just this weekend we’ve had nonstop issues & have had to reset the modem multiple times & are still dealing with issues. We work from home & have had no credit and no lasting help. What next?

@cogecohelps @cogeco Tried that in addition to calling the “technical support line” however neither would connect us to an actual technician. And instead just looped us from the FAQ and the AI assistant. Neither of which helped.

I finally told him I was going to call the police & he still tried to put be down & sell me something at the same time... I closed the door & he started doing cicrles in the driveway, eventually left...just weird!!

Damn I'm all confused, Email from Cogeco's law firm says: -Here is our Notice of Appearance. -Another Email saying disregard the Notice of Appearance, We'll be re-serving a corrected version. -Another Email saying "Disregard. -And another saying CNOC intends to participate.
