Neighbours in our building say that we should switch to Bell. Don't want to do that, but getting tired of re-booting without success.

GIVE IT EVERYTHING (@Humphrey03Pat) reportedSo we’ve had issue with spotty internet lately and then all of a sudden, nothing. Call @cogeco a few days back and they said our account was flagged and the lines outside our house need service, nobody could come out till a week later.

Russell Harper (@rho_sigma_eta) reported@cogecohelps @cogeco I did try unplugging it for three minutes, also rebooting via the HTML interface. I just now tried the pin reset. Same result, failed with ISP Blocking Service, code 202. Can connect the TV via Cellular Hotspot, and other diagnostics show connectivity, so TV wireless is working.

It has to with upload speed and how they throttle it to make your voip calls fail. Crtc monday

Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported@NBomb Toronto Hydro had such a network, sold it to Cogeco. Don’t be surprised if the City of Toronto’s network will go the same way eventually. Also, from what I read, this is just trunks/backbone, doesn’t have last mile, expects someone else to do it. (maybe I am wrong).
