@cogeco any idea of when today's issues will be sorted? Like many I rely on a reliable internet connection to be able to work. This is the second time this week this had happened to me and it is preventing me from doing my job.

@noahfleming @slow_is_key DNS change to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 worked for me to fix the @cogeco outage here in #HamOnt. Sorry it didn't work for you.

@cogeco It’s not working again in Windsor as of approximately 15 minutes ago. Can I get some sort of reimbursement for this? It’s gone down probably close to ten times for me in the past two months and I work from home. Also can’t call for support since your phones are all VOIP.

@cogeco Good morning. I am in Niagara Falls. I have no Internet in the last hour. I have restarted every device. When I try to call the technical support number listed on my bill it disconnects with a message that the number is not in service. Please advise.

@servicesdown_ Internet down in Dundas...and NOT able to get in touch woth Cogeco via phone. Seems to be a recurring issue ( always had ‘spotty internet’ service with Cogeco ... but this is annoying as rates climb and service deteriorates ).

With the amount of money I pay per month and this is the crap we put up with. Most of us work from home so when it’s down for hours at a time it’s BS 😡🤬

@McclaskinAshley @cogeco Youre gonna have to switch to bell or rogers. Cogeco isn't going to get their act together. They take your money and give you horrible service. You will constantly have this issue if you stay with them.
