    @mscranny @kwebber14 @cogeco Bell is bottom of the barrel slop. The slowest and least reliable wifi in Canada hands down. I’ve tried every wifi in my area and Cogeco has been the best besides all these dumb outages

    @cogeco Epico is the worst technology I've seen since the 1990s but I am sure @cogeco is saving money for their shareholders and that's all that matters

    NEVER go with Cogeco. EVER. For the few dollars a month you save it is nothing but constant outages. I never should have switched to them.

    Service out & u have to fight to get a dollar back. Go to 'new arrival'section & MANY movies are locked??!! Wtf. They want you to pay for subscriptions. Outdated movies on cable so youll to pay for apps. scam. Bill is astronomical & service sucks. @cogeco

    @MIHomeYGK Thanks for the posting. I have been trying to contact Cogeco for 1 hour trying to get info but line is always busy. Any idea how long outage?

    @mmabrey1 Should've answered the phone, @Rogers . This is a bad look ! Glad I switched years ago, their customer service was always bad. For those in here saying "switch to Bell", respectfully, no. Get cogeco if you can. Bell are the biggest crooks in the game.

    @MrStache9 All my kids had cells so I killed my landline 14 years ago. Cogeco pissed me off so bad I also killed my internet connection with them and went with some place local.

    @cogeco Don’t go here we have an outage at out place after being connected 24 hours ago bad fibre line. Fix yaaaaa right wait two weeks and they may have soemone out to fix IT. STAY AWAY

    @cogeco I cancelled my internet service after my contract had expired, but you deliberately violated CRTC rules and charged me a $75 early cancellation fee. I emailed you about this issue, but you have ignored us. Do you regularly treat your customers this way and deliberately overcharge

    I don’t usually go on here to promote products but if you ever want internet that works sometimes and is out at least once a week then @cogeco is your guy I give them 6/7 stars, which is totally fair as their service only works 6/7 days

    @cogeco Some of you would remember this from when I lost my **** because of cable bill and others I lost over 1,345 from my bank account being on low income I had to go and ask around for us polices where backing me up not TD police even said closed your bank account many had problems

    Now I have to hard reboot the epico box to get the channel up/down on the remote to work. It never ends with your ****** equipment. Canceling my service when my contact is up. @cogeco

    @Reil76 @Bell Left bell because of these issues..fibe doesn't seem better.. Cogeco internet.. knock on wood..has been great
