I have had the worst experience with them and more outtages than I ever had with bell fibe. I switched because bell got crazy pricey but **** it's worth it at this point.

I'm keeping an eye on her, checking on her regularily. This should never happen. We aren't in a war zone, a Corp. must always have back-up.

One minute my speed is lightning, and then it’s gone. My cameras cut out, my alarm won’t work, but they refuse to do anything! This is why I left you before for @cogeco and I’m about ready to do it again!!!

Robert Glover, no need to hide behind a username (@RobertwGlover) reported@cogeco careful when wanting to start with this company, I am late paying my mobile bill, 35 dollars, so cogeco suspended my account over 35 dollars, yes 35 dollars late 12 days so to help them out it's best to CANCEL the service it won't happen again problem solved

Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies. My 84 year old mother is now crying and beyond frustrated to see if her service has been canceled. Ask for a phone call cogeco wont do it. She was with cogeco 39yrs
