I believe the power supply or modem is faulty. Support won’t help because there’s an outage I’m my area but it’s been all day this has been happening

Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies. I’ve had no internet or cable for over 24 hours now, and your service has become completely unreliable time and time again. After this, I’ll be switching to @Starlink. Not only are there no humans to pick up the call, but the recorded messages they play while on hold are computer generated and mis-pronounce both “wi-fi” and the name of the company itself. It’s bizarre and awful.

There are rules on the books now but they have you got around and around leading nowhere. This is why we need competition up here for the 3 big suppliers to shake in their boots.

Jeff LeBlanc (@JeffLeBlanc777) reportedGot my @cogeco Internet bill and it went from $86.97/mth to $150.76/mth. Been a customer for 25+ years and still have to make the annual call to get the bill and rate adjusted to latest promo. Such a bad business practice! Maybe send me a new offer BEFORE jacking the rate?
