    @cogeco Once again your service is having issues. Half the channels are not working or they are glitching.. this has been happening all month yet our month bill has increased.. disappointed in the quality of service

    @cogeco 3 outages in month and half , and again when theres an outage there is never an ETA when it will come back , we need to find the technicians in the field working and ask them for an ETA like last outage when they actually gave one and they were correct.

    @SanaSaeed @loblaws 2. I est #loblaws owe me almost +$80 from last 3 orders. I stopped using the service. Cogeco charged me for WiFi 7yrs I nvr got. I used D-link. Seniors needs a goliath in a leader but instead got a costume blackface silverspoon PM. I am a senior on disability. I feel robbed.

    @cogecohelps canceled service 1.5 yrs ago and get a collection call out of the blue claiming I never returned hardware. Beware of Cogeco, they’ll destroy your credit bureau even if you’re not a customer. #0-stars

    @cogeco Hi Jodi. I seen other cogeco customers telling @BTtoronto via Twitter and Facebook also. BT was claiming to be service provider issues. Yet CityTV tends to randomly lose their sound every couple months affecting their shows and commercials & every time the other channes are fine

    @cogeco Thanks, Michelle. We spent another hour on the phone with the loyalty department and got things sorted. They admitted it was an error on cogeco's part, but wow- it took more effort and time to fix than any customer should have to spend. Thanks for replying - no need to follow up.

    @mattpietryszyn @cogeco We have had major issues for 3 weeks. New modems, multiple techs sent out and same internet issues. Today @cogeco told us they are having software issues with all modems but we do t believe them. Every call is a different excuse. Horrible service.

    @cogeco disappointed in the communication between your you and your contractors. Been waiting for a cable line to be dug since May. Every time I speak to a rep the story is different. Was told today markers and digging won’t happen this season. The markers are already done. Fix

    @cogeco Thank you for the reply Peter, the issue has been resolved. While I may be leaving Cogeco later this month, I just want to say that when service is good, it's very good, but when things go wrong, it snowballs into hell very quickly. It's not a battle I want to fight anymore.

    Trying to call @cogeco @cogecohelps credit department and when I press 1 for English it send me back to same menu and it’s just a loop and will not put me in the cue. Constant problems with this company. Looks like I’m moving back to Bell.

    So as most people know of the storm we had last sunday a wire fell from a hydro line across the street from my house so my mother called @alectranews asking if they can fix it they showed up and said it was a @bell cable they showed up and said its a cogeco cable “we cant touch”

    @cogeco First time it happened, a technician came to resolve it. Second time, technician replaced my router. Third, they said the issue was “server side” and had one of the specialist teams look into it. Been having this issue consistently for months

    @cogeco Back up, yay. Turns out the damage was inside the house. Moved a cabinet the same night as the storm and never suspected the cable got bent under the carpet. Cogeco tech was awesome, zeroed in on it right away. Thanks Cogeco!

    @cogeco Yes, I already contacted them and they were not able to provide any answers; simply set up a tech call... and a promise that I'll be receiving a credit for the downed service. I'll be checking my next statement! I'm simply beyond frustrated with unreliable service.
