I believe the power supply or modem is faulty. Support won’t help because there’s an outage I’m my area but it’s been all day this has been happening

They let you think you're locking in the price on a 2 year contract then when they raise your bill they THEN tell you it's the promotion you locked in. Multiple other loval brands piggy back the Cogeco line due to laws and undercut them, again with worse service. Rogers is practically a none option their service sucks so often

Not only are there no humans to pick up the call, but the recorded messages they play while on hold are computer generated and mis-pronounce both “wi-fi” and the name of the company itself. It’s bizarre and awful.

I check with my bank. Yes I paid 4 days ago. I call them back. They advise me to call them each time I pay from my bank account! 🙄
