They let you think you're locking in the price on a 2 year contract then when they raise your bill they THEN tell you it's the promotion you locked in. No competition & the CRTC allows these deceitful ******* to get away with this ****.

Had some tech issues needed a technician just got a $75 technician charge but I’ll fight it tomorrow

When Cogeco increased, I checked site and got the best offer for 20 months for the same service. I called Rogers for my parents and lowered their bill by $60+. Calling and asking seems to helps us.

Never (and with the state of Canada's telecom industry this is saying something) have I ever seen a more disorganized, complete MESS of a company. Kris (@oiler3535) reported@cogeco @cogecohelps epico boxes still suck. Can't even stream their own 4K channels without regular choppiness. And it's not the signal. I can stream 4K on the tv apps no problem.
