@cogeco internet down again! Raise prices every year and the service seems to get worse. Not the best way to keep customers, especially in a lockdown when it's needed more than ever 🤬

@cogeco @Niagara_411 Easy fix is to change DNS settings to googles server of 8.8.8.8. Problem solved, uncheck “obtain DNS server automatically”

Hey, @cogeco @cogecohelps the internet has gone down and a router reboot did not solve it. Tried calling support and it’s busy. What gives? Perhaps a tweet to update users affected?

@cogeco Seems like this happens alot why am I paying for a service that is constantly down or not running at the max download speed im paying for? Seems like more stupidity from cogeco not expecting every teacher/student to be on the ******* Internet during a lock down in Ontario.
