    @cogeco Customer since they've been in the Niagara area. Finally quit. Moved 3 months ago, still send service people to old address and the final bill which is wrong was also mailed to old address. Try talking to a manager or supervisor they apparently don't exist. Go elsewhere.

    I am tired of the neglect I'm getting from those who say that they "Enjoy me" and "Like me as a person" I was gone for a week without Wi-Fi because ******* Cogeco never marked down a payment to the bill, instead to fix it they made me and my family to wait a week 1/2

    I am *really* fed up with @cogeco . They say @cogecohelps , but not so much. I moved out of my apartment last week, and I have been trying to call to cancel Internet ever since. But.. "Must Speak To Retention". "Unusally Busy, Please Hold". And meanwhile I pay. Poor service.

    Lol Cogeco's website claims "No problems at Cogeco! Internet's working fine!" yet there's a spike in reports of it not working all at the same time (7:40PM) and the live map view of outages shows all of the GTA is experiencing problems, especially Hamilton.

Last tech they sent made me wait 8 hours to not even show up....then they ask ME 2 call back and reschedule....what a joke. Meeting an Ombudsman this week.

    Couldn’t agree more - @cogeco recently scammed my 92 year old grandmother by telling us her phone service ended a month later then it actually did, then removed the promo rate from her bill. They’ve stolen from her in the past too, absolute scum of the earth.

    @cogeco your service tech was supposed to be here 5-8pm yet he showed up early 1:30 texted me I’m here like I’m supposed to jump he waited 3 hours still before he was to be here disconnected all my services in anger and angry texted me 7 times plus. All before 5. Ghetto service!

    Maybe I should just cancel my cable. I’m getting sick and tired of my cable box rebooting in the middle of recordings & during prime time. You’d think the logical thing to do would be in the middle of the night while people are sleeping. Cogeco does nothing logical.

    @cogecohelps modem powered at 12V for such instances. Told to go to the sales office at the mall. There is a simpler solution, use a converter from 12V to 120V and assuming Cogeco servers are still functioning this will do. I had no telephone and this is not acceptable for me, one of the few

    can't wait for January.. dropping @cogeco like a bad habit. No @TSN go, shitty tech support (Tech visits and social media are great though). The no TSNGo would be fine -- if i could use the Tivo app to watch it. Oh, and I'll save a ton of money going elsewhere .

    @cogeco There was a power outage in Burlington this afternoon. I called technical support to ask if there is any way around keeping the Arris modem in operation. Call was at 15:54 for 6 minutes if you want to listen to it. I had to repeat myself. Agent was clueless and useless

    Hey Cogeco why do I pay extra for a channel (Sportsman) when for the last 3 days every time I turn it on it reads "this channel should be available shortly". But it never shows up. Yesterday I rebooted by receiver and it finally came on. Only to not work again today!

    @cogecohelps My internet keeps getting ping spikes that causes quick disconnects on my connection plus packet loss everyday every 10min aproximately and 70Mb on a 1GB plan, fix the connection in Niagara Falls, I'm really having a hard time not switching out of Cogeco
