    @cogeco ten minutes waiting on hold only to be hung up on. Then I call back to be told 15 minutes to wait? Wasting time is not the way to treat clients. This is pathetic.

    @cogecohelps @cocego We phoned & asked for help 2 weeks ago and the phone call ended when our service stopped working completely. 7 days for a tech to arrive and problem wasn’t fixed. Another call to you to ask for help was met with ignorance and back to square 1. Buhbye #Cogeco

    @AlbertPinto78 @cogecohelps I left cogeco after 10 years with them. I noticed a lot of outages either with TV or Internet almost every month. I switched TV to Shaw Satelitte (awsome) and moved Internet to Techsavvy. Haven't had an outage since the switch....

    @TheSpec Cogeco is truly unbelievable. I’ve been billed wrong 2 months straight and it took them 3 weeks to get me connected back in December. Would never recommend and certainly won’t choose them in the future!

    @TheSpec The problem is there is no they don't care what you think of their shi@ty service. Making people wait 10 mins on the phone is unacceptable but making them wait over an hour is just disgusting. Cogeco should be ashamed.

    @cogecohelps have paid my services on time every month and recently could not get TV service. Long story but customer service this past week has been extremely disappointing. I sell a lot of things and probably will never recommend cogeco

But u shouldn't be paying for non service, make copies if posdible n report them online to the Better Business Bureau. They can help

    @cogeco Hello Cogeco, I had cancelled the services and requested the account closure (under process); as a ethical person, I called your customer care to check about my pending Bill (to pay) and to request the Modem pick up. I could reach the associate after 12 minutes

    @cogeco Disappointed with Cogeco. Been a client for almost 14 years. Had to move out of their service region for work and they stuck me with a cancellation fee 15 days into the first month of contract. It's not my fault they don't have service where I am now.

    @Bell Four year fibe customer, no promotions available. Cancellation processed for Sep 3. Lots of promos for new subs. Nothing for long term supporters. 100$ Cogeco plan is better than 240$ bell

    @cogecohelps There are many issues with location services since I switched to Cogeco at my place in ON - I often show up in Burlington or Toronto, when that house is in Brockville - Many storefronts and even my CISCO account fail (34yrs in IT - not a config issue at my end :-) )

    Cancelled Cogeco today. Spent 1/2 hour on hold only to speak with someone who refused to help. Decided to go into the store, waited 2 minutes and got great service. What a difference!
