    @cogeco it's bananas the hoops I have to jump through for you to send a technician to fix my internet. You sent a tech before but he didn't fix the problem now I have to open 24 more tickets to get another tech to my home to fix the problem. @TekSavvyBuzz

    the internet went out today because someone vandalized the wires and the internet went out a lot last month because cogeco is stupid

    @cogeco Cogeco you are to provide us customers with services that we pay for. The Service in Windsor Ontario has be down 3 TIMES in the last 4 weeks. You have a serious problem protecting your customers for the services that we pay for. PROTECT YOUR EQUIPMENT AND PROTECT YOUR CUSTOMERS

    @cogeco Mine says resolved at 5:22, text received from Cogeco confirming it is resolved at 5:55. Now it is showing a new outage for my postal code ETR 9:18

    @cogecohelps @cogeco last time i contacted "your team" I was in a que for 40 minutes then promptly hung up on once I actually got to speak to one of " your team"! you like to talk a good game on twitter but your customer service is the WORST ive ever experienced.

    @cogeco Cogeco customer service definitely needs some improvement to customer care. You gave me a $2.00 discount of of my monthly bill for interrupted services that has happened 3 times in the past month. Bell or Rogers with give one month free for the inconvenience. You give 2 bucks.

    @Mikemmarchand @cogecohelps @cogeco Yeah and after you finely reach cogeco customer Service for a credit they give you a LOUSY $2.00. Shameful and totally disrespectful to say the least. NO CUSTOMER CARE AT ALL. They dont care about their customers

    @cogeco Mine has been down since 7 am it's almost been twelve hours who could have caused that much damage which could not be repaired or replaced within 6 ???? Not like u got shortage of funds or materials

    @cogeco I have been experiencing very unstable internet all afternoon in #Waterdown (Hamilton). Had to revert to using my Rogers Rocket hub (data) after my connection dropping several times during meeting today. #whatsgoingon
