Scott Dillon (@dillon4412) reported@cogecohelps That's problem with Cogeco. You don't listen. I should get the Detroit feed every night. It makes no sense. I get the Colorado feed. I live a hour from Detroit. I complain a week or so ago. Cogeco switch to the Detroit feed. So I know Cogeco can put on whatever feed they want.

Multiple other loval brands piggy back the Cogeco line due to laws and undercut them, again with worse service. Rogers is practically a none option their service sucks so often

If they come to your door and you tell them your not interested they will still go through their pitch. I can tell you I will never go cogeco.

Cogeco gave us 50$ for the same thing. Bell has better infrastructure but if a new customer goes to get their 1Gbs it only costs about 60$. Both have discount brands

Never (and with the state of Canada's telecom industry this is saying something) have I ever seen a more disorganized, complete MESS of a company. Griff0n (@_griff0n) reportedI helped my parents switch internet away from @cogeco because of the slow upload speed. Fifty megabits per second upload is slow. Seven months after switching to a competitor, a contracted technician with no signage on his van was rude and cut my father's two coaxial cables outside instead of unscrewing theirs and left almost a meter of coaxial on the line at the road. A month later, two Cogeco sales men showed up at supper time were audibly annoyed while asking why we switched to a competitor and offered "the highest speed" and did not want to say if the upload speed is close to a thousand megabits per second.

Wendy Stafford (@WendyStafford14) reported@cogeco Not just Epico were impacted, my normal service was also. During the Grey Cup, screen would go completely black on numerous occasions, pixelated every 30 to 40 seconds. Tried calling tech support to no avail.Can you not handle the customer demand?

The price is getting ridiculous, they give you offers say its good for so long but no not true. should not have to keep calling to adjust. Loyal customer for years but time to move on.
