@cogeco hire tech support that understands MB is to Terabyte honest to god wtf did you hire? She said she was new I told her my speed speed is 1 terabyte but I’m only getting 15 mb. Didn’t understand.

@TanyaFusco @Bell_Support This sounds like when I had issues with Cogeco They needed to split the connection to the City the amount of traffic was bogging speed down, through just one "pipe" But they kept playing it to me like it was my issue alone They might be trying to put off infrastructure upgrades

So our internet is bring flakey as hell and working from home is becoming a chore for my partner. We're looking at going to Bell Fibe and curious if there's a trick to get the best possible deal. We're currently on Cogeco with old infrastructure in Dundas that always has issues.

A few coyotes around my place I’m tired I wanted to light a fire but my dogs and are staying in I’m lighting the propane fireplace I reconfigured my internet with my equipment it shoots out to the outside to my bunkie I repeat it there. The garbage cogeco gave me is gone!

@cogeco they sent me pods which I pay for to extend my wifi. The fine print is that they will monitor my internet and adjust the bandwidth accordingly. I want the 1 terabyte I pay for not 55 mb download I’m constantly get messages from my smart home internet down now restored.

@cogecohelps It is utterly stupid. Your internet is down so you can't look it up. You give your pin an address with postal code. It is the most ridiculous policy I have ever experienced. By the way, I have called you five times and still have the same problem. I am at my limit with Cogeco.

@cogeco hi I dropped off my equipment last week to Canada Post office to be returned but only tracking info shows logged in at post office and “unexpected delay” under delivery date. I’ve initiated a service ticket but not heard anything. Can you help?
