jccb52 (@JCristoveanu) reported@UnrealReilly @merry123459 If Cogeco went down then you'd be affected too. All these bigger telecoms are vulnerable; the smaller ones are b/c they piggyback onto the big ones! That's why yesterday some other carriers were also down b/c they use Rogers network. I'm w Bell but I don't think I'm any safer.

Momof2wifeofnone (@lolobreeze) reported@AboutRogers 26 hours and counting , let this be a lesson to all never bundle all your services with one provider. Thankfully I have Cogeco for internet but two level authentication didn’t work because of text still couldn’t work

Nick Gazerro: Part 2 (@nikgazcs2) reported@SmileyYYC @RogersHelps Yes. You want TV? You want internet? You want a provider that cares about you and would never leave you without internet for more than one day? Cogeco provides all of that. It seems like you work for Rogers, because I was surprised when you said no to Cogeco.

Constance (@connieinygk) reported@drewtremblay @wtccomm They use Cogeco’s lines. I really like this company. If I need equipment, they’re easy to get to. Service is excellent. Employees are local, not a call centre off shore.

Jackgo (@jackgo2) reported@theJagmeetSingh @Fifth_Business My service didn’t go out, I have cogeco, we need competition, we need lower prices, not monopolies.

kris 🏳️🌈 kavvy (@kavmac) reported@DathanSmith1991 LMAO Rogers doesn’t own TekSavvy or other wholesale ISPs. They lease part of their network. The same with Bell. And Cogeco.

sheane keith@S.C.K reptiles educational (@sckreptiles) reported@Charley2021 If it was a virus there antivirus in the servers would of caught it I’m a security network security specialist certified and all yes I left that game for a reason but no virus it was completely hacked due to there incompetence level once again Telus, bell,Shaw, cogeco let’s go

Cris Tina 🇨🇦🇦🇷🇮🇹 (@vidasinbrujula) reported@juuuubot Depending on where you live, teksavvy might provide service via a different company. In Niagara, teksavvy uses Cogeco infrastructure. I had internet and the outage didn’t affect me.

Fish Creek Brewing Co. (@fishcreekbeer) reported@SamyiMo @TheBeaverton Clearly they should have redundancies. The fact Bell, TELUS, Shaw, Cogeco, Videotron, Sasktel, etc. already exist didn’t prevent Interac’s service from going down. How would another 5, 10 or 100 competitors have?

Steve🇨🇦-Women's rights are human rights (@steveborn1) reported@cogeco is there a problem with the cable in Stoney Creek?
