    @cogecohelps @Gregory99998656 Hi Sandra. I am still waiting for cogeco to reinstate my security which was removed by a cogeco tech in error. Three tickets and two weeks later, no resolution! Not even a phone call!!!!! @cogecohelps

    @oglone @cogecohelps @ttaylorrh Yep mine has been out since last night after they just came yesterday to fix it. Tired of Cogeco at this point and wait a week for them to come out and get internet for 6 hours then it crashes again

    @cogecohelps is there an outage in L6m 5B7, area? Website says no outages but our Cogeco internet is definitely down.

    @dkritchie I called them on Aug 8th. They said your modem is no good. We are sending you a new one. 3-5 business days. We are on business day 7 so I called #primus . They didn't send the modem. Off to @cogeco tomorrow! Horrible service.

    @cogeco Count on cogeco to completely suck at resolving issues. This happens too often with cogeco, never with any other providers.
