.@Cogeco cable representatives must not want to do their jobs, if they're making customers wait forever on the phone just to speak with someone over a cable issue. Why not try hiring people who won't put customers on hold for over 10 minutes or longer! @Cogecohelps 🙄

Cogeco is down again! Cogeco went down at June 13, 2022 at 11:15AM in Ancaster. Im extremely unhappy with this service and home that it will be online soon, I pay to much for the WiFi to be down again! Please fix this problem as soon as possible. Cogecohelps

Day 4 and still no internet or tv. @cogecohelps @cogeco customer service is ridiculous. Whete are the technicians? All the @BellFibe customers have service!!
