    @cogecohelps I just spent far too long with someone in a online chat via Cogeco to try and gain access to my routers settings. With the end result being them asking why I wanted in the first place. And without them being able to help me.

    @cogecohelps Today EAS showed up on my PVR box once again but the screen was black as before with no sound or messages. Nothing was done to fix this. My iPhone let me know it was an amber alert. Thanks for the useless EAS system Cogeco.

    @cogecohelps I tried to become a new customer today. I was told service was not avaiable in my area. My neighbours on both sides of me are cogeco customers. Please explain? Your customer service is garbage

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Thats right. Now 2 people have not been able to fix it. Thats why i want to speak to a supervisor!

    @cogeco Our answering service has not worked for weeks and no one can fix it. Unacceptable. On hold again. Want to speak to a supervisor.

    @Michele78 I ordered the PPV and first @cogeco said it was suspended and now they're saying I never ordered it. 😔

    That was interesting. My @cogeco internet just went down for several minutes on its own but looks to be back online again. I hope this doesn’t become a habit. They already replaced one modem that died this year. #Cogeco

    @mmofcan @rogershelp @Rogers I don't know where you reside, but we have had MNSI for years and they are so much better than Rogers/Bell/Cogeco! Only had one problem (a short in a wire) and they came out that day and fixed it.
