@RickBonnette1 @IFP_11 @vankayak Would of loved to have Norval included in this. We only have Cogeco as an option and they are terrible. Charge $$$ for crap service they cannot deliver. Bell fibe is at the road but we cannot connect with paying $$ to hav me it run underground.

@InDaIndica A few years back, a Bell tech' came to fix our exterior line. After struggling for a while, he told us we should switch to Cogeco, because Bell was terrible. We did just that. Thanks, Bell dude.

@cogecohelps Hi, As a very long-time Cogeco customer who only just switched to Epico from the traditional cable service within the last month, I am very disappointed to learn of this change to PVR storage. One of the biggest reasons I was reluctant to switch to Epico was because I had many.

@cogeco not sending me the $57 they owe me because they “haven’t received” the equipment I sent awhile ago but have no problem charging for services that don’t work. 😒🥱

@TekSavvyCSR 22 hours in and still no resolution to the outage in downtown Kingston? I know the original issue was with #cogeco but they show their problems resolved at 2:34 for morning. Why are #Teksavvy customers still not connected?

@Greyseeker Cable companies are such tricksters. Here, I can only choose between Bell & Rogers, which equates to bad & worse. I’d love to use Cogeco (their PVR is TiVo), but I’m outside their territory. 😢
