    @rcarrick Cogeco the worst . I have to book a minimum of 19 minutes on hold and another 15 minutes to resolve… and trust me, they have zero desire to resolve the problem

    What is #cogecoepico? How is this different from the current cable box I have with Cogeco? Is it an added service or does it replace my cable box? Do I need smart TV for it to work?

    @cogecohelps hey, really disappointed in your customer service and internet provision period. With the number of people working from home you would think Cogeco would be better. Cancels a service appointment and doesn’t call to inform the customer. You should be ashamed.

    @cogecohelps I phoned and they told me they have an area wide issue on Cogeco's end with poor signal problems. Could take 2 hours to a couple days to resolve. South East Oakville. Just FYI.
