    @cogeco How come you led everyone in for 21hrs instead of just saying “its to unsafe to send out our technicians” absolute **** customer service. “Itll be an hr” - @cogeco when they havent even dispatched a single tech yet

  • Chaosking243 Nicholas (@Chaosking243) reported

    @cogeco I’ve got a downed cogeco cable on my property, so I’m guessing that’s why my internet is out. I was told Thursday was the earliest someone would be out, with no guarantee they could fix the cable that day. Ridiculous. Meanwhile, we’ve got a cable flying around everywhere.

    @cogeco @cogeco it's been over 24 hrs for K6V3Y4 with resolution just getting extended hour by hour. Other streets around us have services. Appreciate the storm but I reported it before it hit our region.. restless toddlers. Thank you

  • Melamalie Melanie Roscoe (@Melamalie) reported

    Not impressed with @cogeco @cogecohelps poor communication and customer service. Three days without internet and the best they have is “we’re working on it but can’t tell you where or when we’ll be done”. I can understand long outages happen, but at least tell us what’s going on!

  • deadlynitshade Tashing Through The Snow ❄️ (@deadlynitshade) reported

    @cogeco Still down.

  • Badwolf_books Cristiana Ulrich (@Badwolf_books) reported

    @cogecohelps @cogeco So, is someone from Cogeco going to pay the wages I lost yesterday, when it went down in the middle of my work day, and today? Being down overnight and into late morning is unacceptable. Is this going to be our lives this entire weekend?

  • StinsonAnalytic David Stinson (@StinsonAnalytic) reported

    @Mootz613 @cogeco Is it too much to ask that Kingston customers be given an expected date/time of service restoration? Or at least some sort of answer or acknowledgement? This really is a text book case of how not to handle outages.

  • twittorr Tony Orr (@twittorr) reported

    Good news! The blizzard warning has ended. Still terrible conditions out there but things should start to improve. Hey @cogeco, maybe you could diligently restore services. Service has been out since late Friday. #Kingston #ygk

  • PEPE4ff Pat Riley (@PEPE4ff) reported

    @Bell_Support Nothing to look into- I’ve used the virtual repair tool more times then I can count - I’ve been in chats with one of your service reps.. “it was an authentication issue” so they say and then back to losing internet and having to use my data … I’m just going to cogeco now

  • Monzaguy R G Hilder (@Monzaguy) reported

    @cogeco The signal on the TV is very jumpy. Is this an after effect of the storm and how soon before it clears up
