I would call @cogeco requesting a discount due to the ongoing service disruptions however they only give better rates to new customers rather than those they have had for 15+ years. Loyalty is so 1990.

@cogeco @cogecohelps Swapped to Cogeco because of their 1gb deal. I've had more problems in 1 month than I did with my old ISP for over 5 years! Constant disconnecting for last 3 days, making working from home impossible. Extremely disappointed with your service.
